The treatment could be very improved. The doctor did not even look at me, blaming me for the involuntary reflections of light in my eyes, in addition to performing tests that require insurance authorization before requesting it.

Only one but, that's why I didn't give it the highest score, I almost always have to wait after the agreed time. I think due to overwork.
But then the service and attention they give you is worth it.

They always take good care of me, both at reception, making appointments by phone, and in the consultation.

Very unpleasant. I don't recommend it to anyone. I wanted them to explain basic notions to me: hyperopia-astigmatism, and the convenience of using glasses in each case.
They have refused. Apparently that is not a “query”. If you have questions about ophthalmology, who do you go to then? to the ENT? At reception the treatment is degrading.

Very poor patient care, inadequate treatment and poor education. I do not recommend it, lack of empathy on the part of the medical staff.

Zero professionalism. I went because of dehydration, they were not able to give me a measly glass of water.
The one who receives you a gossip, obviously I'm going because I don't feel well and I need a doctor.

I don't usually go often, only for analysis and very specific things and the treatment has always seemed quite correct to me. Lately I have gone more regularly to receive medical attention and I have been pleasantly surprised by the Doctor. For my part they have a 10.

In general good and fast but I think it is because the morning doctor is so rude, that there are not many people. I'm going after a night of vomiting and diarrhea and I was empty and the doctor was looking at his cell phone. After seeing me and after asking for proof of work, he told me that the examination was normal, which seemed to say that it was an invention. I had taken two fortasec to be able to go. He once did the same thing to me with a throat problem. We will have to look for an alternative.

They don't have their specialties up to date, they make you stand in line with the cold weather and when you get to the counter we don't do tests with that insurer, but they do give you the flyer 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
It doesn't make any sense, they send you to another laboratory that doesn't have a concert.

It is a shame that a Medical Center like this one so familiar with such good professionals as doctors and reception staff 💯......You meet the doctor dressed in street clothes (without a gown) today in the afternoon, something quite Unhygienic for Patients and with Tremendous Arrogance....
To the Rest of the Medical Staff and of course to the Reception I give my Congratulations and I wish we had these Medical Centers on the Peninsula.
And Mrs. Doctor of This Afternoon could use an Education course 👈

Pretty bad.

They have me waiting for an hour despite having arrived ten minutes before my previous appointment.

Afterwards, I spent two minutes in the consultation, they sent me to have an x-ray at another center (even though they should be able to do them there) and to do rehabilitation at a third place, to finally prescribe me paracetamol and enamtyum, and of course they not only charged me the 70 € of the consultation but they tell me to come back the following week.

Awful. I totally advise against going to this site.

He removed the 5 stars for the last 2 experiences with the people at the reception. To work in customer service you require a minimum of education and on my last two visits they did not reach it even remotely.

I have been attending this private medical center for more than a year, and so far it has gone very well, with the family doctor (great) and one of the nurses, Cuban.
However, today another of the nurses (Maite) has made me wait 45 minutes to give myself an injection, while chatting with patient friends about their weekend in Alcalá, and looking at their messages on my mobile (in addition to caring for two patients who arrived after mine!). I find this attitude regrettable, and I only hope that it is not because I am a foreigner, or that I am from ADESLAS, or simply because they make me wait.

Impossible to get an appointment in dermatology.
They tell you that they open their agenda weekly on Tuesdays starting at 10:00 but they forward your phone to the central office, where they told you that there are no appointments available. When you get the phone answered at the center, after calling for days and months, the agenda is already complete. Of shame. If they don't pick up the phone and the center doesn't have open agendas, who do they give those appointments to?

The staff who answer the phone are poorly trained and informed. You call to make an appointment and they tell you that the doctor opens her schedule on such a day at such a time. You call that day and they tell you that when the agenda opens it is the next day. You call that next day and they tell you that the agenda is already complete, that they opened it yesterday. And so on several times.

Terrible service. I don't give 0 stars because they won't let me.
They are truly unpresentable. They give me an appointment at 8:15 p.m. At 5:00 p.m. of the same day they call me to change the time, because the doctor cannot see me (I suppose they will try to escape from work as soon as possible) and they tell me to show up as soon as possible, at 5:30 p.m. I leave important personal things to go to the appointment, I show up at 1730, they give me a number... and I see that 9 people who have come after me, go first... when I present the complaint to attention, they tell me Which is normal because they had the appointment. Awesome. Result: the entire afternoon wasted after changing my plans, they serve me at 1945, having shown up at 1730.

Appalling. First make an appointment, by phone eternal or impossible. They refer you to the website, I had problems with identification, I approached the offices where it was supposed to be fixed but that was not the case. I made an appointment for my husband and I by phone and when we went they told us that they had given him another day -it isn't true. No one is responsible for anything because responsibility is diluted among all employees.

I would like to express my gratitude to the health insurance for the quality of service and professionalism. I also thank the Adeslas Medical Center department, where they always try to help me and look for all possible ways to do so! Today I had gynecological surgery. The operation was carried out by Ricardo Caballero Merino. This is the best doctor on the island! I still don't speak Spanish very well and that surely makes it complicated, but he always checks that I understand him correctly. And today he supported me again with words and did everything with professionalism. I'm so lucky you exist and do great work!

Responding to Rebeca López Ealo's comment, what is certainly a shame is writing all these very harmful comments, without even making sure which doctor has treated your son, because for your information, let Rebeca know that Doctor Juan José Diaz -Munío has been traveling the week of the 11th so it is impossible for him to have attended to his son.
That said, what I think remains pending is an apology on your part and with the same forcefulness.

