Everything smelt like vinegar. Caught someone using a dirty rag to wipe something down. One was on her phone the whole time. I will not be using this service ever again. I do not recommend.

We've been using the maids for years now and I'm very happy with the service & level of clean.  Additionally the security of the operation is great.

They are flexible when I need to make changes or skip a clean and I absolutely love coming home to a clean house

We made an appointment to see what they did. They don't do dishes (which is fine and normal) so we told them no thank you and thought that was the end of things. They have been calling us multiple times a day for a few weeks now, waking us up, calling while at work, etc. We probably would've wanted to use the service in the future but now we don't. Constant harrassment isn't appealing after we turned down the service.

These women were professional, thorough, and left my house cleaner than I realized it could be! The attention to detail was insane. They got all the little corners in my kitchen that always annoyed me! I had my first child, my parents were about to come into town and it was amazing to sit on the couch and not think of one thing I needed to clean! The Kleenex and toilet paper touches were like a cherry on top.

It's an enormous act of trust to allow strangers into your home, then leave them alone to touch everything. When hiring a cleaning service, we don't get to build that trust first, so we research and get referrals. Like you're doing now. Like I did over six years ago when I chose The Maids. Since then the company and its outstanding employees have earned and kept my trust with their consistently exemplary conduct: Clear, responsive communication from the office, and punctual, professional cleaning from the staff. Absolutely first-rate experience.

I am so grateful for the speedy response and through job we experienced with Chris and his team. We had our house painted top to bottom and needed cleaners on a very short notice before moving back in with our toddler due to all the dust that comes with painting. Chris was extremely responsive - they were able to clean our house within 48 hours of my initial request, which was a miracle - and on a Sunday! We were so pleased that we asked them to come back again to clean our house prior to showings and Nilda and her team did an amazing job again. I'm so glad we found them and definitely will use them again in the future!

We needed a deep house cleaning before selling our home and they went above and beyond! From fast communication, updates and answered all of my questions they were super easy to work with! The cleaning team who showed up did amazing! We had a slight miscommunication of the deep cleaning service but got that figured out and again super great communication! The house looks amazing, we even joked that we didn’t want to touch anything because it was so clean! Highly would recommend!

Sandra and her team have been working with us for over a year and they always do a fantastic job. One of my favorite things they do are the little touch’s… folding towels/blankets etc. it’s so cute.

Sandra and her team were amazing! I’ve never seen a team move so quickly and efficiently. They deep-cleaned a 3 bed 2 bath house, including basement in about 2 hours. I went through and did my checks and double checks of her team’s  work — they did it all! I’m genuinely impressed and look forward to utilizing their service in the future!

Folks I don't write bad reviews.. ever. I understand business have hiccups but this goes beyond that.

UPDATE: STILL WAITING ON A REFUND or EVEN A CALL BACK!!! I SENT PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE over a month ago>>> NOTHING> AS of Aug 22nd 2023.

I own a small co working space called Gather On Central in Faribault and our carpet is extremely important to us because our space is our product.

If our carpet isn’t clean then we don’t get business.

How our space looks is a direct result of how much we get it rented.

The pictures do not do the damage justice! I know there are shadows but those are easily discerned from the damage in person but should be evident in the photos too.

We hired zerorez of Mn to come clean our very expensive Interface commercial grade carpet.

Our carpet is a low pile berber which is made to stand up to high foot traffic and stains.

It did it’s job exceedingly well!! We just wanted to refresh the carpet.

No big stains or anything.

We hired Zerorez of Mn to do this.

The first time they came out the tec left large gray water stains on the carpet and debris in-which the carpet didn’t have stains before!
You could see where he was and where he wasn’t.

So we had them come out and redo it..
now it’s WORSE!

Look at the way their product just pushed the dirty water in long lines of mucky filth across our once beautiful carpet leaving behind these long streaks of gray water everywhere! It looks terrible! I am so upset. 😭

We are not sure how to proceed with our carpet being what appears to be ruined!

As of this day of today July 5th 2023 We have not received our money back and we have not been compensated for our losses. We are reaching out to the Interface to see how to fix this.

Beware!

This company can ruin perfectly good carpet by simply moving dirty water around leaving lines of gross gray water staining all over your floors!

We had used this company 8 years back. We had an excellent experience then. We thus called this company again. Kenyon was the technician who came out for steam cleaning of our carpets. He did an excellent job and was very polite and courteous. He finished the work very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company for consistently doing an excellent job at a competitive price.

First time getting air ducts cleaned.  The Techs: Dylan & Anthony did a great job!  Both were professional and friendly.  Answered all our questions and took care to make sure everything was squared away when they were done. Great service!

