The treatment could be very improved. The doctor did not even look at me, blaming me for the involuntary reflections of light in my eyes, in addition to performing tests that require insurance authorization before requesting it.

Several years that I am going to review and the attention is excellent Only one but, that's why I didn't give it the highest score, I almost always have to wait after the agreed time. I think due to overwork. But then the service and attention they give you is worth it.

They always take good care of me, both at reception, making appointments by phone, and in the consultation.

Very unpleasant. I don't recommend it to anyone. I wanted them to explain basic notions to me: hyperopia-astigmatism, and the convenience of using glasses in each case. They have refused. Apparently that is not a “query”. If you have questions about ophthalmology, who do you go to then? to the ENT? At reception the treatment is degrading.
