I called Maid in California, along with a few other cleaning companies, as my mom's house needed a deep cleaning before an event happening at the house. Maid in California was the first to respond, and with a fair price, so we decided to use them. The cleaners arrived within the window of time given, and did excellent work while here. I can't say enough about Roger and Netty. They needed an extra hour than what was quoted to get the entire job done, but that was understandable given what we needed done and the fact that the house hadn't been deep cleaned in a long while. I definitely recommend and plan on using again.

ProClean Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning

Mr. Quintero showed up within the promised time window. He was pleasant to talk with, and respectful of the home. The chemical used does not have a odor. The carpet went from dirty to clean in about 70 minutes.

Gerardo came to my home to clean the carpet.  He was pleasant, professional, and respectful.  I haven’t had my carpets cleaned in quite a while, but Gerardo did a great job.  I appreciate his kind assistance in helping me move a couple of furniture items that were in the way.  I also appreciate him calling me to let me know he was running a little behind and providing me with his estimated time of arrival.  I would definitely consider using ProClean again in the future.

Had an excellent overall experience with Pro Clean. The price for services provided was as advertised and it remained consistent from the quote to the final invoice. Our technician was friendly and professional and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was able to perform all the work thoroughly and in a timely manner. We will be using this company again in the future.

We asked for a duct cleaning and they quoted me a light cleaning around $300 or a deep cleaning around $700. When Jose and Danny arrived they showed us a picture they took with their phones and said we had mold and needed remediation. Danny said it would cost $3300, but eventually through "discounts" they did it for $2700. I didn't have time to research the cleaning, but it the EPA doesn't seem to endorse the cleaning like they suggest. I'm not sure how they have 4 stars on google, but check other sites and you'll see how they use predatory sales tactics to pressure you for services you might not need.

Miguel came today and cleaned my carpets. He arrived right on time, worked very hard and was so pleasant to be around. He explained everything before he started. The rugs turned out even better than I expected!! I highly recommend Miguel.’

I urgently needed someone to clean my house because I have two children and everyone knows that's a recipe for disaster. I work 55+ hours a week and I don't have time to clean, so the house was a literal mess. I hired The Maids, San Diego, with very low expectations on what they could accomplish in my house. I thought, as long as it looks slightly better, I'll be satisfied. I didn't expect what was in store. I came back home from work and my jaw hit the floor when I walked into the door. I had NEVER seen my house this clean, and not just your average clean. I mean sparkling, shining, deep, no-dust-no-filth-anywhere clean. The process of hiring them was super easy and while at first I was concerned to leave my keys with a stranger, I loved the results so much that I decided to hire them to come in every two weeks and fix my children's mess and my own mess. I trust them enough to leave my valuables lying around, and nothing ever goes missing. As a matter of fact, after The Maids come to my house, they end up finding a lot of things that had been lost in my horrible mess for months.

I decided to make this an ongoing contract because I frequently have guests and business partners at my house, and I no longer feel embarrassed to let them in. Quite the contrary - I am now always excited to host people because I know that the next day, The Maids will take care of everything.

The maids blue team ladies are excellent and very nice. They work very hard especially today 10/20/23 when they only had two ladies out of their usual team of four. Despite having only two ladies they still cleaned my house excellent and with a smile. I appreciate very much because I am old and handicapped. They are my angels in my life. I am blessed by them.

Team white lead by Carla have been servicing our home for year's...they are always spectacular and leave our place spotless. Very detail oriented and her and team are always very pleasant to talk to friendly. We are always 100% satisfied and appreciative of all their hard work! All Points Chem-Dry

Bobby cleaned carpets that had been repeatedly peed on by dogs and now they look great!  My cream colored couches also look and smell new, too! He was thorough and professional , but very friendly, as well! I would recommend this company!

This is the third or fourth time I have used this company to clean my carpets. They always do a great job at a fair price. Jose is fantastic. He did wonders with the stains in my hallway my carpets look brand new!! I would definitely recommend them.

