Mark is an outstanding representative for your company.
He was adequately prepared, answered questions thoroughly and
supplied extra pertinent information to my cleaning issues.
If I could have given a 10 star rating, I would have.
In my opinion, this was by far the cleaning our house most needed.
Very satisfied!!

In August, 2023, we signed a contract for Chem-Dry of NE Iowa to clean two basement bedroom carpets, lower level living room and stairs. We were guaranteed that the odor in the bedroom would be resolved through the cleaning process. Mark told us that he would continue to return as many times as necessary to provide the service until the odor was gone. He did show up once after the original cleaning, but the smell was not removed at all. Unfortunately, the service and subsequent communication was inadequate and non-existant.

We tried to call Mark numerous times and left several detailed voicemail messages about returning to complete the job that was under contract. His voicemail continuously said that it was full and we were not able to leave any more messages. We have yet to receive a return call or any correspondence. We even had to involve his regional Customer Service Manager at the corporate office of ChemDry in Utah to try to contact him, to no avail. This has caused us and the new homeowners a significant inconvenience. Needless to say, we are very disappointed.

(Also wanted to add that he missed his initial appointment with us because he said when we scheduled, he was at the airport and "forgot to write it down.")

Edited to add: I did send a letter to your business address in Cedar Falls outlining our concerns, dated September 28, 2023. The Better Business Bureau and the Iowa Attorney General's Office have also been involved and have been trying to reach you on our behalf. When I spoke with Julie Ann Harris at Chem-Dry Corporate, she stated that she tried to call you, sent you emails, and left you several messages. After us leaving many voicemail messages at your phone number, I find it hard to believe that you have heard nothing from us or any of these other entities. Please contact me to rectify this situation. Maybe this is a "one off" for your business, but we would like this taken care of. Thank you.

Mark is great! Would highly recommend him. We have used him twice now and will continue as needed. We have a large family including pets and he always does an excellent job cleaning and making our floors look like new again! Thank you!

Clean Laundry

25 min wash and we did 30 mins on the dryers. I love that you can use your card for the wash. CLEAN FACILITY and staffed. 10/10 will come back again.

This is a very clean laundromat... Just a shout out to the staff, you're doing a great job!  And I would recommend this place to anyone....

It's a good spot to do your laundry comfortably. Plenty of space makes the environment feel smooth. And options for washers/dryers are abundant.

Very clean place,.. and the services  they do for the community is very nice from them... they are looking up after the community ..

This clean laundry has a better setup than the older ones in Waterloo, and it was cleaner. Prices are what you would expect in a laundromat. I have to go once and a while because I have a blanket that doesn't fit in my machine at home, so it is nice to have this close by.

Brian did excellent job of cleaning the ducts and answering all the questions we had. Very please with his service. We had also requested for furnace cleaning. He did use his power equipment to clean the drum but the result was not to our satisfaction. The picture attached shows substance even after the service was completed. I wish Americlean would take out the drum and clean it up or had better equipment to clean the drum properly.

Brian was our service technician, and he did a great job. Explained everything and was very responsive to my questions. His experience was obvious by how quickly he worked and cleaned up afterward. I would recommend him to anyone.

Brian did a great job cleaning the ducts and dryer vent at our house.  He explained the whole process and then did the work in a very professional manner.  We will definitely use the company again and hope Brian is our technician.

They responded really promptly, advised me well on their services, were very professional and quick with their service, and did a great job at getting stains out of my carpet. First off, let me thank you for the exceptional customer service. Not only did you ensure that I was pleased with the result, but initially took the time to understand my objectives and suggested a level of service that was appropriate and didn't try to "over sell" me. Wade was very pleasant. The carpet looks great and refreshed. It definitely is a better cleaning method than the other guys out there. The high traffic areas turned out better than I expected considering the amount of dirt and low quality of carpet. I would use your company again and will recommend to friends and family.

I was very happy with Bill and the service he provided. He cleaned all the carpets in the new house I purchased on a fairly short notice and everything looked great when he was finished. I called this company to come and clean my couches which are regularly destroyed by my kids and huskies. They were able to get me on the schedule the same week I called, showed up timely, and got my couches smelling and looking spotless! They were even able to remove tough stains including some slime that my daughter had gotten stuck on the couch! Very satisfied and highly recommend.

These guys came in to clean cat urine off our carpets multiple times (not to their fault) and each time they did a great job.  We had people comment on how nice the carpets looked afterwards.  Highly recommend and will use them in the future

Something was different in the living room, the coffee table was off-center. When I moved the table I saw why: someone had tried to conceal a horrible spill. A foot-long murky brown stain had been left to molder on the light Berber. Ugh. I thought I would need new carpeting.  But then Cory from Randy's Carpet Cleaning showed up. He is a genius!
