The whole process was about as good as it could get -- the consultation, quote information, technicians, were are very personable, very knowledgeable, conscientious, careful of our home and belongings, helpful, patient with our questions, and gave us their full attention -- they were very focused on our project and were 100% committed to doing the absolute best job possible and making us 100% satisfied.  The cost of using Chet's had us taking a few moments longer to make the decision to go with them, but now that the work has been complete, we feel the extra cost was well worth the confidence and satisfaction we have with their service for the work that was done. We waited a couple days before we submitted this review, as other contractors have cut corners in areas that were not as noticeable  -- so we wanted to do a more thorough inspection. We found no cutting of corners whatsoever -- if anything we found a few areas where they went above and beyond our expectations.  We believe Chet's is head and shoulders above any other carpet service provider we have ever used and we will recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors without hesitation.

Chet's always does a great job.  This time Rivan and Johnathan handled our whole house.  They were friendly and dedicated to making sure I was more than satisfied, working on a few spots that I thought would never come out.  They were very thorough and went through a multi-step process.

Love this place!   My dog unfortunately got a bird that was inside house and killed it on couch cushion. Blood on cushion.    The furniture store recommended Chet’s.   It isn’t close to me.  40 minutes drive but needed to get it cleaned.   Picked it up and I can’t tell where the stain was !  Very happy with Chet’s.  Worth the drive !   So professional and they’re very knowledgeable in stain removal

Rivan and Ashley are friendly, efficient and thorough while they work hard to clean your home! They were honest about a small stain that I had attempted to remove myself, but I actually made it worse. They are very knowledgeable and explained how to use their stain lifting product, which they left me a small bottle of. Overall I am really pleased with how my carpets and sectional turned out! They are worth the price. My 10 year old carpets look brand new.

We had our carpet in the living room and hallway cleaned today, which are the main foot traffic areas.  We’re very impressed with the final result, how quick the process was, and how professional and friendly the cleaners were.  We had some areas soiled by cats and that was cleaned very well too. The Maids in New Orleans

No communication, unskilled cleaners, unprofessional, not what you pay for cleaning service!!! I travel occasionally for work & needed a bit of help around the house. I asked for a DEEP CLEAN for the 1st visit, only downstairs & a standard clean going forward every 2 weeks. They stated everything that was included with a deep clean & I was like ok great just what I was going to ask for. My house isn’t filthy but noticed buildup & also do manage to keep it up with a clean surface level but just needed a break for me & the kids…Day of Arrival, I had Team 2, Gloria’s Team,  I called early that AM hours ahead informing that I would leave the door unlock for them due to working. Received a call when they arrived asking if I could let the maids in…who did I speak with??..Anyway no big deal. 10 minutes later another call telling me that it would be an extra charge to clean upstairs because of the current conditions (Packing to move to newly purchased home)…Again who did I speak with???….I explained for the 4th time I had not requested upstairs, down stairs only…it’s a good thing I didn’t have a big dog locked in there that isn’t friendly because they do not communicate at all seems to be. But this is All after explaining I will be working. They were only here 30 minutes. 30 minutes for a deep clean?!?! On what planet. I know because my daughter school bus arrived 10 minutes before they left. In my office I’m thinking AMAZING, Wow they work FAST for a deep clean. I went to check & looked as if the only thing that was clean was the floors, blinds & guest bathroom toilet. Literally nothing else was clean and I’m not a super finicky person.  I had already deep cleaned my kitchen the day before to help them out to focus on DEEP CLEANING. Base boards still dust, dirt spot still on wall( can’t miss it) dirt on the floor still, dirt on the rug, guest bathroom base boards still dirty, & laundry room area was still the same. It looked as though my kids had cleaned. They offered to bring them out again, little did I know it was the SAME PEOPLE, for a reclean. The next day I hear complaining outside my door the entire time. Slamming on my door ect…Go check after finishing up work & still the same thing only this time they cleaned maybe a few base boards & said to Hell with everything else. They may be good for a standard clean but these cleaners, at least the ones I got are NOT SKILLED in cleaning at all. My first job as a teenager was cleaning and I would never how they did me. I was extremely heated because I would never try to get over on someone like that. My kids can do a better job & once again I’m usually a person who DO NOT complain. I’m very easy going & understanding but this didn’t sit well with me at all!!! I didn’t even bother calling because as kind as they sound on the phone there’s a communication issue in the office. Maybe I got a bad batch of cleaners who knows but I’m not risking it with a third visit I’ll try with a more local independent cleaning company. I don’t know about these reviews but I just know my experience maybe they pick and choose when they decide to give good service.

