We found extensive mold in our crawl space due to a drainage issue with our yard. We had a couple estimates from different companies and went with Puroclean. Johnathan Tripp really stands by his company and the work they do. With a pretty extensive mold issue. It was a big job that took a couple weeks to spray, scrub, and seal everything in the crawl space. John made sure the job was done right, even when we called about some missed mold (which again, our whole crawl space had surface mold, so it was a lot). They came right back out. Set back up and fixed it. Great company and values his customers.

Puro Clean came in to clean our carpets professionally. John and his team came in and got to work. We have a busy house and a lot of traffic constantly. He was able to make our carpets look like new. We had some very stubborn spots and stains. They are completely gone! Amazing and so thankful for their help. Extremely professional and detailed. Thank you for your help!

A homeowners worst nightmare happened, our house flooded at 3:30 in the morning. We had no idea where to begin or what to do. After contacting our insurance agency we quickly contacted PuroClean! They were there within hours and began the process of cleaning the water and damages items to begin the process of drying out our home. SOS Cleaning & Restoration

I would highly recommend Mark from SOS.  We had remediation in some of our basement including removing some walls and flooring, treating our rim joists, and removing carpet that had moldy tack strips.  One of the top mold testers in the state recommended Mark to me.  When the owner of the company is onsite doing the work, you know they are invested in doing a great job.  Mark was an awesome communicator, had great follow through, and was meticulous, and his prices were competitive and fair.  We'd hire him again in a heartbeat, and you should too!

We installed new carpet about 1.5 years ago and after a remodel and two dogs, we wanted to protect our investment with our carpet warranty. I have been using The Maids for a couple years now.   They are very responsible and show up when they say they will.  Which I have found does not always happen with companies.   They leave my house sparkly clean and always leave my cat treats which she quickly eats the minute they leave the house.  They do little things like make sure to bring in any packages that are on my porch - easy I know, but it matters.   IF I ever do have any concerns, they address them quickly.   I have the "Blue" team and am glad to have finally found a company I can rely on.

Amant's Floor Care

Had our carpets cleaned today. Phil did a wonderful job! Extremely friendly, professional and efficient! Highly recommend!

I have the same type of problem with them as their previous customer Jolene Willmering (her review also on their Website)
Kevin Amant decided to do something, that they normally don't
do, which is caulking, job was very poor and unacceptable !!!
He also included in my work order and invoice  'impregnate'
shower floor, which was never done or cleaned, in fact here is
what Steve (the person, that did the caulking) told me, when I
asked about it:  'Oh, he just made a mistake, I will not clean the
shower floor' and yet Kevin Amant included that in his estimate
and charged me $250.
He was NOT honest about this situation in his response to BBB,
which I knew he wouldn't be, no surprise there, as he never was with me as well, I would NOT recommend his service, not at all !!
Kevin Amant responded in a very unprofessional way, for sure !!!

P.S.

I have waited for 3 weeks for him to call me back and stop by here to look at it, he told me he would, but after that, I never heard back from him and filed complaint with BBB.

We had  large installed carpet cleaned that had been neglected over a few years.  It looks like new & he even got some rust stains out from a small water leak that we though were hopeless.  He  also cleaned & sealed our ceramic tile game room & it looks fantastic.  Phil was exceptionally professional & thorough, as well courteous & pleasant to deal with.  Will Definitely recommend  their services.

Do NOT mention regrouting - they will cut you off before you can explain further. No thanks to the gentleman who recommended your company - said you were the best around and super helpful! Said "they can clean it better than anyone in the area and they can help" - goes against the being cutoff mid sentence by someone who clearly sounded like they did not care or want to help/work today. (I'm trying to determine IF the tile floor needed re-grouting OR if it can be salvaged with a good cleaning). Guess you get to CHERRY PICK your business!

We were extremely happy with the services of Amant's Floor Care.  Kevin Amant came to the house for a bid the day after I called.  Explained exactly what buffing the hardwood would and would not do for our floors.  We had some bad spots in the heavy traffic areas of our kitchen but most of the rest of the house was in great shape.  The buffing brought the shine back to our floors and did a great job cleaning them.  The two gentlemen that came out were professional and courteous.  My husband and I believe in promoting small local business.  Do no hesitate to have Amant's take care of your hardwood or carpeting.

