Dr. Duct Inc

Need FULL REFUND by COB OCTOBER 24th. Work not done. Chris came 10/20 in am. I paid for deep duct cleaning and UV light. Showed him HVAC system that had drywall dust in it. Chris showed pictures post work I questioned why it looks the same as before cleaning? Meaning drywall dust still there . He responds that’s just how the UV lights makes it look in pictures. I later  inspected it and sure enough DRYWALL Dust was still there. Also he didn’t do dry vents as Ben stated was included in deep cleaning. I have pictures of proof. Additionally I recently had home painted, bathroom redone, floors replaced. Chris damaged my walls around the vents. Again full refund to original form of  payment by COB 10/24/23. If refund not received will file complaint with Attorney General,Consumer complaints, and contact my attorney from Cancer institute. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMpany. Doesn’t do what they are paid to do, tear up your property, SCAMMY, and dishonest.

My Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Service

We needed our carpets done for a move out inspection, and we stumbled upon Rich through Angi. From start to finish, the communication was on point, and pricing was very fair. It’s in your budget if you want the job done right, because after he was done, the carpets that we thought were already clean, looked and smelled brand spanking new! He explained the whole process to us before he got to work, and when we returned he made sure that the unit was properly ventilated to allow everything to dry correctly. Just look for yourself. Such a great experience, look no further.

Rich was on time, thorough, thoughtful of environmental and pet-safe products and efficient. The carpets looked years younger when he finished and he removed some spots I thought would be there forever. He also has great expertise about carpet repairs and has someone on staff to handle that issue as well.

I am very choosy about vendors, but MCC exceeded my expectations. They cleaned my wall to wall carpet and one oriental well and for a fair price. Rich is very personable and ready to serve his customers. (A word to the wise on carpet cleaning in general: beware of some of the other companies and read reviews from all sources.) You can hire MCC with confidence!

I recently hired My Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Services (MCC) to clean my carpets for "move out" services. I lived at my townhouse with a child, dog, and 2 cats. So these carpets needed a good cleaning before new tenants moved in. Prior to the cleaning, there were definitely visable spots of pet accidents in some areas of the carpet. Once the cleaning was completed and I inspected those spots again, it literally was gone. I was also quite impressed with how knowledgeable Rich was about the type of resident I lived in, how large the rooms could be based on past experience with my neighborhood, and even how possible stairs might need to be clean to give me a completely accurate estimate during my research phase. Rich also gave me different options for helping me keep my cost low for service and was very candid and upfront about what to expect before service start. I would recommend MCC to anyone needing a top-notch carpet cleaning service, and will certainly call on Rich again for my service needs.

Having an unfortunate experience like water damage in your home can be extremely stressful.  PuroClean is responsive and professional.  The on-site remediation team led by Kevin Ramos, and his techs Marcus, Joel and Henry have been informative and courteous.  Also Aaron who is in the office, provides great customer service, communicates often and able to answer my many questions.

From the moment my insurance company put me in touch with PuroClean I was amazed at the responsiveness and professionalism that I received over the past few months. From follow up and appointments, just seeing how things were going, Kelsey was terrific. Luis, the technician that handled the cleaning /drying of the water damage process was a life saver. I cannot say enough about him and how well I was treated. It was evident how upset I was at my situation and Luis explained everything in a way I understood and I was made to feel safe and comfortable during the process. Bill's piece was the final part and he too, was outstanding with the service he and the contractor that did the painting, floor and wall repair. We called Puro Clean to come up and help clean up and mitigate damages after a slab leak that we had at our home.  They were super responsive, able to come out the day after we called them.  They showed up on time and were clean, professional and thorough.  During the process they came back to our home multiple times to track the progress of the cleanup.

I could not be happier with Clean Choice's service. As a 24/7 very busy airport hotel property, our carpets take a beating. The difference is truly remarkable. They brought the color back to our hallways, stairwells and lobby carpets! Not to mention virtually ANY odors that were present, are completely gone. Their pricing was BETTER than that of some of the top name carpet cleaning companies I had called. They worked very diligently and took their time to be extremely thorough. I cannot recommend this company and their services enough. 3 weeks later and the results are still stunning everytime I walk into the hotel. I will only call Clean Choice from now on!

Donny and Pedro did a great job cleaning my carpet.  I  have used Chem dry before but this was the best guys. The carpet looks beautiful and in apartment rentals the management company puts in cheap carpet. I will definitely request them again.

Chem dry is by far the best carpet cleaning company. I haven't had such a good experience in the past with carpet cleaning nor did I trust them. I use to by the ones from lowes or Home Depot until one day I said why not give Chem dry a try. I did and I'm so happy I did because they cleaned my carpets so well they looked brand new. Brian is a magician! An HONEST magician! He did a sensational job on 30-year-old carpeting that we felt was ruined. He made it look better than decent. He also declined to clean stairs that he felt was beyond anyone's capability; it simply needed replacement. He was prompt; Brittany was sensational on the phone when booking the appointment and called the day before to confirm. The estimate was almost identical to the final price. We will use Chem Dry again when their services are needed and recommend them to anyone who needs service. THANKS!

I had my carpeting cleaned today by Delta.  In all the years that I've had my carpeting cleaned these people are the best of the best! My carpet is over 40 yrs old (apt.) and when they get done it looks brand new.  This is not an exaggeration.  Jose & Jacinto are very professional and personable.
