This is why there are definitely some items you don't leave up to  the employees when placing a pickup order.

I would definitely pass on these if I picked them myself....now I have to eat all 4 of these much sooner than I planned!

Could be better. Like for example if they only had enough employees for how big it is. In another thing for instance it's never stocked enough in my opinion and it could have better options but that's just me so whatever.

Need more people to check out customers. Everyone dont like to do self check out!!! People working in store are very helpfull.

I always go to this Walmart,  it stocks most of what we need. My issue is the are hardly any registers staffed. So have to use self check out, insult is the star rating on the register, they want you leave 5 stars.

Yeah, stupid drivers even park at Walmart’s. This particular Walmart is the better one wishing a 45 mile radius. Always clean and they restock their shelves pretty often. The ones in Tupelo and Corinth are always so crowded, so it’s nice to have ours in our little town. Btw, a lot of the males who work there look more like females and the females lol mor like males. Just my opinion, but still proud of my Walmart.

The Door Company

This company is amazing. Their cabinet doors are the absolute best quality. If you reached this page because you googled to find inspections or repair to exterior, garage, or interior doors, it was in error. This company does trim/general woodworking, tables, headboards,  and cabinetry.

Ace Handyman Services - NW Austin Cedar Park

Mario came out to quickly help with an emergency repair. I had a pickup truck drive through the living room of my house. Within only a few hours, Mario had all the materials bought and the side of my house boarded up and secure. He even went the extra mile and helped me tarp up the sides to weatherproof it until a more permanent repair could be made.

Mario was fantastic, punctual, a great communicator, kind and respectful. Any more work I need done, he’s getting my first call. Thank you so much!

John did a very nice job of communicating by calling the night before the job to confirm what needed to be done. On the day of, he called me to communicate his timing between jobs.  He was polite and did a fantastic job.  I had someone going to paint it so it isn’t painted at this point but the new post looks great.

Using Ace Handyman Services was a great overall experience. They quoted me the best pricing to have my storage shed built. The price remained the same no matter if the build went over the suggested amount of time. Mario was the professional that I worked with. He was on time and very personable. We discussed the scope of the project, build plans and timing. He reassured me that id love the finished product..and I do! Project finished on time and without complication. We will definitely use Mario and Ace Handyman Services again!!

Indianapolis Carpet Repair

Rodney was very professional and explained the process before and during. He was friendly, efficient & quick. I enjoyed his knowledge & could tell he takes pride in his work. My carpet look brand new after stretch & clean!

Rodney was awesome to work with! He was super knowledgeable about all of our carpet repair and cleaning needs! He repaired several small issues for us and a huge issue (see attached photo) and I would have never known they were bad! He also told me he owns Absolute Carpet Care and Repair so he was able to get my carpet repaired and cleaned in one visit! We will definitely have him return!

Rodney did a great job. He was prompt, effective, and very good at his job. I have before and after pictures and I cannot tell the difference. He fixed multiple holes very quickly and was ridiculously effective!

Rodney was great to work with and walked me through everything. Had a stretching and cleaning done in multiple rooms. All the ripples are gone, and everything is neat and tidy. The deep clean was excellent and everything looks and smells incredible! Was easy to schedule and arrived right when scheduled after letting me know he was on the way.

Kabelin Ace Hardware - South Bend North

Purchased a chainsaw from their former location on Ireland Road three years ago. I only used it that one season for about 2 weeks. I brought it out of storage today and had a problem getting it started. I brought it in to the  Roseland location and Mark came to the rescue!

He was more than just helpful, he was informative. He took the time to educate me on how to start it in the future. He even pointed out that I had installed the chain backwards after I had removed it to clean the bar before I put it into storage. He happily grabbed some tools and reinstalled it correctly! Wow! I have made trips to this location for several home repairs and projects with great experiences and customer service..until today. I made a quick trip with my daughter for some masonry anchors knowing I’d need to ask some questions in order to get the correct items. The man “helping me” was anything but helpful. I asked several questions to seek the items I was looking for and asked if there were alternative options in the store that would work. He explained how anchors work (because apparently, women don’t know that) and because I didn’t bring any hardware with me, he was unable to find me what I needed. I asked if there was a better option in the store where I could buy new anchors hooks, screws and apparently that wasn’t an option? When I was standing directly by an array of eyelet hooks and

I really hope this man isn’t the manager because he is laying down a legacy of disrespect that is simply asinine.

I love a true hardware store.  This is been my hardware store for 20+ years.  While it is no longer Hills the new company still provides the hardware I need. However the staff is less than helpful.  Always playing video games on their phone or on the company computers.

