Beau was very friendly, patient, and informative when I reached out regarding their services for apartments. He was very professional and completed the service in a timely manner. I have a pet that shed and all of the hair was picked up! I will definitely be reaching out again!

What a great experience, my carpets look amazing! Beau was so personable, professional and trustworthy. He was able to get stains out of my light colored carpets that I thought were there for good. He and his team also cleaned and treated my vents, so now I have piece of mind knowing my ventilation system is clean from the inside out. His pricing was reasonable, so I am relieved to have found a reputable company that I can call with consistency for all my carpet and flooring needs.

Beau came out and steam cleaned my carpet and rug. Very nice person and quick. Only have to wait an hour to dry. Now my house smells wonderful. And I have a dog that’s old and goes potty only on my carpet or rug! Don’t have to worry anymore. Definitely recommend. Fair prices than all those other carpet cleaners.

My encounter with New Orleans Kwik Dry happened when I began my internet search for a reputable company to clean my carpet. Oh, I have used other companies over the years to do my floors. Well. after reading the reviews from individuals that lived in the LaPlace area, I decided to call Kwik Dry to schedule an appointment. I received a text message from their employee, Beau in regards to my upcoming appointment. He arrived on time, introduced himself, took a walk through the house, did some measurements for additional work I was interested in, and then proceeded to get his equipment to take care of my floors. Now, I had to leave my home before the work was completed. When I returned, my husband said, "Beau said if you are not please, he would come back and redo the floors." I was overjoyed to hear that. It was the first time any person ever was willing to come back to satisfy his customer. I was very impressed with Beau's professionalisms, his upbeat attitude, and the ability to communicate the task at hand.
