All American Home Service

The company has a nice feature with sending a picture of the tech that will be arriving to complete the work. They completed the work in a timely manner and gave a complete breakdown of everything they did. Well priced also. After retiring from spending 20+ years in the trades, I would recommend All American Home to anyone.

I've used All American for the purchase and installation of a multi head heat pump, the decommissioning of a Toyo stove and related oil tank removal, and to bail me out (thank you Tim) when my kitchen sink water valve leaked after I installed a dishwasher. Most recently Matt did a great job installing eight angle stops to my water valves to reduce the likelihood of future water leaks. All American does great work and is reliable, courteous and is up front and honest about the cost of services. I recommend them for any home services that they will perform.

We've been getting our furnace serviced annually from All American and they've been great. Very easy to communicate with and responsive to setting up appointments (half the battle in Juneau). Honestly, the communication with in-office staff (Tia), their dispatchers, and their service staff (Joe) is worth 5 stars. Once here, Joe was super helpful and professional. We've really enjoyed getting our annual maintenance from them and will continue to use them.

Quality service and customer engagement. Today we had Joseph and Jimmy out for some annual maintenance and discovered issues with my boiler’s fuel intake. They checked it out and tested every option possible to avoid expensive repairs, and while the solution still had unexpected costs, they were able to narrow down the solution. As a result, they finished the maintenance, installed a new part, and everything was settled without a second appointment before they left. Super courteous and patient with my questions.

Joseph ROCKED!!!!! He explained everything he was doing. He dealt very well with annoying dogs. He also was super friendly, efficient, & just amazing. I've always had good service w/ All American & Joseph went above & beyond the usual excellent customer service I have experienced with All American. They are amazing!