This service is Incredible! The job Team 2 with leader Destiny did for my companies on site apartment was supreme. The apartment is spotless, smells fantastic, and it's shiny 😁 if you need your business, house, or office cleaned professionally, call them! Ask for Team 2 cuz Victoria, German and everyone on the team are fast, efficient, and customer service oriented. You won't be disappointed

I’ve used The Maids for five years.  I love how the company has  a list of items that they clean and the leader goes through a checklist before the team leaves.  Consistently a thorough job!

For a while I was being sent different team leaders and people almost every other visit.  Now that I have Team 2 and Gloria, I am very happy.  I'm pretty particular,  so they have no problem with me checking the bathrooms and kitchen after they're finished cleaning.

Gloria and Team 2 were great!  They showed up on time, were very professional and left the house spotless!  They paid extra attention to my floors which I had asked for, specifically, and they did not disappoint!!  Fantastic work!!

Beau was very friendly, patient, and informative when I reached out regarding their services for apartments. He was very professional and completed the service in a timely manner. I have a pet that shed and all of the hair was picked up! I will definitely be reaching out again!

What a great experience,  my carpets look amazing!  Beau was so personable, professional and trustworthy. He was able to get stains out of my light colored carpets that I thought were there for good. He and his team also cleaned and treated my vents, so now I have piece of mind knowing my ventilation system is clean from the inside out.  His pricing was reasonable, so I am relieved to have found a reputable company that I can call with consistency for all my carpet and flooring needs.

Beau came out and steam cleaned my carpet and rug. Very nice person and quick. Only have to wait an hour to dry. Now my house smells wonderful. My encounter with New Orleans Kwik Dry happened when I began my internet search for a reputable company to clean my carpet.  Oh, I have used other companies over the years to do my floors. Well. after reading the reviews from individuals that lived in the LaPlace area, I decided to call Kwik Dry to schedule an appointment. I received a text message from their employee,  Beau in regards to my upcoming appointment. He arrived on time, introduced himself, took a walk through the house, did some measurements for additional work I was interested in, and then proceeded to get his equipment to take care of my floors.

Now, I had to leave my home before the work was completed. When I returned, my husband said, "Beau said if you are not please, he would come back and redo the floors." I was overjoyed to hear that. It was the first time any person ever was willing to come back to satisfy his customer.

Bill and his crew were way beyond accommodating as we scheduled this treatment for three  of our Michigan facilities. He gave us an exceptional price and his service was beyond compare. Highly recommend.

Bill and Scott helped us during the power outages and storms that flooded our basement.  They were out immediately and were incredibly patient, honest, and helpful.  24 hours later our kitchen flooded and they were back out to our rescue!  We value honest and kind workers who also do a fantastic job - Bill and Scott were all of the above!  They were responsive in their communication, efficient and honest in their work, patient with our million questions, calm while we stressed, and most importantly were kind to us, our dog, and our two little kids. I generally do not leave reviews for businesses but I was so impressed with my experience with Puroclean of Macomb, I just have to leave a review! I called to schedule an appointment for mold removal and he completed the job two hours later. Bill was extremely professional and pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone! Very reasonable pricing, as well.

I called PuroClean for what we thought was mold in our attic. Bill came out the same day, inspected the attic and found no evidence of mold. Instead of spraying the attic and charging me for the service I called for, he reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and only charged a small service fee. Great, honest company!