I was 100% impressed with this family owned company. They know their stuff and I felt complete confidence in their expertise. I have two very large wool and silk rugs they had to take to their business to clean.  These can shrink if they are not cleaned correctly -- a reason why we'd never had them cleaned.

They came back not only clean but also their original rich color restored and  enhancement because of their "color fast" treatment.

We live in the San Gabriel Valley and have had ChemDry All Points clean our carpets a few times to our complete satisfaction every time. The owner, Patty, sent Bobby (the carpet and tile floor specialist). Bobby explained everything thoroughly and how long to stay off the carpets. He reviewed the quote that Patty gave us over the phone and added on a few additional items we wanted cleaned. We had a final quote in hand before he proceeded with the job. The results were remarkable; he is thorough and there were no missed spots. ChemDry is a very effective cleaning method and won’t leave significant wetness in the carpets. The carpets were dry by the following morning. Pricing is competitive. They are reliable, consistent, and responsive to any call you make to them. They will value you as a long-time customer. You will get your money’s worth. Bobby assured us that if there were any problems after everything dried, they would follow-up. They stand behind their work. BTW: there were no problems afterward and no need to get back to them until the next time we need our carpets cleaned

The Maids do a thorough job with the initial cleaning and then the bi-weekly cleanings. The text or call me or my wife with any questions - so communications is top notch. We trust the Maids team members - they are honest hard working folks. They even have the keys to our house! I'm very happy with the professionalism of The Maids.

I had seen this company outside at my neighbors and decided to try them. The showed up on time and I gave the ladies instructions on what I needed cleaned. I would rate my cleaning a 6 out of 10 because the girls missed a lot of the back of the doors and my shower wasn't cleaned. They charge 265 dollars an hour which is a lot of money for what they did. They charged me 410 dollars plus I tipped each girl (5 of them) 50 dollars. I paid them cash. A couple of hours later I got charged 410 on my credit card too. So poor communication between the cleaners and company. So overall I won't be using this company again. If your gonna charge so much an hour I would make sure your cleaners clean 100% and not miss anything and that your communication is spot on as well.

I started using The Maids after another scheduled service canceled on me at the last minute and didn’t offer an alternative. I searched “same day cleaning service” (my family was coming into town that evening, I really wanted the house cleaned by a pro and not just me with some Clorox wipes and a Swiffer) and The Maids came up first with great reviews. Jerry responded to my call immediately, was able to offer same-day cleaning service for extra cost, and the maids went above and beyond to make my house impeccably clean despite me being a last minute add to their day and my house needing some TLC! (They even cleaned my toaster oven without me asking. I was in heaven.) After that my husband and I decided to do the every other week service, which is perfect for us for maintenance. Other reviews have said it but it’s really true - my house sparkles after The Maids come!! It feels sort of luxurious to have a cleaning service, but it’s totally worth it to me…it would take me WAY longer to make the house this clean myself. The ladies are super fast (usually takes them just under an hour for our 1400sqft home), friendly, and prompt. I love that they send you automatic texts about when they’ll arrive during your time window too. Overall, great things to say!

Professional Carpet Cleaning Services - Coastal Chem-Dry San Diego

Rafael did a fantastic job and was incredibly professional. He made our furniture look new and removed layers of dirt and grime from kids and dogs. I was shocked at how my chairs and sofa looked after the treatment. I can't recommend enough!

Rafael does such AWESOME work! We've had our carpet for more than 15 YEARS and after Rafael finishes his work, it looks BRAND NEW! I don't know how he does this!
He's also VERY FRIENDLY, super nice, of course very professional AND his fees are GREAT and WORTH the value!!!! I've been a client for more than 10 years and I will not use anyone else for our carpet services.

Rafael has come to my house twice to get cat pee out of brand new furniture (our cat thinks he's protecting us?) His method and products really work, it completely eliminates the problem. He is friendly and easy to work with, the pricing is very fair. I am having him come back to clean the tile flooring grout. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I hired The Maids to do a deep clean of my mother-in-law's house, as a gift for letting us stay with her while our house was being built.

