I am very dissatisfied with the treatment received at the Basque digestive center. Last October 23, I went to see Dr. Erdozain with strong stomach pains. After the review, they send me to do some ultrasounds and tests. On October 30, he called them because he already had the results of the tests and they gave me the closest appointment for January 8, 2024. I can't believe what he tells me, since I have severe pain and I need evaluate the results of the analyzes and ultrasound. After speaking with them, they agree to call me in 15 days, which does not happen and when I call them they delay me. After asking which other professional could evaluate the results so I wouldn't have to wait until January 8, his only response was that they were all very busy and that I should go to the emergency room or the family doctor. If I wanted to wait for social security, I wouldn't be paying a fortune every month for private insurance. How less sure I am of everything. Thank the entire medical team for their attention, rather NOT attention, and their professionalism. Mine, I hope, will not be serious, but what a shame if someone with a significant pathology falls into their hands.

Fatal, they serve poorly and you also have to wait a long time for the appointment. They could hire more specialists but I think they don't want to. Too bad, how angry they don't care
