PuroClean of Waterford Township

My insurance company sent PuroClean of Waterfront Township to complete work after the first company left the job without completing it. The first company worked in our home for two months without removing any of the damaged clothes/damaged items from our home. They were thrown in a huge pile a few feet from the dry wall and ceiling they removed. As a result of this, everything was contaminated with wet drywall. Their water drying machine leaked and created huge puddles of water on our hardwood floors. Those leaking machines weren’t discovered until the next day which created more damage. We were told by the first company that they discovered another leak which damaged another section of our home. I reported to them that the carpet was wet in that area before they set up their equipment. I could go on and on about this unpleasant experience but I won’t. When PuroClean took over the job this is when things got done. I prayed and asked God to send someone to our home to clean up the mess that the first company had made worse. And he answered my prayers!! Thank you Lord🙏🏼We are 100% satisfied! With the work that Lorraine,Devon,Tiffany,Karla,Andrew and Mr.Jillian & crew did to restore our damaged home & contents.. From The Peterson family(Morris & Valarie) P.S. Andrew did his final measurements today for our insurance company (Allstate) today. That means we are being cleared to start repairing our damaged home. Thank you Andrew.

PuroClean was great!  They really took care of me when the basement carpet got a bit flooded last week.  Their prices were very fair, response time fast, but their Customer Service was truly top-notch, especially crew lead, Andrew.  He and his crew were friendly, accommodating and very professional. Cannot say enough good things about puroclean. We had our house flood at 2am, we did our best to manage while contacting our insurance.. they sent us here. Andrew was at our house by 4am. He set our minds at ease and walked us through our next steps. The rest of the team that followed were very professional and kind. We’ve had a lot of people in and out of the house since and I have to say I felt most comfortable with everyone at puroclean. Great communication, professionalism and job done.

Puro clean was hired by my insurance company after we found a leak one month into living in our house. Andrew came out so quick, assessed the situation, contacted our insurance to get approval and the job was done within 2 days. Andrew also helped answer all my insurance questions and was so helpful along the way. They are so responsive and very efficient.

I had the pleasure of doing business with this company Omg Ms.Lorraine and her crew was awesome very friendly always greeted me and my husband with a smile no matter what was going on in their lives.  When I talk about a crew they are the hardest workers i ever  seen they have great respect for each other and the people  or person that they are their to help. This company was the greatest thing  my insurance company  did was to send this company to my home to get my house put back in order trust me you can not go wrong with this company please don't sleep on this company if I ever have water damage  again I will make sure my insurance company send this company. They are the best hands down.

Kieth Hoover is amazing.  He is an artist whose canvas is carpet.  He is a true craftsman. He is exacting.  To sum up his work in two words Truly Awesome!

If you want something quick perhaps you are better off going somewhere else.  However if you want something that is special, truly beautiful and lasts, that utilizes quality material and is installed perfectly then The Rug Doctor and Keith Hoover absolutely should be your first and only choice.

The Rug Doctor may not be for everyone, but if a person or company wants a rug designed to their specifications Kieth is the person to do it.

If you just have an idea for something, Kieth will work with you to design what you like.

Kieth is an artist an produces outstanding works.  To do this it takes time.  Others may charge less but the quality and beauty of Kieth's work is well worth the expense.

Without question if some one would ask me to recommend someone who can create a logo, custom one of a kind design, I would recommend Kieth Hoover and the Rug Doctor.

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest I would rate the Rug Doctor as a 11.

DRC Cleaning Solutions

Harold was excellent at his job in cleaning my windows! He was very customer service oriented. And I hope to have him back soon! My husband and I loved his company, and his business.

This was my first time using drc. They got out to my house in less than 24 hours even during peak cleaning season. They were nice, fast and professional and took care of all the puppy messes. The deodorizer was also priced better than the other company we used. Overall I will definitely use again. Thanks!

I called Puro Clean for mold clean up on a Friday and they were able to take care of it the following day. Steven was very responsive, timely, professional, and did a great job. I highly recommend him!

Left a voicemail and they reached back out immediately! Steve is awesome, arrived early and was extremely professional! Very honest and was willing to go over and beyond! Thought we had a mold issue but come to find out our furnace didn’t have a filter (for who knows how long) and our ducts needed to be cleaned. Great Company!

Came out right away  and cleared the basement out of water then we lost power and they came back and started over and finish the job very efficient and polite 5 stars all around🌝

When I relocated from Rochester Hills to Farmington Hills I called on the Maids to take care of my new home.  I’ve hired the Maids over 14 years.  I’ve used cheaper companies.  They are the Best, delivering a total clean without cleaning rotations.    I never have to MICRO-manage the process or worry that they will skip it unless I insist.  The service is consistent and superb, no matter the team.  Did I say consistent?  The cleaning staff is trained, they are courteous and professional and bring a kind attitude to the hard work of cleaning.

The Maids meet my expectation every time and that doesn’t happen by accident.  I love the 24 hour guarantee.  It gives me peace of mind that if something is missed, the company will make it right. Housecleaning seems expensive but the value is evident with the Maids - It would take me 8 hours to do what they finish in time.  When they are done, the job is complete, there’s no going behind them!  Well worth my $$ investment in the upkeep of my home.

We have recently had the Maids of Birmingham complete our third scheduled home cleaning.  It is reassuring to see how professional and hard working their staff is.  Each time they have come with 3 - 4 team members and it is amazing to watch how efficient & diligent they perform all the cleaning duties.  I believe we have the Green team assigned to us.  Danae and Ximena take the lead and their fellow teammates all work in concert to assure we are satisfied before they leave.  Having the same lead team members is great because they know our home, and know what areas we want them to pay special attention to. Really satisfied with the quality of work these guys/ladies did for us. I had used the Great Falls Right Now so i thought we would try the Butte one since we are new to the area.  Very satisfied. Their work was great just like we expected.

I just watched Right Now Cleaning and restoration flush hundreds of gallons of water down the drain at the Town Pump RV Dump on Elisabeth Warren. The technician turned the water all the way on and left it running while he was in the van and not using it. We're in the middle of a severe drought, but there's no excuse for this behavior ever.
