This place not only tries to rip you off it stinks to high heaven! You need nose plugs. The guy at the counter tried to scam me and scaned my items more then once. I pointed out what he did and he said it's 3 items.. I said yeah I bought three things but they are not all the same prices!!! So lazy!! They probably earn a fortune scamming people!!!

Very good customer service and a very clean store

Stopped at this gas station to get some gas on my way into work where the clerk was helping a lady get some ice. But also having full blown conversations with her . Took him at least 10 minutes to help her get ice while me and another dude standing the store on attended I ended up walking out because I have to go to work and I need gas and I don't have time for you to sit there and flirt around with some girl and give her ice for her carrying it to her car . It's nice but she young and very capable.  let her grab her own ice and continue helping your customers . It just seemed really unnecessary to take her out there to go look at the ice 1st then you guys both come back inside to pay for the ice then you go back outside to help her grab the ice and carry it to her car which is not even a foot away from the ice bin

Dirty and cluttered. $8 for a small box of Fruit Loops cereal and gas is .20 cents cheaper half a mile down the road.
Cashier tooks forever to check us out cause he kept zoning out to something above his head. Told my husband the total and my husband attempted to hand him money and wound up tossing it on the counter since the guy was staring at the ceiling. I'm assuming sports show or drugs. I got fed up and grabbed our items and left before I got rude back.
If you're in a RV the parking lot is not RV friendly, we parked across the road.
Maybe it's just a Texas thing but no greeting upon entering either, real friendly.

Overall, gross and overpriced. Do not recommend.

Idk why they are doing self check out in a convenient store. There is absolutely nothing convenient about that. I personally refuse to use them. If the attendant can’t check me out I’ll goto another gas station. 90% of the time the self check out scanners can’t even read your items efficiently and I have to ask an attendant for help anyway. Make it make sense.

The gas pump working would be cool.   The call attendant button pictured (next to the handicap sign) working would be cool.  The tap to pay working would be cool .  The credit card machine for the carwash working would be cool.  Literally any thing working would be cool

Only shell in town that when you type in your fuel rewards info it shows how much it'll take off per gallon but doesn't actually do it. They're scamming people here and they know it.

It's a gas station. Good lighting, plenty of pumps, good price most of the time if you get cents off with the gas rewards.

What a rip off.. So first off their graphic on the pump for how they want you to enter your credit card does not match what they expect for a chip card... So after entering my info for $0.35/gallon off with fuel rewards, when it doesnt accept the credit card, when your try again, it wipes out all your fuel rewards credit even though you didn't pump any gas. Avoid this place at all costs

Been coming here for a long time since they usually have the cheapest rates of fuel.

I always get 91 and came to find out, the pumps only gives you 87 as their highest quality.

So, I have been paying for 91 fuel quality, but been getting 87 at a higher price.

This location was reported to Shell for Fraudulent and scamming on fuel quality. Received an email from Shell confirming an investigation will be conducted, but no date was given or other information was given, since gas station owners can alter their machines at any given time.

I changed my previous review because I’m always treated great at this location but every single time this same guy is here always problems I truly apologize because I like coming here and the other people who work here are wonderful but I don’t know if I’m coming back because this guy I can’t I can’t deal with him every time I come in it’s something so this might be my last time and like I said I truly apologize because you guys are some great people but just this guy is him every time Whenever I come in apparently my fuel rewards never worked with this guy

Hasn’t had regular gasoline for a week. What’s the point of a gas station if you can’t even get gas there.

They don't have a bathroom.. it seems to always be out of service. I don't bother stopping and wasting my money there...

Everyone I've encountered there has been polite with average customer service skills except the red headed guy who works at night. He NEVER greets me when I walk-in let alone even looks up from his phone until I'm at the register. Maybe he missed that part of training but that's customer service101.

I love shell gas, but that car wash they have has to be the worst one ever.  It left suds on my car and didn't do a good job cleaning it.  I'll never go back.  And they don't even sell donuts inside.

