Walmart Supercenter

Had puck up.  Took almost an hour to get order and I was shorted.  Refund or merch refused.  Also had 2 orders and only got 1. Love in the country and had to go back another day to get the order I needed that night.

Pretty well ran, but the Walmart pickup parking spots are always taken by people who are inside shopping. I will gladly update my review if they ever solve this problem.

I bought some steaks but they didn't give me all of my bags so I didn't have them when I got home

After buying two air mattress, both went out within a week period of time or maybe less. It’s sad when you go to a store hoping for great quality items just to get disappointed. Something has to change. Yazoo city needs to do better !

Walmart Murphy cashier came out and not so gently “shooo-ed away” the non-masked barely stopped eating a big bag of chips ride panhander going pump to pump then walked straight up in my face mumbled “Gimme a ride,” while I was pumping my gas, “I don’t have any room—too much junk...” without letting me finish saying no, he spun around wolfing down chips, mumbled “I’ll move it,” opened my passenger door and started moving my stuff around, I literally had to turn off the pump, walk all the way back to the cab and tell him more firmly, “I am not going to give you a ride. Sorry.” He spun around went to the next pump then the cashier told him to leave the property. All that made my receipt time out, and then the cashier couldn’t even find the “$45.46 17 point something gallons on pump 7...” even after I walked all the way back out to the pump to get the correct data after she handed me some other wrong ticket. “Why can’t you print mine?” “It’s in the system.” Lol Still 1 star.

With all the money 💰 Wally World makes they could certainly keep their cart collection machines working! Only one Associate to do everything. That’s him under the red arrow kneeling behind the long train of carts muscling them over to line them up so they will squeeze through the door. Minus 1 star—shame on your ghost 👻 and family, Sam Walton! 😑🙄

So glad y'all finally fixed the missing Yazoo City store bug (online & in app) AND created a GOOD item location IN STORE mapping tool (...if only Home Depot and Lowes would do the same—not holding my breath, though! Lol 😂).

Good selection. Layout is a little strange and departments could be labeled a little better. Plenty of people around to help though. Good local store with some hard to find items!

Poor customer service the last time I went. Only one of the young folks working there seemed to be interested in helping customers. Nothing like when John or there others who worked there for a while. Those guys would leave the counters and show you the stuff you are looking for, but these new guys would not leave the counters unless they were called to help load something. My wife and myself eventually found what we needed. The cashier was no speechless when I brought up the lack of customer service. Those " helpful" hardware folks were not very helpful.

Greenwood Ace LLC

They're generally very helpful and have most of the things I need. Though they haven't been able to acquire any plutonium for my Flux capacitor. Or almost all of the components I need to repair my proton pack. And every time I mention one of my numerous doomsday devices and the parts I need to complete them, they ask me to leave the store! But otherwise, a solid store.

I go here for Animal House. They are nice and you aren't waiting for hours to be seen by a vet. You have to make an appointment online.

Bought six bags of mulch nobody even offered to help. There were no customers but me. Also my cashier was out fixing his car tire before I came to register. That seemed to be more important priority over helping a customer get mulch. I ran over my foot with cart even dropped mulch on ground. He didn't budge to ask if I needed assistance or anything. Only reason I gave two stars was because the nice older gentleman inside that offered amazing assistance on telling me where my product was located.

We went in searching for a replacement piece for our toilet, they didn't have the piece we needed in stock, but the associate checked the back and then called another store for us. Very helpful and the prices were well under what we expected!

Central Ace Hardware

Stopped in today to get a new lock.  Walked to the registers where the employees were all talking.  No one acknowledged me, so I said excuse me, which register should I go to?  She said that she could help me.  So, I set the lock down.  I was not asked if I was a rewards member or anything, which was not a big deal.  As soon as she handed me my change she turns around to finish the conversation with the others.  My item was not bagged, and I was not asked if I needed a bag.  I thought this was quite rude, but thought maybe she was having a bad day.  As I picked up my door lock, I said thank you, have a great day.  I was ignored.  The employees at the register always tend to be rude here.  I went in for batteries once that were behind the counter and was given attitude and told they did not carry them, although I was looking right at them.  I pointed them out and that only got me more attitude, so I went and got them elsewhere.  I think the only reason I gave this location 3 stars is because it is convenient for my needs and the guy who makes the keys is always great.

