We have made an online appointment for the dentist, with confirmation received. We arrived and they told us that there is no such thing as making an appointment online and that they didn't have us signed up... so we had to leave, spending our money on the trip and time for nothing... unfortunate!! The worst thing of all is that there were 5 of us that the same thing happened to us... I don't recommend it!

My congratulations to this IMQ center for its impeccable treatment and service provided. I HAVE received wonderful treatment since I entered the clinic. The people at the reception are lovely, the waiting time in the waiting room has not been excessive, and the treatment received from the doctor who treated me has also been very good.

Horrible and absurd experience with one of your primary doctors. The first consultation did not listen to me and limited itself to prescribing me anti-inflammatories without even addressing the origin of the pain or taking a second to explore the affected area. The second, after imploring him, finally referred me to an x-ray test, again without attending to me and exploring me. The third time he decided to make fun of my condition, make disconcerting comments and begin to speculate about my condition, admitting that he did not know what he was facing.
I have reviewed the reviews and have seen at least two similar cases. We are clients of medical health insurance, we come religiously paying fees in search of professional and dignified care. It is very difficult to remain a customer and trust that my health is in good hands and they only limit themselves to offering you an email because Google reviews leave them blushing.

They did me the favor of making my two appointments on the same day almost in a row (analysis and dentistry). Everything was easy. From the reception to the doctors, everything was unbeatable. Great professionals. They attended to me punctually and in less than an hour I left the center with both consultations done. I certainly can't think of any better place to go and be treated in such a way. Thank you for everything and we will continue to see each other.

This is a great hospital. A lot of money was spent on the facility, however very little was slated to parking. If you have an appointment you better arrive with ample time until 1 of the 20 parking spots is released. Or you could come in an ambulance or a taxi.

We came for a Covid test before flying back to the United States. It was walk up, no appointment necessary from 4:40 - 7:30 pm. When we arrived there was a short wait but we got in and out in about 20 minutes with 4 people. They sent our results in about 2 hours. It was fairly straightforward. We did need passports for them to verify identity. Pictures of passports worked as well. They had plenty of parking.

HORRIFYING!!! The attention of the doctors is one thing, but the management is painful. The last thing is that you cannot make an appointment in person, only by phone and they never pick up. The radiology appointment system does not work, they make the appointment when they want and they don't notify you, then you don't go and you lose it. I had a thyroid puncture, a very sensitive issue, and I called and went to the hospital and each person I contacted owed me different information, whether it takes a week, whether it takes 15 business days, whether they post it on the portal of the patient, they do send him to the doctor, but my doctor is not from the hospital and where does he stay? You have to pick it up at the pathology laboratory, I ask the schedule and they tell me they don't know..... Incredible. I have been quite a user since they opened it in 2010, but today I avoid it whenever I can

They canceled a neurology appointment and told us they would reschedule later in the month. Lie. We had to stay behind week after week. I have about four complaints filed with different institutions. Of course, the insurance has also charged the fee without us having received the service. It is a shame. The hospital management is terrible. I do not recommend it.

We have gone to the emergency room for a medical problem of my partner. We couldn't leave my 6-month-old baby with anyone and when I entered the doctor's office they told me to wait outside because it seemed excessive for me to go in with my baby. I understand that it is something specific but it did not seem entirely correct to me. Nursing and administration staff a 10. I understand that it is a good hospital when you do not have to take your daughter because you cannot leave her with anyone.

Personally, I have a great experience. I scheduled the appointments, they took place on time, I received the results immediately. The service was excellent. I was very happy with the services they provided.

Poor attention to organization. I don't see it as normal that they summon you at 4:00 p.m., you enter at 6:30 p.m., and they intervene (moon) around 7:00 p.m.
Those two and a half hours in a crowded common waiting room where you can't even sit.
And furthermore, patients are uploaded at their discretion, it would be necessary to do more, nothing to respect arrival time. I want to think that it is a surgical criterion but they could already have it when it comes to calling people.

