I give them one star because less is not possible. I've been with them for 2 and a half years. Always trying to sell you as many bonuses as possible. You tell them which area I have already finished and they still charge you for it. You tell them I have x bonuses left and on top of that they tell you that you have less left just so you can buy. IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and they tell me that they have called me... LIE. They have left me on the waiting list because there are no appointments as I am already a regular customer. A girl from the center gave a family member a 5 cm burn and when we tell the center, they ignore it and tell you that it is not going to turn white (when you burn you will have a mark, end). I refused to make the appointment with the girl who did the burning and on top of that the owner gave me a bad face and was rude to me. They make you pay a lot and on top of that the bonuses are non-transferable, you can't pass them on to anyone and they still try to sell you more. Wishing not to return to that place.

Fatal. Don't get treatments here. IMPOSSIBLE to take appointments, IMPOSSIBLE. There isn't any, even if you anticipate it, by the time they open agendas and you go to take it, everything is already taken. Neither by calling, nor by going to the clinic, nor through the application. I have even tried to make an appointment IN THE NEAREST CITY, TRAVELING MORE THAN AN HOUR, and even then it is not possible. The workers I started with were very good, but they have already changed 30 times. You pay a lot and you can't get the treatment, and the months go by... you consider filing a claim anywhere until you get your money back.

I feel very comfortable every time I go to a hair removal section. The girls are very nice and affectionate. I like it a lot .

The customer service is very good, the workers at the center are very nice, especially one worker, the truth is that when I have a session with Diana I enjoy it more since apart from being an excellent professional, she is a great person.

Very poorly managed. It is impossible to make an appointment with them and on top of that they prevent you from finishing your contracted sessions due to “expiration”… they give you 24 months to have 9 sessions. With the pandemic in the way, construction is going on at the premises (so they are left without cabinets to attend to) and on top of that they don't allow you to make an appointment right away. You have to call a month before it is your turn to try to make an appointment in the next two months. That's if you're lucky that they answer your phone of course.
On the other hand, they are supposed to pay you for the parking at El Corte Inglés and many times they do not have a ticket….
The only good thing I have to say is that the girls are usually very nice.

Today I had to go to the emergency room and I left without being treated by the only doctor there was.
Apparently he was attending not by order of arrival but by an "internal" protocol of completely arbitrary severity since it is assumed that who goes to the emergency room is out of necessity, not out of pleasure.

In reality, this protocol exists because there are no doctors to attend to emergencies (a small detail that explains the eternal delays).
It is impossible for a single doctor to be in charge of covering both outpatient and hospital emergencies....a shame!!!!

You may not like what I'm going to add but I'm from the Canary Islands and I was spending a few days as a tourist in Navarra. With the streets adorned with propaganda as the city with the best quality of life in Spain, it is evident that they are just that, advertising campaigns financed by private companies doing favors for state governments. Because the only harsh reality is that in Pamplona there is a great risk of dying in the emergency room...even higher than in the Canary Islands, which is saying something.

I don't know if they are clear about what an Emergency Service is. I come in because I need a painkiller. I have fibromyalgia chronic fatigue and two arthrodeses and more than 1 hour later. Here I am alone, not a patient in the waiting room... and here I continue with my pain. Disgusting treatment.

You take the dark-haired girl at the reception out of your normal work pattern and she doesn't know how to solve any problem for you. She has assisted me twice and talking to her has made me anxious. I went for the plus hygiene facial treatment. The truth is that for what it costs it is quite shabby. They told me it would last about 1 hour. I arrived at the center at 4:15 p.m., between when they prepare you and start the treatment, it was 4:30 p.m. The steps described on the website do them, however each step takes approximately one minute. Even the moment that usually lasts the longest, which is when they have to remove blackheads and other impurities, lasts extremely short. My feeling is that I was going to have blackheads on my nose and continue with whiteheads on my chin. The massage they give you is quite shabby and unprofessional. In the end, the girl (who was very kind at all times) gave me some samples of creams and explained how to apply them, that was almost 10 minutes. At 5:06 p.m. I was leaving the center, taking into account that I stopped at the counter to ask him a couple of things, this means that the cleaning lasted barely 15 minutes. A complete scam. When I got home and saw myself in the mirror, my nose was practically the same as before the cleaning, and my chin was the same. In short, I do not recommend the treatment at all. Very unhappy with the result. The treatment of their employees is very correct.

