Yesterday I was in the emergency room, like many times. But my experience yesterday was horrible. I went to the hospital, and the girl at the reception was very nice. I went to the waiting room, and it was empty. Meanwhile I saw a nurse (tall and very thin) pass by and no one attended to me. After 15 minutes a woman arrives and a woman enters triage. So I told the nurse what had happened, what was happening to me. And he tells me very bluntly that they will take care of me. And when he comes out, he tells me it's not because I heard you while you were at the reception and now the doctor sees you. The doctor comes shortly after, puts me in the nursing room and tells me, well, what's wrong, I'll tell him. And he tells me that it's nothing, that they can't do anything to me, without even wanting to touch me or look at him. I taught him. I got the impression that he didn't even want to touch me. I have gone many times. And I have never been treated like this. I will not return to the San Jose Emergency Room, due to the treatment of the nurse and the doctor that was there that day.
By the way, if I'm not mistaken, the step is first you see triage and then the doctor sees you.
I want to emphasize that other times I have gone (I have gone many times) the doctor and other people have treated me great only this time. By the way, today I had to go to the emergency room.

In my case it is the second time that something similar and unpleasant has happened to me.

I called and wrote to Vithas headquarters, and both channels told me that it was not necessary.
First harm, unnecessarily: since I had to leave, despite having gone there, without having breakfast.

- The second bad experience was this morning: I was with my partner, I didn't realize the accuracy of the time..., I opened the door and said hello: and received in response: What? Are you coming????, it's 10:47, it's closed and we have all the computers closed....
I don't even question that 2 minutes have passed for not being able to attend to me, because the schedule is the schedule..., but the forms are something else..., I think they are not the most appropriate for a place like this, where it must prioritizing a predisposition to customer service.

In fact, I went to another health center in Vitoria, nearby, when I left there, and they treated me with impressive delicacy, and of course, they performed the analysis.

And since I don't want to harm the rest of the laboratory team, I have to add that although I don't know the name of the receptionist, I must say that she usually wears a beautiful scarf covering her hair.

My wishes are for the service to improve so that I can continue coming due to proximity, although for now and until the attention received is resolved, I have no other choice but to stop going.

It is a bittersweet feeling, the consultations with professionals, their treatment is exquisite, it is a shame that at Reception they have such surly, unpleasant staff with such a lack of empathy, every time I go it is the same, please educate those people. And please treat older people with more affection, who do not know how to register, or request authorizations online, etc.

It is an absolute scandal. We go there with a problem, we leave 5 minutes later with the same UNSOLVED problem because there was no staff, but they charge you the €144. I would be terribly embarrassed and my face would fall to the ground, honestly. You are scammers and you PLAY with people's health.

Furthermore, in all the sessions they left some area undone and you had to go back to have it done again. I've been getting lasers for almost 10 years and it has been the worst place by far. Honestly, I don't recommend it.

WHAT A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND EMPATHY

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Cuellar. I had hip surgery done by him and the result was not good. But, what really disappointed me was not the result of the operation (since, I fully understand that the result is not always what was expected) but rather it was the treatment I received from them during the postoperative follow-up. My pathology did not improve at all after the operation, and when I expressed it on countless occasions during my visits to his office, his only response was that I needed time and that it would improve. Due to this injury, I had exhausted the time during which I could be temporarily disabled, and Social Security, in order to grant me an extension to see if I recovered, requested medical reports on my condition at that time. Dr. Cuellar refused to give me any report, leaving me in a situation of absolute defenselessness before Social Security.
Finally I went to another hip specialist who, after performing the appropriate diagnostic tests (which Dr. Cuellar did not perform to check if the operation had been effective) told me that the intervention carried out had not been correct to correct my pathology. and that it was necessary to operate again. After this second intervention, 6 months later, I was fully recovered from my injury. Dr. Cuellar made me lose an entire year after his operation, making me believe that the intervention had been effective, and that what I needed was time and physical therapy to recover. A whole year doing physical therapy almost daily, which was of no use, since he continued to suffer from the same pathology as before the operation. Furthermore, thanks to their refusal to give me reports on the status of my injury, social security discharged me, since, with the assessment of the traumatologist who was treating me, I did not demonstrate the injury I suffered, consequently, I also lost my job, since I couldn't do it. The other traumatologist I went to agreed to give me a report on my situation, and thanks to this, social security granted me a temporary disability, until my recovery after the second intervention.

For all this, I do not recommend this Doctor.

I am writing my review again, because coincidentally it has disappeared...In 2021 I went to Ricardo Cuéllar for a pathology in my hip. He decided to operate on me, but the unheard of thing is that Adrián Cuéllar operated on me, whom I didn't know at all. The postoperative period was (And still is) very painful. I wanted to contact them, but the only one I spoke to was Koro. I had no choice but to go to another Traumatologist, where after performing the relevant tests he informed me of the irreversible injuries I had.
I have gone to countless specialists struggling to find a solution.
After going to a great professional, he told me that there is some possibility of an injury (the other is irreversible). It would be necessary to intervene again and the guarantees are not promising.
I denounce the abandonment and apathy that I have suffered from Ricardo and Adrián Cuéllar. Not to mention the physical and psychological damage that is incalculable. I hope that this time my review does not disappear and thus avoid future victims