Our technician (Alan) called and offered to come early, which worked great for me.  He went through the entire house asking that any stained areas, concerns, etc. be pointed out.  He then explained  the entire process, what areas likely would be fine, and one old stain that likely would not come out.  We had asked that two chairs be cleaned, but before doing so, he looked carefully at the care tags, asked about the fabric age, and then did a small test spot.  Based on that, he recommended we not clean the chairs as the results likely would not be satisfactory.  I appreciated his candor.  He went through the same drill before agreeing to take two area rugs to their shop for cleaning.  He was meticulous in his work, and the outcome on our carpets far exceeded what I expected.

Jack was really personable and explained things well. I felt 100% comfortable with him in our home and he did a great job on the carpets. He spoke highly of Zerorez as a company saying they’re one of the best he’s worked for. I definitely stand behind a company that values the well being of their employees.

Amazing job!!!! Showed up on time as scheduled. The technician was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job on our carpet. Our carpet is about 8 years old and has held up to 3 kids, 5 dogs, and 3 cats during this time. It looks almost brand new and definitely smells like it's brand new!!! No more pet smell is the best part!

I picked Zerorez because of the advertising that leads you to believe their processes result in superior carpet cleaning.

I hoped that was true but after looking at the carpet, which is a two-year old Mohawk Smart Strand carpet, the technician explained that he could not guarantee that all the stains would come out.  Oh well, that’s what they all say, which immediately classifies Zerorez as nothing special.

Sadly, he was right.  I found the result to be just OK, nothing special.  It was also pricey.  Three times the “three room special” price.

The technician was very polite and professional.  I would give him five stars.

I am very impressed with the job Zerorez did on our carpets. Austin was our technician and he was awesome. We had years of pet stains from incontinent animals, and we couldn't walk on the carpet without shoes anymore. Our carpets were stained badly. Austin was professional, and knowledgeable. He made our carpets literally look brand new. I don't have any before pictures, but I do have some after pictures and you'd never know that these carpets just had dark stains all over them. We will definitely continue to use Zerorez in th future. Thank you!

Very pleased with Zerorez service. Scheduling and confirming is very easy and the cleaning was great. The carpets look much better and made the whole room smell fresh. I also had my vents and upholstery cleaned. Very satisfied with Zerorez. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Mark was the most professional and knowledgeable person we have ever used to clean our carpets. He truly cares about providing the best possible service! We have dogs  and learned a wealth of information about carpet care and pets as well! We can’t say enough good things about the job Mark and Zerorez did on our carpets! I was blown away by Deborah, the owner of Ultra Clean Service Corp. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to providing the highest quality service have truly impressed me. I have had the pleasure of utilizing Deborah's services for remediation was I have been blown away by the exceptional results. Deborah's exceptional support and open communication create a trusting and collaborative relationship. It's evident that she values their opinions and strives to exceed their expectations at every turn. I will surely be calling again should a remediation need come up.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also very knowledgeable and came to our house to do the inspection giving us a lot of information and education for mold. They were very thorough with their work and helped give us so much peace of mind!

I had a funky smell in a basement closet due to a small water leak in the boiler line. Ultra Clean was prompt in coming out to look at the problem the same day I called. Even though it was a small job compared to their normal standards, they still treated me very well and gave me a good price. I appreciated that their antimicrobial spray was made from thyme and not harmful chemicals. Their service technicians were kind and helpful and did good work. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

100% recommend this company! If you are looking for someone to cleanup a mess you have, this is the one to go for. They are very honest and do not overcharge. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was done well. Hopefully I will never need to hire a mold mitigation company again to cleanup after water damage and mold,  but I would I for sure go with them again if i was in the same situation. When another company came through and was way inflating the price of what needed to be done, Deborah and her crew came through and gave a much more reasonable quote. In the end the project we had hired her for ended up being a bigger project than Deborah was thinking initially (the house was in pretty bad shape), but she was honest and kept her word for the price. Very refreshing to work with an honest company like this.

Anytime you have water damage, much of which you can’t see, you need to find someone that is reputable and trusting. The time they took to analyze the situation and then provide honest feedback/recommendation, is something that isn’t easy to find (especially when the service job is too small). I would highly recommend them!

Minnesota Cleaning & Restoration

Jeremy did a great job restretching and fixing a botched carpet job by a contractor. He took the time to overview the issue with me and did a wonderful job with the final product. No more unsightly seams! I found Jeremy to be very honest (he had the chance to sell us on some other work we were interested in, but he recommended that we could wait on that work and explained why it wouldn't be necessary), professional, and someone who takes pride in his work.

I’ve been using MCR for years and have been so happy with the results. The price is reasonable, and the service is excellent. Jeremy has removed the worst stains from our white carpet — coffee, pet stains, spaghetti sauce, and even wax from a candle that was knocked over on the floor! He has incredible knowledge about carpets and area rugs. He recently cleaned the grimy grout in our kitchen and foyer and made it look like new. I highly recommend their service.

