Yesterday I was in the emergency room, like many times. But my experience yesterday was horrible. I went to the hospital, and the girl at the reception was very nice. I went to the waiting room, and it was empty. Meanwhile I saw a nurse (tall and very thin) pass by and no one attended to me. After 15 minutes a woman arrives and a woman enters triage. So I told the nurse what had happened, what was happening to me. And he tells me very bluntly that they will take care of me. And when he comes out, he tells me it's not because I heard you while you were at the reception and now the doctor sees you. The doctor comes shortly after, puts me in the nursing room and tells me, well, what's wrong, I'll tell him. And he tells me that it's nothing, that they can't do anything to me, without even wanting to touch me or look at him. I taught him. I got the impression that he didn't even want to touch me. I have gone many times. And I have never been treated like this. I will not return to the San Jose Emergency Room, due to the treatment of the nurse and the doctor that was there that day.
By the way, if I'm not mistaken, the step is first you see triage and then the doctor sees you.
I want to emphasize that other times I have gone (I have gone many times) the doctor and other people have treated me great only this time. By the way, today I had to go to the emergency room.

But the laboratory's service that could be improved falls on one of its employees, who offers repeatedly "bad" service.
In my case it is the second time that something similar and unpleasant has happened to me.
- The first time, he insisted that I needed an appointment to do an analysis and I had to leave.
I called and wrote to Vithas headquarters, and both channels told me that it was not necessary.
First harm, unnecessarily: since I had to leave, despite having gone there, without having breakfast.
- The second bad experience was this morning: I was with my partner, I didn't realize the accuracy of the time..., I opened the door and said hello: and received in response: What? Are you coming????, it's 10:47, it's closed and we have all the computers closed....
I don't even question that 2 minutes have passed for not being able to attend to me, because the schedule is the schedule..., but the forms are something else..., I think they are not the most appropriate for a place like this, where it must prioritizing a predisposition to customer service.
(I suspect that I may have considerably reduced their service, so I hope the information reaches your management.)
In fact, I went to another health center in Vitoria, nearby, when I left there, and they treated me with impressive delicacy, and of course, they performed the analysis.
And since I don't want to harm the rest of the laboratory team, I have to add that although I don't know the name of the receptionist, I must say that she usually wears a beautiful scarf covering her hair.
My wishes are for the service to improve so that I can continue coming due to proximity, although for now and until the attention received is resolved, I have no other choice but to stop going.

I only had a colonoscopy, but the attention of the health personnel was extraordinary, always making the situation not uncomfortable and a little more relaxed. I felt very calm. Chapó for all and all!!!