They operated on my father's prostate and both the treatment when entering the hospital, the treatment of the surgeon and the nurses has been ten!! I had to call the day he was discharged because we got confused when we picked up the discharge report and the roommate took my father's and my father took his... But they quickly solved it for us and sent it to us by email, The guy who answered my call was super nice!!

Waiting more than an hour for a medical consultation? Illogical, it's a private clinic, I honestly don't understand it, I don't have that much time to waste sitting there waiting. Every day I like the way of working in this clinic less, I prefer to be given an appointment 3 days later but not wait this long sitting without doing anything. I repeat, I think that few people have that much time left over.

Well, I was there yesterday and it is true that there were many people, and of course, you have to understand the situations. They treated me phenomenally, despite the pressure from the "customers" there were. I got a doctor Ignacio and he treated me 10. One of the best professionals I have ever encountered. And in general, the rest of the staff are very friendly. We all know that helps. I wouldn't go again because I prefer not to have reasons to do so, that is, to be healthy. But if I had to go, I recommend it without hesitation.

I reached the ER with my 24 weeks pregnant wife with symptons of tromboflebitis and in extreme pain and after admission, we waited for more than 1 hour for triage. After that, the nurse prescribed blood tests and we waited again for more than 2 hours for the results. This means that a pregnant woman waited for more than 3 hours, in a crowded waiting room, during covid pandemic, without any pain killers and without any consultation with a doctor.

4 hours and the only thing that we got was a 5 minute conversation with a nurse. For a pregnant woman.

For me, with is as much a disgrace as it is questionable in terms of safety for anyone that attends this hospital.

Never to repeat. And if you are thinking of going there with any urgency related with pregnancy, DO NOT GO!

Tale your wife elsewhere. It is safer for her and for the baby.

Excellent service provided by this facility. All of the staff are highly professional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The translation service provided by Gara and Jenna was invaluable and their help with the entire process including  liaising with my travel insurance provider and translating for the nurses and Doctors was executed very professionally and competently. We are currently visiting Bilbao from the US.  Our son had a high fever of 104 and really bad bowel movements.  Our international health insurance company Geo Blue has confirmed this clinic as the network provider and we don't need to pay an up front cost to see a doctor.  We came here but was rejected upon checking in.  The front desk lady spoke no English which was understandable and another lady who was not friendly at all and with no help but only cares about how we are going to pay for the cost and didn't even care about how much pain my son was in.  I don't want to mention her name on this review just for the sake of privacy and in hope that she will realize that if she continues to be like this to any patients then she will lose her job shortly.  I was very angry but kept it to myself and filed a complaint.  Several days later, I got an email response to my complaint which was not friendly either and again talked about the payment but zero about how my son's pain.

For any international travelers, please be aware of this facility and make sure you contact them with your insurance info before you go there.

I had a positive experience here a few weeks ago. The service was relatively quick and straightforward. With my rather limited Spanish-speaking abilities, the international patients department (BiziKalitatea) provided a translator to facilitate my visit.

The translator Silbia was very friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend this service for international students with limited language skills. It made the whole process much easier. They’re number is 608667888.

I am very dissatisfied with the treatment received at the Basque digestive center.
Last October 23, I went to see Dr. Erdozain with strong stomach pains. After the review, they send me to do some ultrasounds and tests. On October 30, he called them because he already had the results of the tests and they gave me the closest appointment for January 8, 2024. I can't believe what he tells me, since I have severe pain and I need evaluate the results of the analyzes and ultrasound. After speaking with them, they agree to call me in 15 days, which does not happen and when I call them they delay me.
After asking which other professional could evaluate the results so I wouldn't have to wait until January 8, his only response was that they were all very busy and that I should go to the emergency room or the family doctor. If I wanted to wait for social security, I wouldn't be paying a fortune every month for private insurance. How less sure I am of everything.
Thank the entire medical team for their attention, rather NOT attention, and their professionalism.

I have been going to Dr. Mari Mar Calvo for years. She is an excellent professional and gives you unbeatable treatment. I suffer from several digestive diseases, which have sometimes been difficult to cope with, and thanks to the doctor I have been correctly diagnosed and I have had more than correct follow-up.