Jeremy is the best cleaner we have hired.! He was friendly, helpful, prompt and did a great job. Our carpets were in bad shape; now they look almost new. Jeremy removed stains we thought we permanent.  His follow up was exceptional. Will be using his services again.

Jeremy is amazing! His first visit was to remove a thick ballpoint pen ink stain from my expensive sofa. A miracle! It’s a light gray fabric and no trace of stain remains. He recently removed pet stains and grime from the same sofa. Good as new! He spot-cleaned my carpet and restored it to move-in day new.
I will be getting my carpeting cleaned every year to keep it nice. Jeremy is super friendly, very professional, and reasonably priced. Skip researching carpet and upholstery cleaners: call Jeremy!

Jeremy is wonderful! He's been cleaning our very light microfiber couches for 4 years now and it's always perfect. The couches stain immediately pretty much if you look at them  wrong. We also got a new puppy, so they were extra messy. His work is fast and excellent and our couches look brand new. I can't recommend him more highly! If you need couches or carpets cleaned, this is your guy!

American Rug Laundry

We got the rug back from cleaning and repairing and it still had one rip that had not been repaired. Not hard to imagine as there were many rips that needed stitching. We contacted them and they came the next day, picked up the rug, repaired it and returned it in a timely manner. We are extremely happy with American Rug Laundry and would recommend them to anyone who needs rugs cleaned and/or repaired.

During a time early in Covid, American Rug Laundry was the only business that was providing great customer service at a great value. They were superb. I’ve told everyone about them and look forward to using them again. They cleaned and repaired a very dirty and dog stained carpet. Great work!

American rug laundry showed true pride in their work. We had a really tough problem with animal damage to a rug and feared  it was a total loss. The rug required several soakings to remove the problem, .Mike, the manager in Golden Valley,  really stood by the company’s policy and tackled the issue, making sure that we were completely satisfied .

I have used ARL twice for cleaning (deep cleaning of 8 x 11 shag rug). They are always very professional and pleasant when scheduling, I have spoken with the same person each time. The transport team comes within their communicated time frame and is always very professional. Both times, we have been very satisfied with the cleaning! It would be great if they had an online scheduling/appointment management system, but I am still really happy with the service.

American Rug Laundry did an excellent job cleaning our vintage wool rug. It went from dull and stained to bright and beautiful. They fixed the adhesive on the back at no additional charge. They also expedited the cleaning so we could have it back before Thanksgiving guests arrived. Check out the after and before pictures attached.

Surface Surgeons

I hired Surface Surgeons to deep clean my townhouse carpets this past December, and I couldn't be more happy with the results.  I had several pets that left stains on the carpets, and the Surface Surgeon team was able to not only remove the stains, but deep clean and decontaminate my carpets and refresh them back to their previous state!  I would highly recommend their services - they were on-time, polite, worked quickly, and answered all of my questions about the process and any follow up questions I had.

Surface Surgeons is absolutely awesome! I had them come in and clean my carpets. I don't know why I didn't hire them earlier. Now it's going to be an annual thing! One of my friends recently had water damage to their entire basement. They used Surface Surgeons too and were beyond thrilled! Feels great to hire local people who do great work.

I highly recommend Surface Surgeons to clean carpets. At the time of cleaning, we paid for Green Guard, and had Surface Surgeons come back six months later to clean up a recent spill at no extra charge. We have used their service for several years and give them a high rating.

Our carpets look fantastic after being cleaned by Surface Surgeons!!! Great customer service and very competitive pricing.  They answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy with our results.  5 star service all the way!

I have cleaned my own carpet for years but now i'm too handicapped to
do it anymore. The first time we had surface surgeons come out to clean our carpet we were very impressed by not only the excellent quality of the work done but also the time the technician (on of the owners) spent explaining how their service differs from what others offer. We have since had them back several more times and will be scheduling them again in January.

We received a referral for the Maids a few years ago, and have continued with the service ever since. The Maids are remarkable! The team is so communicative and professional. It’s such a treat coming home to a sparkling house every single visit. Thank you Maids!

This was an initial deep clean of our condo.  The Maids Saint Paul "green team" did a great job...very thorough and efficient. Our appliances look like new inside and out.

I was in a pinch. I am getting a condo ready to sell and I needed a cleaning crew quick to prepare my kitchen to be painted. I reached out to another service and never heard back. I saw The Maids on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I received an immediate response to my inquiry that someone would follow up with me the next day. I heard back from The Maids. I was able to get a crew in the same week I contacted them. Blue Team was amazing. They worked together and got the impossible done. After the works is complete on my condo, I'll be calling The Maids and requesting Blue Team back for a final deep clean. I was so impressed, that I am considering setting up a cleaning schedule in our new condo. Thank you, Blue Team and The Maids!

The Green team handled my whole house clean with great professionalism and left the house spotless. The team members were all very nice and such hard workers! I will use this service again without a doubt.