Fairly made convenience store, doubt that anyone will hurt their customer service. 10/10 on that they commandeered their stuff to people like me. Lively service is what is on the tip of my thoughts

Tonight when I called to ask a question like if they sold gift cards, the person working literally hung up on me because they said they "couldn't answer 17,000 questions" after I asked a clarifying question she didn't seem to understand. The most unprofessional and terrible service I've ever experienced.

This place stole 25 dollars from me. I got 25$ with of gas and was charged 50. When I called she said there is nothing I can do. What a disgusting thing to do to someone now a days. I don't even know how it happened and she hung up on me when I asked

I like this gas station  / truck stop. Employees are friendly and the truck stop has a lot of fun merchandise to check out. I actually did some Christmas shopping here.

Good looking place,  but there are some that make this place a little annoying to come to.  Ppl yelling & 🤬 cursing... come on now jacking up customers mornings up❗ Also  Designate / Install A Sink For Your Truckers, We Cook & Don't Always Like Eating Fast Food That You Offer... If I could gifts zero stars cause I will gift it to the store. The owner has no respect for their customers. he believes that he’s some kind of God. I put gas gas or until today, because I’m not going back there anymore, literally every day, every day, and he’s always chasing me out tomorrow leave the pump even though there’s no one there

I don't go here much, every time I do go here, it reminds me why. Their clerks are usually rude. The gas is really expensive. The cigarettes are really expensive & really old & out of date. Go to Murphys across the the highway, they're a lot better.

Pulled up around 12:45 to a 24 hour gas station. Door was locked with a sign saying “mopping”.

Guy made us sit outside on the curb and refused to let us in. Never in my life have I seen this happen.

Open 24 but worker inside will just lock the door and do whatever.  Witnessed this a few times during very busy times. It's on my way home so I would stop to get a drink. I just left everytime but this time.  After about 20 min he unlocks the door.  Grabbed a drink and paid. Ask why the door was locked and he said he had to do something.  I replied maybe you should put a sign up to say you will be right back it confused customers outside who tried to get in and left.  Said I don't need a sign and cut me off when I went to reply.  Dude is rude and obviously doesn't care about customers.  Came for years.  Won't be back.

Sign outside says open 24 hours right? So tell me why I was smoking a cigarette outside around 1am and the employee walks by me with trash I say hi, not a word from him. He throws the trash out and goes inside. I finish smoking and try to grab a drink and some munchies but the door is locked. This man is stocking chips right in front of the door and doesn't look at me when I knock. I called the shell he answer says sometimes we're closed and hangs up. I try to call again to ask when he'll open back up but he doesn't answer!! I'm standing outside in his line of sight and he doesn't acknowledge me and let's the phone ring. Straight up disrespectful!

I was on my harley heading south on 85 and it started to rain really bad so I stopped at the shell and asked if I can hide out from the rain and the clerk was nice enough to let me stay and even let me have a cup of coffee very cool about me standing around to wait

Poorly run location in a money spot. Ownership is clueless and leaves an unfortunate staff facing the public with little support and exposed to undue criticism. Only support them as a last resort as they consistently leave their staff high & dry to make a profit.

Bait and switch. They listed the cheapest gas in the Denver metro area on gasbuddy. When I showed up, it was one dollar more per gallon. If this is your go-to, fine. But don't go out of your way thinking it's cheap gas.

Good gas station but would definitely not recommend using their car wash at all. I had my vehicle "touchless" washed and the arm didn't extend all the way out. When it was about to turn on the driver's side it kept going and scratched up the bumper. I talked to the attendant and gave all my information to be contacted by the manager. I let a week pass by and never heard from the manager. Had to go in a week after to talk to the manager, but he kept insisting it was "touchless" and that could never had happened. Interesting enough, he changed his opinion when I told him I had a dash camera and proof it DID happen. He told me to stop by the next day to fill out an incident report so they could check their cameras and investigate. Long story short, I have gone as far as to contact their corporate offices and almost a month after the incident and I haven't received an answer. So, I'm stuck with a scratched up bumper. Thanks a lot!

Do not use pump 6 at this gas station. I went there on July 4th and the pump did not automatically shut off and I wasted gas as I did not realize it was overflowing till someone yelled out that it was.

