Hedonai Móstoles - Depilación Láser – Medicina Estética

I have been a customer for 10 years, when it was Láser 2000, today Hedonai. I was in Getafe and they closed and I had to go to Móstoles. The last thing I hired was the laser for 3 years, it turns out that the appointments are given every 2 or 3 months, being lucky, they cannot give you a session in the summer if the sun shines on you, so, they are sessions that you miss if you take medication You can't do it and it takes another 2 months to give you an appointment and the clock is ticking and you miss the sessions. It doesn't compensate at all and they are getting worse and worse in attention and service. The fact is that I have one session left and with the appointment scheduled two months before, it turns out that the Alejandrita machine breaks down, which is the one that works for me and for which I hired it. It turns out that they have not known anything about the machine for a month and a half or when they will be able to give me the session and I have not been treated for 6 months now and to make matters worse I have had to pay at another clinic. I requested a session with iodine even though it didn't give me the same result to remove some of the hair and when Alejandrita was there I could give myself my last session, to which they answered no. 10 years as a client, giving me few sessions for the paid years and they are not able to give me a short-term solution until they can treat me with Alejandrita. I asked for my money back so I could pay for a session elsewhere and they also said no. A shame. I wrote to the email that they say and do not give any solution and the attention leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend Hedonai at all. It has greatly declined in attention and management. I would have to continue because I say hair-raising but I won't come back here.

My review is for Hedonai Móstoles, based on my experience in two of the centers: I noticed more than favorable results after the change from Xanadú to Móstoles. The girls are super professional doing their job and the treatment is very pleasant. I have never had a problem of any kind and I am very satisfied with the center. Without a doubt 10/10 and highly recommended.

Good afternoon. My assessment is directed to the center of Simón Hernández street. First of all, I would like to comment that they have always given me a solution to my "doubts and problems." Secondly, I would like to highlight that every time I go the girls who work there both at the reception and in the cabin have been very professional, friendly, decisive and approachable. The laser treatment is going great for me, since I notice much less beauty and much finer. For my part, a very positive assessment of the entire set. I think it is important to remember to value the good and positive things in each experience. Thank you.

Don't hire anything here, THEY WILL SCAM YOU This is the third time I've edited this review because it's a real scam. If I had to choose where to get waxed again, I would never come back here. There are always problems with managing appointments, if the laser hasn't broken it means they won't pick up the phone. There are never any gaps either and it is also expensive. I went specifically to have alexandrite laser hair removal (I explained that other lasers had not worked for me and this one had) and despite it being a very expensive place, I took out the bonuses. A month after paying for it they tell me that they are going to stop working with this laser and they don't give me alternatives either. They also tell me that since I live abroad they will try to make room for me when I am here, when I get here it is the same as always, little interest in making room if you are not going to buy. I edit the review: The last straw has already been having to pay for a session elsewhere (having sessions here) because it is impossible to make an appointment. Edit again: I'm already on my second session that paid me elsewhere (I still have 7 sessions left here). Now the story is that they have had a broken laser for well over a month. To make matters worse, they upload promos to WhatsApp for Black Friday but they leave me unnoticed and don't answer my messages...they have me amazed.

I have finished the treatment and I am very very happy. The staff are lovely and they are very professional. I don't give 5 stars because after the closure of the old Vivanta clinic in Getafe I had to move to Móstoles. The center of Móstoles is taking charge of hair removal for the entire south of Madrid...and there are many of us. The staff juggles to make an appointment. Another center is needed, at least, in the south