It is the first time I have come to this center for rehabilitation sessions, having already been to others in Torrelavega. I give them five stars because here I don't have to wait, the staff is very friendly and the massages last as long as they should, not like in other places that end in a flash.

Urologists are terrible professionals. I prefer not to explain the reasons why I think this here because they are terrible. In the medical profession, and I am very clear about it, the professional who cares about the patient is worth more than any other aspect such as the university attended, etc. These two are quacks. Literally. Be careful, I only have a complaint about the two urologists.

Very friendly rehab girls. The short brunette with glasses at the reception desk would need to be re-educated, she is not suitable to face the public due to her lack of friendliness and lack of education. We believe that she is self-conscious or lacking something

The doctor I met, nurses and administrators were very friendly, kind and professional. They tried to help me in every way possible and reassure me. You know, it's the people that matter the most.

One of the worst hospitals I have ever been to! They gave us an appointment at 8 in the morning when they knew that the doctor doesn’t come until 8:30. This is disrespectful for ones personal time. Also the building and the instalments look like from another century.

Half of the star for horrible website and second half for phone country code dropdown with only flags but no country names (So you have to search for code of your country or your tiny flag in endless list).  And minus 4 stars for registering system that isn't working properly.

You can't reach them by phone. A disgrace. We pay a lot.

The first impression has not been good. If they are considered a medical center, the person in charge would have to wear a mask at the beginning and require masks from visitors. Besides, it seemed like an obsolete place and it took them a long time to serve me. I will not come back.

This is the second time that I have to go to this emergency medical service out of necessity. The first time I got a bad impression, but I don't like to give an opinion lightly without criteria. I was treated again, to say the least, by the same doctor with a strong South American accent with little empathy and no examination to send me away in half a minute with an intramuscular anti-inflammatory for aphonia that was later corrected in the hospital. I do not recommend it, it makes me question the supposed professional certification of the doctor who treated me. I do not recommend it.

I had intense stomach pain in the early morning but they were able to help me and arrived at my home in a quick time considering the distance, maybe because it was at night I don't know, recommended.

Good attention, it is the second clinic where he has attended due to tremor problems in the legs and he knew how to help me as well as recommend complementary places

Returning from a family gathering, a dog bit my little daughter on the leg, I took her to the medical center and the nurse was able to treat her correctly.

We made an appointment for an ultrasound, they gave us an appointment for today and when we arrived it turned out that the appointment was given to us for the neighborhood!! telephone and address!! In Tenerife, it is more worrying that in this center only medical examinations are carried out and not what they advertise.

Center in very good condition, customer service both by phone and in person has been very good, I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes to be attended to at the center and the girls were super friendly. I recommend it 100%.

A few months ago I contributed a review but, once the treatment is finished, it is necessary to update it. The GOMERMEDI team is made up of great professionals but, above all, great people. Both Yurena Mesa, Marta González de Ara and the entire reception team (with a special mention to María, always ready to solve any problem), go out of their way to help patients. They have been a great help in my recovery process and I will be eternally grateful to them for having accompanied me on this path. Thanks a lot.

Dra Begoña Diaz was excellent in her diagnosis and the treatment that she gave to alleviate the pain in my back, that I have suffered from for some years now, since damaging some vertebrae when falling down the stairs. She was very caring and gentle in conducting a medical procedure that I anticipated would be very painful, but she explained what she was doing as she undertook the necessary work and in the event, it was not as bad as I expected. The result of her expertise is that I am experiencing much less pain than before, which is allowing me to live a much more normal and better life. I do not know how long it will last, but I am hopeful that it may be for up to six months.

I live in Puerto, so last time I was there the doctor asked me to schedule Cita Telefonica so I can save some time next time . So I did, many weeks ago at the reception. Today a machine is calling me, not even a person I can talk to to clarify and it is asking if Im around the center cause the Cita is Presencial....What a joke. I tried calling directly there but ofc nobody answers, as always, all agents are busy....
Its not the first time this happens....terrible customer service. IMO no respect for your time or even health.

At first I was very happy with the medical center, its good organization and good location. Now I can no longer recommend it. I wanted to take advantage of my Asisa insurance and although the medical tests requested by the center have been done, they want to let me wait up to 4 months for a doctor to evaluate the results. It is evident that most of the analyzes and tests at 4 months are no longer valid. I found that by giving up the use of my insurance I would have gotten an appointment much sooner. Even the change of insurance company influences the waiting time for an appointment. I understand that doctors' time is limited. But seeing what happens I feel discriminated against and deceived.

He was so polite , gentle and most of all he fixed for me what I hated the most.. I had rhinoplasty in Jan and was cared for amazingly .. I put my 1000% trust in him and his team who respectfully spoke to me in English throughout every appointment and my operation . I have Had felt no pain like none ( seriously I cut my finger on a razor 2 days after and that  hurt and bled way more ). I am healing the opposite to what I expected .. I was recommended via a friend so I knew he was good but then after an op I’d wanted my entire life I was relieved that I chose him and his team ..

A 10 experience in every sense. First, for the results of my treatment and second for having met such a wonderful and attentive team as this one. From the first day with Dr. Antonio García and his undoubted professionalism. Kind, close and simple.
Continuing with Noemí, who treated me wonderfully the days before the surgery, resolving all my doubts.
Later with monitoring Irene and managing my appointments with Nani. Both responsible and friendly in equal measure.
And finishing with Ina, my favorite nurse. She is the best, any word falls short. I met her in the operating room, a moment of pure nervousness.