I called to see if they could do a project for me and ended up recommending another business due to the specifics of my own. I really respect that. I will shop here again

The workers were really helpful. They had just what I needed: a small bag of cement. It was a torn bag but it's probably the right size for what I needed. It was placed inside another plastic bag so it wouldnt leak out over the car. They gave me a 15 percent discount because of the condition of the bag.

Ace Handyman Services North Indianapolis

Needed to have shades taken down from one location and placed in another. Everything was installed well and in a timely manner. I’d use this service again and refer friends to use as well. Didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment which was amazing because I was in a time crunch.

I actually have had to edit my review.  When Caleb left I realized I forgot to get an estimate for another job we want done.  A call, text and email later and he called me back.  Maybe 5 minutes.  He turned around and was back at my house less than 15 min from when he left!  Wow!!  Excellent communication leading up to and then after the work. Fast and courteous service.

This is my 2nd time using Ace Handyman services and this time Kyle was sent to assist me with my project.  Kyle's work was meticulous and detailed.  He paid attention to things; for example, as he was hanging up one of the blinders he noticed the tape residue left on the packaging and ensured he removed it.  It's the attention to detail, the small things that people do that indicate their training and professionalism.  Ace Handyman Services has made the difference for me and I will always have them on speed dial. Thanks, Kyle for impeccable service.

Caleb fixed a large hole in our wall and had time left over to fix issues with a few of our doors. He did a great job. Will definitely use this service again.

Kevin was exceptional! Attitude and kindness means a lot to me. Kevin was patient and knowledgeable when I asked questions. He remounted my Ring Cam light near my garage, which was one of the very important items on the list of things I wanted done. Great job!

County Line Ace

They have great employees and are very helpful. They have super nice-looking mums at a good price.

This is one of the closest hardware stores by my house and its never crowded and i always am able to get help. The staff always seem to be in decent moods (everyone is human) and relateable. Even making sure if im told no that i actually understand why. If they werent able to provide me with when i need im directed for alternate solutions. Im glad to have them.

There was no clutter sitting around.. Nothing in the aisles. Everything was placed on shelves or hanging neatly!

Very nice and clean store.  Well stocked,  but did not have the reverse thread set screw I needed.

Friendly, helpful, staff is very accommodating. Ask a question, they take you to the product. No pointing, no turning around when they see customers. Reminds me of the lumber yard/home store I grew up and worked in. I’ll be coming back!

White's Ace Hardware at Carmel

Great little Ace in the middle of the town. I choose this place when others may be cheaper because it’s a nice little store and to have nice little stores, you need to visit them and spend money in them. It’s no Amazon, Lowe’s, Menards, or Home Depot…and that’s the point. Use their app - it’s generally good for a discount or two. Great selection of high end grills including Yoder offset smokers.

Everything you expect from a quality hardware store, lots of selection, quality employees and fair prices.

Been going here for over a decade, and while it is the only choice for downtown Carmel it is one of the best hardware stores in the north Indy area. Lots of staff always helpful to find me every disparate thing for my projects. Not the widest selection, but always have at least one instance of what I need. Prices are comparable to a big box, but far better, faster help and convenience. They also support the local community, from Riley, the lions club, and Boy Scouts. They deserve your loyalty over the big boxes.

Was there at opening time 8am Friday. Due to the Storm the previous night, we like the nearly 90,000 other AES customers had been without power some 16 hours for me. So I needed a few things! I have difficulty now that I’ve gotten older, with prolonged walking and standing due to injuries. I was able to come in and sit at at nearby chair and give them a list of my items. They were very understanding, and had no problem doing my shopping for me so that I did not have to walk around the store. That was greatly appreciated and I really enjoyed your store. From what I could see, It was very neat orderly and clean. Thanks for helping me out, I really appreciate it. I would recommend anyone shop here.

I love this store so much.  Always immediately greeted and gaged to be helped by someone.  I know I can get in an out super fast even when I need something strange (Damp rid or a weird cleaner or drain opener) or a random certain screw.

My grandpa used to work at this store and I always feel his warm vibes there.  I know someone will smile, will cheerfully help me out and give me good guidance like my grandpa did!

Westfield Ace

Such a great store with the kindest employees! My husband and I went in to buy a grill & Ed was super helpful. He pointed out everything we would need to get started with our grill and gave us some great pointers. Definitely recommend the Westfield Ace Hardware!

I believe I just received the best costumer service of my life, Jeff went out of his way to help me a lot with a situation that I have with some screws on my car. He was super professional, nice and knowledgeable! The store is super nice, clean and provides the best costumer service. Ordered a repair kit online and it was shipped here. Took 3 minutes to pick up and sign for it. Quick and efficient.
