Excellent in every way! I thought I was going to have to replace some carpeting but John's amazing cleaning job has given me extra years! The cleaning is thorough and fast drying afterwards. And above all, the customer care is bar none! I can't remember the last time I had such a professional handling of any service. John is an excellent communicator, pricing is clear, and he makes sure that his customers are pleased. Don't look anywhere else for such a high quality program!

We have been using the Company Deluxe Carpet cleaning service for our home for several years now. John has been cleaning our carpet now for several years as he owns his business and is very dedicated to his work.John is such a great individual and treats his customers like family. He meets and greets you as he enters your home. He explains what he will be cleaning and he will treat any major strains and makes them look like new. He even puts on the carpet germ x as this helps with allergies and asthma related conditions people may have. It had been a while since we had gotten the carpets cleaned. John did an amazing job cleaning our carpets as well as our sofa. I will absolutely be using him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Prior to using Deluxe Carpet Cleaning, I was ready to just replace the carpets in our house because of brown stains and pet odors. However, John did such a good job in our house that we’re keeping the carpets for years to come. He also did some education with me after the service about how to maintain the carpets between cleanings. He also gave a quote that was very similar to the price charged, and the pricing was fair and transparent. We’ll be using John yearly from now on.

What a wonderful experience! John made our old carpeting new again. He was able to remove old stains from our dogs, and completely refreshed our downstairs.  He is a true professional and really knows what he's doing.

We had an AirBNB renter disaster at our rental home on A Street in Saint Augustine Beach. Even though our house cleaner worked for 5 days, we still were concerned about the biohazard residue that may require remediation. Matt took our call and went out to the house that same day to provide an inspection with our rental  team. After a thorough inspection, he provided recommendations on how to move forward. He conducted all the tests necessary. Matt was so nice to check in after we took his advice on the recommendations and we told him we felt the floor still had an unusual feel to it. He connected us with the floor cleaning service team and they were able to come out the next morning. (We have another great review for them). Our team that came out said he was outstanding, professional, and so kind. Thank you, Matt for the fantastic service. We hope not to need this type of service again any time soon, but would absolutely use them again.

Nate and Jason truly made this nightmare of an issue both a breeze and a pleasure through their tireless efforts to rid my home of mold and water damage. These guys really took their time to explain away all of my concerns with whatever I could think of over our two days together. They ceaselessly took every precaution to assure the safety of myself and all of my belongings through meticulous cleanliness and care. I cannot recommend these guys and their company any more highly, as their staff and location manager were also incredibly patient and caring throughout the entire process. Additionally, their pricing keeps the customer and their struggles in mind. After shopping for quotes, it was a tremendous relief to have landed on PuroClean. I plan to use them for the put-back, so expect another stellar review in a few!

Excellent company. Our three year old decided she wanted to make a pond in her sink for her frogs and forgot to shut the facet off 😵‍💫. 3 inches of water in our brand new home. 😭 they came extremely fast and were amazing. Not only calmed us down but quickly came up with a solution to fix everything. Anthony and Keith were the main folks and were absolutely terrific. Highly recommend this company.

Mitigation team Justin and Neil came in did a thorough assessment explained the best course of action then immediately started to work. Carpet team Steven and quin  went to work drying and cleaned carpet throughly and quickly. Overall a very pleasant experience considering the situation.

The team from PuroClean did an excellent job after we had a kitchen fire. We had another company at first but they did not live up to expectations. PuroClean provided water mitigation service for our insured.  We called directly with the loss and  they were there within 30 minutes.  The job was done correctly and in a timely fashion.  Once the job was completed all estimate costs were sent within 24 hrs. of the service completion and the insured was very satisfied with the work they provided, customer service was outstanding. First time using this company and we're glad we did! Unlike all the others who use a water base solution that takes hours to dry, Chem-Dry uses a three-spray process, that's environmentally friendly for pets, babies, and even grown adults. We had Neal who cleaned our Great Room and did a FANTASTIC job, we recommend Chem-Dry of St. Augustine!

Decided to try Chem dry for carpet cleaning and boy am I glad I did!!!!!

Ryan and another employee arrived on time and even called when they were near so I could put my pups up.

Sean came and did an assessment on some minor damage from a tub leak. Guided us through whether a claim to our insurance should be filed or not and offered a ton of cheap tips to resolve our minor issue without needing to file anything. Didn't even charge us anything for the time, assessment and amazing advice. Super friendly and knowledgable. I will 100% come back to PuroClean if I have any future water damage issues!

They have been phenomenal! My incident happened Thursday night, insurance called Friday morning and PuroCkean was there by 10:00 am. The project manager, Billy is very professional and knows what he's doing. He took complete control and got things moving quickly. AMAZING!!!! I called to have someone come over and check the bathrooms for mold. The gentleman came over in the afternoon, same day. And told me that it is mold but that he doesn't need to do anything and that I can take care it. He gave me the list of things to buy and what to do and left without charging! I found myself wanting to give him money because of his honesty. He could have easily taken advantage of me. In addition, he explained the details of our mild problem in an understandable way. I will ABSOLUTELY call again for any mold work.

We had a pipe burst while on vacation, which left us with a very wet and moldy home to return to. Mike and his crew were wonderful to deal with and took so much stress out of a very stressful situation!!