They are a bit pricier than other cleaning companies that I contacted but they had great reviews online.  I'm pleased to say they were worth it, in my opinion.

The ladies did a fantastic job!  They performed a thorough clean of the house; they were professional and efficient.  One of things that impressed us the most is that they took the time to move furniture out of the way (tables, chairs, night stands, etc) to clean underneath.  They were great about dusting/cleaning pictures and Knick knacks, then putting them back exactly as they were before.  The cleaning products they used left a nice & light fragrance.  There were no harsh chemical smells left behind.

When they were done, the team leader took a few minutes to go through each room to explain what they had done and to see if we had any questions/comments/issues that needed correction (which there were none).

They did have to delay their arrival due to someone calling out that day, so they only had a team of three instead of four.  But they texted me to let me know and were very apologetic.  Because they were down a person, what would have been a 2.5 hour cleaning took 3.5 hours.  Not really their fault, you can't help the actions of others.  However, I was concerned that I would have to pay more because of the extra hour they spent cleaning but was pleased that they honored the price they quoted.

I will definitely hire them again, should I need their services.

Excellent Service and Great People! I have had The Maids come out to my house a few times now and they have been absolutely amazing! They came with a team of five people and they cleaned my house from top to bottom. They had a great eye for detail and cleaned things I didn't even think about! It is such an amazing stress reliever to come home to a house that has been thoroughly cleaned by a group of amazing women!

Word cannot express how grateful I am for this company. MaidPro dropped the ball and cancelled my cleaning at the last moment on a Friday & I was staying in a hotel because of home repairs. I needed my home to be thoroughly cleaned before I could move back in.

I am just so totally impressed by the Maids of Richmond. I get them to do deep cleans on my house every 3-4 months. So far I haven’t found a spot that they missed!!! And I look!!! I was so frustrated with one of their competitor companies in this area. I had been a client of that competitor for multiple years and even after pointing out ALL that was missed each and EVERY time - no adjustments were made at all. I even asked that other company to actually use THEIR OWN CHECKLIST that they left every time to tell me “what they cleaned” so they could know exactly what to clean! They never would! That was not my only negative experience with corporate companies in this area. I was very worried going with a new company but saw the YELP reviews for The Maids and decided to try again. I have NOT been disappointed. The group is so incredibly thorough. The house absolutely sparkles and I have 4 pets and 2 teenage boys!!! If you are even thinking about hiring a cleaning company - The Maids is the ONLY company to go with in this area! Trust me - I have tried them all!

Express OC did a fantastic job on my floors! Warehouses tend to get super dirty over time, and mine was no exception. They scrubbed and vacuumed the floors in the warehouse  and left them in fantastic shape! Their team was quick and and finished even quicker than I thought. They were great about working around my schedule and I'm super happy with the results. I'll definitely use them again in the future!

Very bad Company Management coming from the owners to the owners Mom... they work overload people, they dont paid what it's deserved and they have their morning staff relatives doing nothing but walk around during the day and always take retaliation against their employees when they complaint about having the morning cleaning lady messing with the night crews supply. They also never care if someone gets injured, instead they have them work without having medical attention at all. They rather fired the good hard working people instead of fixing the issues with a great ownership ethic, they just fired them because people tells them they need to fix the issue they have and they even accepted that the problem there is their relative from the morning shift, yet they still don't do anything. Once they had this girl coming to work even when her son have had an urgent surgery, they told her she either go to work or she will get fired. They have nothing Professional at all, no ethic, no experience nothing... Yet, they still think they can get away with all they do to their employees... They have been sued several times including from Owners Brother in law or sister in law for work over load and injuries. Who would want to work with that type of irresponsible people. Also trying to back stab their so called "PARTNERS" on Carpet Cleaning. It's such a shame they don't want to learn from people who Has Experience on these jobs.
Do NOT HIRE THEM or WORK FOR THEM.

Nabil- was amazing and fast. Very knowledgeable about the cleaning and got some amazing stains out of our rug.