Cristina did my last laser session and I was very afraid because it bothers me a lot, she makes the session go by without you realizing it, she makes you want to go back and continue with other areas that I didn't do so as not to have a bad time. Hedonai Móstoles - Depilación Láser – Medicina Estética

I have been a customer for 10 years, when it was Láser 2000, today Hedonai.
I was in Getafe and they closed and I had to go to Móstoles.
The last thing I hired was the laser for 3 years, it turns out that the appointments are given every 2 or 3 months, being lucky, they cannot give you a session in the summer if the sun shines on you, so, they are sessions that you miss if you take medication You can't do it and it takes another 2 months to give you an appointment and the clock is ticking and you miss the sessions. It doesn't compensate at all and they are getting worse and worse in attention and service.
The fact is that I have one session left and with the appointment scheduled two months before, it turns out that the Alejandrita machine breaks down, which is the one that works for me and for which I hired it.
It turns out that they have not known anything about the machine for a month and a half or when they will be able to give me the session and I have not been treated for 6 months now and to make matters worse I have had to pay at another clinic.
I requested a session with iodine even though it didn't give me the same result to remove some of the hair and when Alejandrita was there I could give myself my last session, to which they answered no.
10 years as a client, giving me few sessions for the paid years and they are not able to give me a short-term solution until they can treat me with Alejandrita.
I asked for my money back so I could pay for a session elsewhere and they also said no.
A shame.
I wrote to the email that they say and do not give any solution and the attention leaves much to be desired.
I do not recommend Hedonai at all. It has greatly declined in attention and management.

I would have to continue because I say hair-raising but I won't come back here.

The girls are super professional doing their job and the treatment is very pleasant.

Secondly, I would like to highlight that every time I go the girls who work there both at the reception and in the cabin have been very professional, friendly, decisive and approachable.

The laser treatment is going great for me, since I notice much less beauty and much finer. For my part, a very positive assessment of the entire set.

This is the third time I've edited this review because it's a real scam.
If I had to choose where to get waxed again, I would never come back here.
There are always problems with managing appointments, if the laser hasn't broken it means they won't pick up the phone. There are never any gaps either and it is also expensive.
I went specifically to have alexandrite laser hair removal (I explained that other lasers had not worked for me and this one had) and despite it being a very expensive place, I took out the bonuses. A month after paying for it they tell me that they are going to stop working with this laser and they don't give me alternatives either.
They also tell me that since I live abroad they will try to make room for me when I am here, when I get here it is the same as always, little interest in making room if you are not going to buy.

I edit the review: The last straw has already been having to pay for a session elsewhere (having sessions here) because it is impossible to make an appointment.

Edit again: I'm already on my second session that paid me elsewhere (I still have 7 sessions left here). Now the story is that they have had a broken laser for well over a month. To make matters worse, they upload promos to WhatsApp for Black Friday but they leave me unnoticed and don't answer my messages...they have me amazed.

I have finished the treatment and I am very very happy. The staff are lovely and they are very professional. I don't give 5 stars because after the closure of the old Vivanta clinic in Getafe I had to move to Móstoles. The center of Móstoles is taking charge of hair removal for the entire south of Madrid...and there are many of us. The staff juggles to make an appointment. Another center is needed, at least, in the south

A shame of a company!!
Once the bonus was paid, the first sessions without problem. But in the following ones, after having had the appointment for 3 months, they notify me a couple of days that it is canceled because they close the center. They tell me to contact them to make an appointment at another center. And after almost 2 months, several calls and emails...no appointment or refund of the money.
I went in thinking that it was a serious company and that, with El Corte Inglés behind them, they would be serious, but nothing like a complete deception.

I have been undergoing a series of treatments since January of this year and I couldn't be happier with the results and especially with the staff, they are all lovely, friendly and provide excellent treatment, special mention for Farah, thank you for treating me so well. I will definitely return to this center.

The people who work here are professional and very friendly. In the end, this negatively influences the process. I say this so that potential future clients take it into account. I have few sessions left, but I will not renew mainly for this reason.
