Dra Begoña Diaz was excellent in her diagnosis and the treatment that she gave to alleviate the pain in my back, that I have suffered from for some years now, since damaging some vertebrae when falling down the stairs. She was very caring and gentle in conducting a medical procedure that I anticipated would be very painful, but she explained what she was doing as she undertook the necessary work and in the event, it was not as bad as I expected. The result of her expertise is that I am experiencing much less pain than before, which is allowing me to live a much more normal and better life. I do not know how long it will last, but I am hopeful that it may be for up to six months.

I live in Puerto, so last time I was there the doctor asked me to schedule Cita Telefonica so I can save some time next time . So I did, many weeks ago at the reception. Today a machine is calling me, not even a person I can talk to to clarify and it is asking if Im around the center cause the Cita is Presencial....What a joke. I tried calling directly there but ofc nobody answers, as always, all agents are busy.... Its not the first time this happens....terrible customer service. IMO no respect for your time or even health.

At first I was very happy with the medical center, its good organization and good location. Now I can no longer recommend it. I wanted to take advantage of my Asisa insurance and although the medical tests requested by the center have been done, they want to let me wait up to 4 months for a doctor to evaluate the results. It is evident that most of the analyzes and tests at 4 months are no longer valid. I found that by giving up the use of my insurance I would have gotten an appointment much sooner. Even the change of insurance company influences the waiting time for an appointment. I understand that doctors' time is limited. But seeing what happens I feel discriminated against and deceived.