I had the opportunity to work with Puroclean on some mold and water damage restorations jobs a few years ago. Mike is an upstanding and honest man. He'll fix you up right no matter the job.

The house cleaners at Maid in Central Oregon did a wonderful job.   They called ahead to let us know when they would be arriving, were professional, courteous, and very efficient.   Our house is absolutely spotless.   Hands down the best cleaning experience we've had since moving to Bend.     And it turns out they even do window cleaning.    Will definitely be using them again.

The Green Team from The Maids has been cleaning our home for about 6 months now and working with them has been a very positive experience. They consistently do an excellent job and if there is ever anything we need to have addressed, it has always been handled professionally and with a commitment to making it right. Unfortunately, some companies do not put as much focus on customer satisfaction as they claim. However, this is not true with the staff at The Maids. From the first day that Jackie came out to meet with me and discuss our cleaning options, everyone has been nothing but professional, friendly, and committed to giving us excellent service. PuroClean of Elkton

I would highly recommend not using this company at all. I had a leak from my hallway bathroom that came through my kitchen ceiling. So I filed a Homeowners claim with Liberty Mutual on the water damage that resulted from this leak on June 10, 2021. PuroClean of Elkton sent out a Mold Specialist (Nick) to my home on June 22, 2021 (12 days after I originally reported the sudden loss to my home) and unfortunately I was at work during the time of this inspection. The Specialist told my wife that there was only one small instance of mold in our kitchen ceiling and that there shouldn't be any mold in the bathroom because there is cement board behind the tile (All of this information was/is a blatant lie). The Specialist was also quick to point out how much "our" deductible is and that it would be in "our" best interest to not file the homeowners claim. I have attached the pictures of the mold that "is not" in our bathroom and it was quickly discovered there is no green board or cement board in the bathroom it is all drywall since the home was built in 1968. I quickly reached out to PuroClean and spoke to the head of their Operations (Arcadia) and also sent the Specialist (Nick) the pictures of the mold that he somehow couldn't locate in our bathroom. Arcadia agreed there was mold and that the original inspection was not completed correctly and sent out their Supervisor Mark on June 25, 2021, to conduct another inspection of the sudden loss that occurred in my home. During this process Mark located several instances of mold and growth in my bathroom, bathroom walls and kitchen ceiling and also went through a brief work description of what his company would do to fix this matter. Mark informed me before he left that he would write up a report and send it to his office for them to come up with an estimate. Mark was also aware of this being a Homeowners claim and that he had personally worked with "Bev" (Liberty Mutual Insurance Adjuster) in the past on other claims. I then received updated documents from Liberty Mutual and low and behold I find that Liberty Mutual is using PuroClean's inspection report from June 22, 2021 and not the most current and accurate inspection from June 25, 2021. I have called into the office numerous times and spoke Meghan and ; who I was led to believe is the owner of this Branch, Ed. Both have made empty promises to "get right back to me" and "we will see what we can do" with all instances resulting in absolutely nothing. Either this Branch is completely disorganized with their overall operations or they just don't care about their customers. I would have to believe Ed is not the owner of this Branch because an actual owner would not tolerate this kind of unprofessionalism under their leadership or maybe this is something that Ed not only stands for but also embodies in his overall leadership abilities or lack there of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

PLEASE NOTE IN THE OWNERS RESPONSE THEY FAILED TO ADDRESS GIVING AN INSURANCE COMPANY A FALSE INSPECTION REPORT (6/22) AND THEN BLATANTLY FAILED TO AMEND THEIR INSPECTION FINDINGS (6/25). THIS IS THE REPORT THE INSURANCE COMPANY WAS STANDING BY. ALSO, THE OWNER REFERENCED US SPEAKING ON THE PHONE AND IN THAT CONVERSATION THEY INFORMED ME THEY WERE WORKING ON A WORK DESCRIPTION WITH A PRICE RANGE OF THE WORK BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T KNOW THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE/WORK AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING FOR. BE CAUTIOUS OF PEOPLE WHO WITHHOLD INFORMATION THEY LACK INTEGRITY.

These guys were amazing. They treated me like a good cousin would. Thanks Guys. They were also extremely accommodating. Even after hours, with questions, concerns, and advice.

I've had 3 different projects done by PuroClean Restoration and have been more than impressed by their craftsmanship, quality of merchandise, customer service and team. From beginning to end each project has gone well. I had carriage style garage doors and openers installed. This absolutely changed the front of my home-I love it! Next I did a back slider that required my siding to be removed and replaced. And last I had a storm door build out and front door put in. Whenever possible materials we had were reused, all debris was cleaned up and removed and the professionals they sent to our home were courteous, knowledgeable and great with my children and pets. I have recommended this company several times and have never been let down. Everyone that has used them says they would call again. Great service all around.

I'm very grateful for how responsive the customer service representatives were. The damage to my home happened while we were away, and they were incredibly helpful coordinating the appointments. The crews that came out were professional, efficient, and totally respectful of COVID precautions. I hope you don't need their damage recovery anytime soon, but if you do, you'd be in good hands.

I recently had an issue where my basement flooded. Ed and his team came out in less than 2 hours and started the water removal process right away! They were very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. I love that they provided the reconstructive services to help you with the aftermath of your incident also! Would definitely recommend to a friend and use PuroClean again the future!
