They did the alterations as asked in the time they said they would. Everything was satisfactory.

I took a pair of white cotton Levi jeans to dr. Cleaner to be cleaned. When picked up and returned home, my 100% cotton jeans were pressed and starched.! They were so hard , jeans felt like cardboard. I returned them to be cleaned again. The woman present apparently didn't like the way I spoke to the young man who placed my order. She's been chilly towards me since . I'm from New york and if you can't take criticism for mistakes you made , you should not be in a business that requires customer service.

There are no stars for Dr. Cleaners. This place is very un professional. Why do we patronize unprofessional behavior? I called this establishment to let them know that the items that I picked up were ruined. The owners were very defensive immediately upon calling with a complaint. They were so rude over the phone that I had to actually go there to show them what they had done. Dr. Cleaners refused to acknowledge their fault. By any means, save yourself the headache of going there because if they ruin any of your items, they will refuse to correct the matter at hand. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM IS AT IT'S LOWEST, AND, POOR QUALITY IN SERVICES OFFERED. Don't wait until it is you that is faced with unprofessionalism. Just stay away. It is a shame that the majority of their customers are African Americans. Stand up for something and stop patronizing. Based on the reviews, I am pretty sure I will not be the first or last to post such a negative review about Dr. Cleaners. If you guys would stop patronizing unethical business practice and unprofessional behavior, African americans would be treated differently. Without your dollars, they would not be successful. Take your business where it is valued, accepted, and appreciated.

Rude service customer service I asked a simple question and could not answer me and hung up in my face very rude and unprofessional! Never will go here I don’t recommend!
