Parkway Cleaners

I have been using Parkway Cleaners for over ten years and they are fantastic. I don't even live in AR but when I come over for business I bring my clothes for them to clean because they are so good at what they do while also being friendly and fairly-priced.

They ruined my Hollister coat and at this point the owner isn’t listening to me I’ve tried asking for my coat to be replaced and she refuses. She also blamed me for not removing the fur which really was their job. The coat originally costs $140 and the fur she’s trying to replace it with makes the coat look cheap and it looses its authenticity. Below there’s a picture of what the coat should’ve looked like and what it looks like now. The fur doesn’t even match the coat.

I would have given them more than 5 stars If I could. I went in the store this week for dry cleaning my brand new sport Jacket, which cost me over $200. The next day morning, one lady from the store called me and expressed her concerns that dry cleaning could have ruined the paint on my jacket, which I REALLY REALLY appreciate the honesty and being professional. Staffs were very nice and friendly with great services! Much recommended!

Fast friendly service, quick turnaround even same day. Convenient drive thru for drop off and pick up. It would be nice if they had a system such as a customer number or card to speed up drop off for ID.

I always use Parkway Cleaners for cleaning the Santa suits my father in law, Don Cochran uses for our Santa photos. Parkway does a great job every year making the suits smell good and keeping them beautiful for our special day with Santa, and the other Santa jobs he does during the season.