It is very nice having a local hardware store. Like most ACE locations I've been to, this one feels like stepping back in time a couple decades in a good way. Not just the lack of big box bells and whistles, but a level of customer service that has almost disappeared most places. I just needed a couple nuts and a young man stopped me at the door, took my bolt, and found exactly what I needed with a smile on his face. A very positive experience.

I love this cozy store - it's in the old Arlington Theater where as a child I went with my sister and mother to watch dozens of movies back in the 1950's and 1960's.  The store is in a good location and everyone in there are helpful and nice.  I hope it never closes.  I'm in there at least once a week.

I really don't know much about hardware,  which is why this place is great. I can take a screw or bolt, walk in, hand it to them, and they get me what I need. In and out in 5 minutes or less! Make sure to check out the Halloween festival artwork.

Great speedy service. Nice employees. Better prices than competitive hardware stores. Short wait time for the most affordable key copying with lots of cool designs for keys

DO NOT HAVE THEM ASSEMBLE. If you are buying a mower, do not have them "assemble" it for you. I selected this option since it was free with my purchase (after knowing how easy the assembly was, I should've requested it in the box unassembled). I purchased a new Ego mower this spring from Ace. When I arrived to pick it up, the battery had a few scratches and the charging station was covered in dust. I didn't think anything of it. I just assumed it was maybe dropped and that where it was stored gets a lot of traffic and dust gets kicked up. A few months later, my battery stopped working. I submitted a warranty claim with Ego (not a great experience) and I asked the last person I spoke with why the battery already died. He stated that the mower was from 2021, the charger from 2018 and the battery from 2019 (not only was it old, it was an older generation of battery as well). He said based on what I registered, the battery and charger did not come with my mower. He said it appears as though I was given a used or old battery, as well as a used charger. He informed me that they've had similar issues like this in the past with Ace.

I like this Ace Hardware store, but I will never make a large purchase, or even any purchase, from this store again. I hope that the battery and charger that was removed from my original box is being put to good use. To spend $500+ on a new mower just to get a bait and switch...

Local hardware stores are the best the staff are super friendly and ready to help I am usually in and out unlike super stores when u have to send a search party to find someone.

It has the feeling of a small town, mom & pop hardware store. Excellent service.

I always go here before leaving town. Customer service is unlike any other hardware store I've been to. As a contractor and a business owner I know first hand you do not get the customer service anywhere else that Ace employees have!

Belk

Great customer service, huge selection, and great prices. The quality of the merchandise and the prices beat Wal-Mart hands down!!

The was a lady in the kitchen appliance area that was fantastic, short dark hair, was working between 2:00 and 5:00 pm Mon 1/17/22 . There is a sale going on up to 60% off on select items through out store. Be careful. At this mall there are two Belk stores, and very few shopping carts. I had to move my vehicle to that store. I saved over $160.00. The sale included bedding and towels.

Checked two stores same product. Shirt @ $47.50 each. Check out rings up $24.95.  At 80 percent off that come to $9.10 each or even at 20 percent of $47.50 it still $9.50. Shame on you if you're not paying attention. I've shopped here many times, something has changed.

Was looking for a nice shirt and asked the staff working what color would go nice with khakis and in the most dull and uninterested tone he replied any of them and walked off

Noblesville Ace Hardware

Staff was very helpful. They were able to help me find the correct faucet stem.

Ace is always fun. They usually have what I'm looking for and have really cool old timey sodas and toys for my kiddos.

The staff here doesn't even allow you to think for yourself. They're extra attentive from the moment you walk through the door. It just sucks that this is a small hardware store compared to the big chains because they don't always have what I need. And the price is a little more but that's understandable. But these people go out of their way to help you from the second year arriving the parking lot and I like that.

Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Nice small store so easy to get around.

Truly helpful and kind staff.  Always willing to go the extra mile for anything I need.

