It is a bittersweet feeling, the consultations with professionals, their treatment is exquisite, it is a shame that at Reception they have such surly, unpleasant staff with such a lack of empathy, every time I go it is the same, please educate those people. And please treat older people with more affection, who do not know how to register, or request authorizations online, etc.

It is an absolute scandal. We go there with a problem, we leave 5 minutes later with the same UNSOLVED problem because there was no staff, but they charge you the €144. I would be terribly embarrassed and my face would fall to the ground, honestly. You are scammers and you PLAY with people's health. I would like everyone to know so as not to go to your “hospital”. I give you 1 star for not giving you -144.

The reason for one star is the impossibility of making appointments at the counter. The app is bad and slow and does not have open doctor's agendas for the year 2024. The request by phone is a DISASTER for the same reason. BIG MISTAKE DELETING APPOINTMENTS ON THE COUNTER. P.S. Extraordinary medical care.
