You tell them which area I have already finished and they still charge you for it. You tell them I have x bonuses left and on top of that they tell you that you have less left just so you can buy. IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and they tell me that they have called me... LIE. They have left me on the waiting list because there are no appointments as I am already a regular customer. A girl from the center gave a family member a 5 cm burn and when we tell the center, they ignore it and tell you that it is not going to turn white (when you burn you will have a mark, end). I refused to make the appointment with the girl who did the burning and on top of that the owner gave me a bad face and was rude to me. They make you pay a lot and on top of that the bonuses are non-transferable, you can't pass them on to anyone and they still try to sell you more. Wishing not to return to that place.

The workers I started with were very good, but they have already changed 30 times. You pay a lot and you can't get the treatment, and the months go by... you consider filing a claim anywhere until you get your money back.
The customer service is very good, the workers at the center are very nice, especially one worker, the truth is that when I have a session with Diana I enjoy it more since apart from being an excellent professional, she is a great person.

With the pandemic in the way, construction is going on at the premises (so they are left without cabinets to attend to) and on top of that they don't allow you to make an appointment right away. You have to call a month before it is your turn to try to make an appointment in the next two months. That's if you're lucky that they answer your phone of course.
On the other hand, they are supposed to pay you for the parking at El Corte Inglés and many times they do not have a ticket….
The only good thing I have to say is that the girls are usually very nice.