Kabelin Ace Hardware

Great local Ace shop.  Employees everywhere who will help you find anything, you may get asked upwards of three times if you need help finding something.  More expensive and less variety than mendards, but you’ll be in and out 10x as fast.  To my surprise they had some Lego sets too!

First time here. I came in for a blade/chain replacement for my Stihl MS 170. I brought my saw in with me because I wanted to ask and make sure I replaced it correctly.

I walked in and headed to the chainsaw section. I approached NORM and asked if he was “the chainsaw guy”. He replied, “I can be”. Ha!

After looking up the correct replacement, he suggested that I 1) flip the bar so that both sides will wear evenly, and 2) recommended I leave the old chain to have it sharpened so I would have a backup.

I had asked him about the orientation of the chain and which way it should be installed. He not only showed me, but offered to replace it for me right then and there!

Wow! What service!

I believe every customer service related business should take a page out of Kabelin’s Ace handbook. No matter the location. No matter the employee. Kabelin’s Ace blows the competition out of the water!

The “paint team” at this store is amazing!
We have been remodeling our “new”  20+ year old home here in Elkhart, and the gang at this store have gone above and beyond to help our rather difficult custom paint selections!
They are consistently patient, knowledgeable and friendly. So glad we have these folks who KNOW us and really want to help vs. the “big box” experiences…A+ for Brad and team!

The staff here is excellent and always beyond helpful both in finding things and offering solid advice.

Paul Davis Restoration of North Indianapolis

Very pleased with PDR! Their employees like Keith, our detail-oriented Adjuster; and Zach, our knowledgeable Project Manager were easy to work with and responsive to our questions and needs. They work with very skilled people who do the job correctly and professionally. Very good experience! Would definitely recommend. And I love my new floor!! Just one small area yet to be corrected, then we're done. 👍🏼

They arrived within 1 hour of me starting the claim, began cleaning/demolition, set equipment, and came back everyday on time to check on equipment. They communicated clearly, set proper expectations, and went above/beyond my expectations for water mitigation. They are pet friendly, courteous, and were very careful with my belongings. As I never want to deal with this again,  if I did, I would use Paul Davis Restoration for their mitigation work! Good job and Keep it up!!

Paul Davis was prompt with the repairs after our home flooded from a water line breaking. 7 months after the floor was installed we noticed the wood grain flaking off. The manufacturer, Ohio Valley Flooring, has reviewed it and claims that it's due to moving furniture and pets, that it's not covered under warranty (they will be receiving a review as well). After multiple calls and emails, Paul Davis has stopped responding. Now I'm stuck dealing with a floor that is falling apart and it's less than a year old. Not happy with their non-responsiveness.

Our experience with Paul Davis Nothern Indianapolis was AMAZING! We had a 60,000 pound tree fall along the entire home. Paul Davis was there quickly to stop water coming through roof and start cleanup. Our lead people: Keith Christopher and Zach Arvin are the most professional and knowledgeable people to work with. They worked so hard to find all damage and get everything back to better then before. We chose to add on remodel items to make the home even nicer and they knocked it out of the park! I had an excellent customer experience and would highly recommend Paul Davis to anyone needing restoration services. Sean and the staff were friendly, professional, responsive, prompt and did excellent work. When my basement flooded, they responded quickly to assess the damage and schedule the needed restoration tasks- moisture remediation, dehumidifying, demo, drywall, carpet removal, carpet reinstallation and painting. They also worked with my insurance to make the process simple and without hassle for me. There were many choices of carpet in the Paul Davis showroom and we picked a style that looks great-  Big City Nights - "Bosie". My basement now looks better than ever and the carpet feels so soft and pleasant to walk on! I am planning on some bathroom remodeling in the future and will definitely hit up Sean @ Paul Davis again for that project. Thank you for your excellent service!

It's like most of the ACE Hardware's around this area. This one is the closest. They always have what I want.

The owner and ALL of the employees that I have interacted with are super customer service oriented. I had to get used to them helping me carry out boxes of chems that I purchase to operate. They go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend!
