Personally, I have a great experience. I scheduled the appointments, they took place on time, I received the results immediately. The service was excellent. I was very happy with the services they provided.

Poor attention to organization. I don't see it as normal that they summon you at 4:00 p.m., you enter at 6:30 p.m., and they intervene (moon) around 7:00 p.m. Those two and a half hours in a crowded common waiting room where you can't even sit. And furthermore, patients are uploaded at their discretion, it would be necessary to do more, nothing to respect arrival time. I want to think that it is a surgical criterion but they could already have it when it comes to calling people. Painful

They operated on my father's prostate and both the treatment when entering the hospital, the treatment of the surgeon and the nurses has been ten!! I had to call the day he was discharged because we got confused when we picked up the discharge report and the roommate took my father's and my father took his... But they quickly solved it for us and sent it to us by email, The guy who answered my call was super nice!!

Horrible, disgusting, frightening, disastrous,….. Waiting more than an hour for a medical consultation? Illogical, it's a private clinic, I honestly don't understand it, I don't have that much time to waste sitting there waiting. Every day I like the way of working in this clinic less, I prefer to be given an appointment 3 days later but not wait this long sitting without doing anything. I repeat, I think that few people have that much time left over.

Well, I was there yesterday and it is true that there were many people, and of course, you have to understand the situations. They treated me phenomenally, despite the pressure from the "customers" there were. I got a doctor Ignacio and he treated me 10. One of the best professionals I have ever encountered. And in general, the rest of the staff are very friendly. We all know that helps. I wouldn't go again because I prefer not to have reasons to do so, that is, to be healthy. But if I had to go, I recommend it without hesitation.