Parkway Cleaners

I have been using Parkway Cleaners for over ten years and they are fantastic.  I don't even live in AR but when I come over for business I bring my clothes for them to clean because they are so good at what they do while also being friendly and fairly-priced.

They ruined my Hollister coat and at this point the owner isn’t listening to me I’ve tried asking for my coat to be replaced and she refuses. She also blamed me for not removing the fur which really was their job.

The coat originally costs $140 and the fur she’s trying to replace it with makes the coat look cheap and it looses its authenticity.

Below there’s a picture of what the coat should’ve looked like and what it looks like now. The fur doesn’t even match the coat.

I would have given them more than 5 stars If I could.

I went in the store this week for dry cleaning my brand new sport Jacket, which cost me over $200. The next day morning, one lady from the store called me and expressed her concerns that dry cleaning could have ruined the paint on my jacket, which I REALLY REALLY appreciate the honesty and being professional. Staffs were very nice and friendly with great services! Much recommended!

Fast friendly service, quick turnaround even same day. Convenient drive thru for drop off and pick up. It would be nice if they had a system such as a customer number or card to speed up drop off for ID.

I always use Parkway Cleaners for cleaning the Santa suits my father in law, Don Cochran uses for our Santa photos. Parkway does a great job every year making the suits smell good and keeping them beautiful for our special day with Santa,  and the other Santa jobs he does during the season.

COIT Cleaning and Restoration

The vent system and area rug cleaning was worth every dollar spent. The techs knew their job and preformed it efficiently and professionally. Everyone from the first call to the end of the services were polite and professional. In a time when verbal communication is severely lacking, we appreciate speaking directly and meeting face to face the people coming into our home. We will defiantly be using COIT again.

I was pleasantly surprised that your technician was able to complete the process within two hours, I had expected an estimate and scheduling at a later date. He left everything clean and neat and really didn't disturb us at all. In addition, your scheduler was able to have someone out withing just a few days of my call. I'll use them again.

I booked my appointment today based on a previous experience. The technician I had yesterday didn't clean as well as done previously I felt. The carpet was 25 years old last time and literally came back to it's original look, this time our carpet was 1 and a half years old and looked half as good with less wear on the carpet itself. Previously it was barely damp when the tech had left and dried up within the hour, this time it took the whole day to dry up and we still have spots that are drying. The cost has also more than doubled, in 2020 we had paid under $200 for the same areas and this time we had kept a little extra in mind and planned on adding a rug or two depending on the estimate, it was almost over $500 with the rugs and so we agreed to just the hall, living and stairs for $343. Our initial service appointment was also canceled last minute which was very inconvenient for us. It's for these reasons we changed our mind about COIT even though we had loved our first service and had recommended them to all of our friends asking about good carpet cleaning companies.

Both the duct cleaner and the carpet cleaner showed up at the same time and were able to coordinate with each other which I greatly appreciated!  Everything was done well and with efficiency. Henry and Jeff were very personable and deserve a 5 star rating as well!

We had our bathroom, with marble flooring and walls, cleaned by this company on Nov 6th. Unfortunately, the service fell extremely short of our expectations. There are several issues that need to be addressed:

1.	Marble Floor Polish Removal: The chemicals used during the cleaning process have removed the polish from the marble floor, significantly damaging its shine and beauty. This is a distressing outcome, as one of the main purposes of the service was to enhance the appearance of our bathroom.
2.	Inadequate Wall Cleaning: We were informed that your technician did not possess the necessary tools to clean grout from vertical walls, nor to apply a sealant. Instead, chemicals were applied to the walls, and they were not properly cleaned afterwards. This has resulted in unsightly streaks on the marble walls.
3.	Overestimation of Square Footage: We received an inflated bill due to an overestimation of the square footage of the bathroom. This discrepancy in the billing process has left us dissatisfied with the overall experience. Also, when we scheduled the appointment we were given a range that was half this amount.
4.	Incomplete Cleaning of Floor: The technician did not thoroughly clean all parts of the bathroom floor. As a result, there are noticeable disparities in cleanliness between the center and other parts of the floor.

It is disheartening that not only did the technician fail to perform his job satisfactorily, but the overall condition of our bathroom was damaged as a result of the service provided.
Given these circumstances, I had request a refund for the amount charged for the cleaning service. Even after one month the company has not responded to my email. This suggests that the company deliberately provides subpar service and does not respond to customer complaints. Please DO NOT USE this company.
