Sean came and did an assessment on some minor damage from a tub leak. Guided us through whether a claim to our insurance should be filed or not and offered a ton of cheap tips to resolve our minor issue without needing to file anything. Didn't even charge us anything for the time, assessment and amazing advice. Super friendly and knowledgable. I will 100% come back to PuroClean if I have any future water damage issues!

They have been phenomenal! My incident happened Thursday night, insurance called Friday morning and PuroCkean was there by 10:00 am. The project manager, Billy is very professional and knows what he's doing. He took complete control and got things moving quickly. AMAZING!!!! I called to have someone come over and check the bathrooms for mold. The gentleman came over in the afternoon, same day. And told me that it is mold but that he doesn't need to do anything and that I can take care it. He gave me the list of things to buy and what to do and left without charging! I found myself wanting to give him money because of his honesty. He could have easily taken advantage of me. In addition, he explained the details of our mild problem in an understandable way. I will ABSOLUTELY call again for any mold work.

We had a pipe burst while on vacation, which left us with a very wet and moldy home to return to. Mike and his crew were wonderful to deal with and took so much stress out of a very stressful situation!!