Charges your account $50 even though my car is only capable of filling up to $32. Maybe $35 when prices were higher. Took 3 days to get my $ back, it only started after gas prices went up. I only go because it’s right next to where I live. If you have other options do not go here. I’ve had countless problems with their pumps not working, asking a million questions, it’s my most hated gas station

Juan really saved my day yesterday by providing the best service and kindness. Thanks to him this is my favourite gas station now.

$20 for a drive-through gas station car wash? Other gas stations charge half that and you can get full service cleaning inside and out for less than $20.

This gas station will not sell a lighter (or other age-restricted items) to someone (36 years old) with only a passport (which is a valid and current government-issued id)

Only allowed me to get $15 in gas and forced me to waste my fuel points of .10 cents off a gallon

Dishonest and deceitful. On Sep 26th of 2023, my diesel truck broke down (2019 GMC Canyon never had issues). On the 25th of Sep I filled up half my tank with fuel from this Shell station. After my truck broke down I had it towed to a local Mechanic shop. The local mechanics found out there was unleaded fuel in my truck. The repairs cost me $5038. They asked me if I had a receipt of my last fuel up. I informed them "of course I do" because I always get an electronic copy. So I checked my email and sure enough...no receipt. (I mention this because I always fill up there because they usually have  one of the lowest prices for diesel). So I went to the actual Shell station itself to retrieve the receipt. They informed me their systems were wiped of data on the 25th of Sep and forward. I was able to get a camera recording of me filling up my truck with the GREEN nozzle (diesel).  So I called Shell and I sent them the copy of the receipts of every time I filled up there (which was almost every other day). They said they would do an investigation. After a month of not hearing from them. They informed me there was no mal treatment on their end. I will never go back to a Shell gas station and as a military member in the USAF I've let all my family and friends to never go there.

I used to love this place with the fuel rewards, you got a real fair price in town. This year they've had 3 of their big mega coupons that if you jump through the hoops at the right time you can get a coupon to use on that particular day and get an extra 20 cents off per gallon. Each time these have been usable they raise the price .30 - .35 cents the day before, so are actually paying more than if you would've bought gas 2 days earlier. In addition all the gas stations around are a better deal. It's shame I've told so many of my friends to get the app, and now I have to tell them they're rip-offs.  Why are all these businesses shooting themselves in the foot. I just don't get it. There are much better gas deals out there than these, And why have the deal where you have to do this or that to get this 20 cent discount that will actually cost you more money. So they lose you money and they waste your time. Too bad the old system that they had doesn't come back, because wow they are just not worth anything anymore. Sad

3 star, run of the mill, basic fill up station. Nothin' much else to report.

Do not go here at night the black guy Dee is very rude and over charges and believe me it wasn't an accident I asked for a refill of a soda and showed him the cup before filling it up and he refused to give the refill price corporate will be hearing about it if you need gas or a soda or anything there is a Murphy gas station literally one block away to the East on Austin bluffs I would recommend going there over this shell any day

We always stop here because it’s cheap for gas plus we get fuel rewards on top of that. Staff is always friendly and helpful

Snack options are limited like no hotdogs,no pizza and limited coffee options and a few snacks like Hershey's bars for a normal sized one cost 3$ when a king size on at 711 costs the same but is 3x bigger!
And the back of the building sometimes has a few kids from GW that look a bit sketchy vaping and suspicious being at the back of a gas station.
If you want more options for snacks,drinks,a very cheap lunch and etc head to 711 or the circle gas stations with more options and way better prices!

The worker inside had terrible attention and in addition they did not allow my daughter to go to the bathroom because there is no bathroom, once inside the store I did not spend a single dollar, I had planned to buy snacks for myself and my children, definitely if I had not already paid for my gasoline In the pomp, I would not have spent any dollar in a place where they do not care for their clients.

If I could give zero stars I would. Accused me of stealing candy while there with my 4 year old daughter. Then when I asked what they believed I stole just told me to pay for items and leave. Showed my purse and asked them to search me. No rationale given and could give no reasoning behind this accusation. This happened while I was at the register with several items to pay. I will never go to this station again.

Very nice guy behind the counter didn't have any stamp booklets to sell,  but was very nice to go into his personal stamps and give me one for free. The place also seemed very clean and friendly.