Dr Cleaners

They did the alterations as asked in the time they said they would.  Everything was satisfactory.

I took a pair of white cotton Levi jeans to dr. Cleaner to be cleaned.   When picked up and returned home, my 100% cotton jeans were pressed and starched.! They were so hard , jeans felt like cardboard.  I returned them to be cleaned again.  The woman present apparently didn't like the way I spoke to the young man who placed my order. She's  been chilly towards me since .  I'm from
New york and if you can't take criticism for mistakes you made , you should not be in a business that requires customer service.

There are no stars for Dr. Cleaners. This place is very un professional. Why do we patronize unprofessional behavior? I called this establishment to let them know that the items that I picked up were ruined. The owners were  very defensive immediately upon calling with a complaint. They were so rude over the phone that I had to actually go there to show them what they had done. Dr. Cleaners refused to acknowledge their fault. By any means, save yourself the headache of going there because if they ruin any of your items, they will refuse to correct the matter at hand. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM IS AT IT'S LOWEST, AND, POOR QUALITY IN SERVICES OFFERED. Don't wait until it is you that is faced with unprofessionalism. Just stay away. It is a shame that the majority of their customers are African Americans. Stand up for something and stop patronizing. Based on the reviews, I am pretty sure I will not be the first or last to post such a negative review about Dr. Cleaners. If you guys would stop patronizing  unethical business practice and unprofessional behavior, African americans would be treated differently.  Without your dollars, they would not be successful. Take your business where it is valued, accepted, and appreciated.

Geaux Maids of New Orleans

Do not use. This is what a 400 dollar "deep clean" will get you from this company. Also, when I was called back after lodging my complaint, I was given a discount of only 80 bucks! I had to spend another 3 hours cleaning all of the things they didn't even touch!

I used them once and the women "deep" cleaned 3 rooms and one bathroom. It took her five hours and it was not done well. She did not even have to do the Kitchen as it was already clean. They were hired to come weekly at 11:30 am and messaged me to tell me they will be here at 8:30 am????? They do not yet know they are fired.

I had a deep and general clean of my apartment. The cleaner, Stephanie, showed up on time. I walked her through the home and went over what I wanted cleaned. Stephanie worked hard throughout the entire house to clean my place up and down. Much to my pleasant surprise she even organized areas that I didn’t go over with her in detail (as you can tell organization isn’t exactly my best trait). The entire house looks amazing, she got through every nook in the home and didn’t mind the fact that my large Labrador retriever was in the home! Overall I would say that this cleaning exceeded my expectations and I’ll be recommending them in the future

I was a customer for a year and half. If you get a good, thorough clean you’re lucky. My last clean lasted 45 minutes. She not only left the trash bag that was full, she added more trash to it. She used my vacuum and left that full, too. She half changed my bed and left the dirty comforter on. Out of the 48 cleaning points the website promised, she performed 12.

I reached out less than 24 hours after and didn’t get a response until I bumped my email. During the second phone call, I was gas lit and yelled at, she proceeded to tell me that I was wrong.

The owner of the company doesn’t care that his employees are giving such sub par cleans and even worse, that they aren’t following up with unhappy customers appropriately. You’re better off flushing your money down the toilet

I want you to know how very pleased I am with Geaux Maids cleaning service! My daughter lives in New Orleans & had to evacuate her home just before Hurricane Ida & was 9 months pregnant at the time. She came back & then had her baby early. I flew in from California to help but needed her house cleaned before she got home from the hospital. I booked the soonest appointment available for cleaning & wrote a note to explain what was going on,  begging for a sooner appointment. Well, the folks at Geaux Maids were kind enough to arrange a cleaning in the morning before she & the new baby came home & while I was flying!  How wonderful for us all to come back to a sparkling clean home! Thank you SO much for cleaning so well,  and especially for being so responsive to a customer! We are happily continuing with Geaux Maids!
