John Ward Ace Hardware

This is the modern day time of the old time hardware store.  It has just about everything you need for the season you are in and more.  It is the more that I want to share with you.  Mustard for grilling and yes they have that will make it taste like a Chilli Dog.  Dot's pretzels the best I have had. And best for last, Swamp Pop.  Oh, they have hardware too.

Great place to shop. Always willing to help. Every ace that I go to they are always helpful especially the one in Alexandria highly recommend you shop there.

Great service, as soon as I came in someone greeted me and asked how they could help. They took me straight to the items I needed. Plus they are very veteran friendly. Great store to shop.

Fantastic service and selection. This, hands down, the best Ace I have ever been to. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with a  huge inventory. Even though they didn't have the very specific bolt I was looking for, I will be coming here again.

Target

I like the jewelry here its of really nice quality and very affordable.  I will say the clothes don't really cater to anything plus sized or tall/longer sized. Also the staff has never stood out to me as being very helpful. The store is always clean and it also has a Starbucks!

A little on the expensive side compared to wal mart and the like. But the store is very clean and well stocked and the staff is very friendly. Crazy drivers in Alec who don't know what the one-way yellow arrows mean in the parking lot, so stay alert!

My grandson needed a sport jersey for school the next day. And I searched Target online and they had a Saints jersey in his size. He and I was so happy 😊! Thank you Target!

One important reason to shop at this Target is because of the provided recycling bins. While I was attempting to leave some plastic, the bin was full. A young manager (or employee) told me it was full and just to leave bag full of plastic there and they would throw it away. I suggested that since he was there, couldn’t he empty the bin or call another employee over to empty it. He said that eventually someone would empty it, but the bin filled up too fast.
The employee was not rude, but neither was he helpful.
My question is why Target would place bins there and not empty them, or perhaps add an extra bin to supplement the ones that filled up “too fast.”
I can only surmise that recycling is not to benefit the environment but to lure customers into the store. This was by no means the only time that the bins were overflowing.

The store is always clean and organized.  However  the curtains selection is very limited.

Walmart Supercenter

The produce section was horrible, the cucumbers were molded and the bins were dirty. Not what I expected for a FRESH department, the restroom in the back of the store was horrific!! One of the stalls was Still tied off with a rope just the same and it has been for the past 5 months. All the rest of the stalls were clogged with tissue and feces. I had to rush my small child to the front of the store to use the restroom. I also noticed that they were selling water bottles in a cooler at the self checkout that are NOT intended for individual sell. Usually when those cases are broken they are to be sent to claims, lol. The only positive thing I could say about this shopping trip is they were fully stocked with school uniforms.

Long lines one 2 registers open and self check out which i do not perfer i don't want to work there after i leave work there's hardly any help from employees if you can find one and there was a loud argument 🙄 there between and employees and guest my kids were afraid so this is not the walmart i would choose to stop by if you can help it if you do just try and get in safely and get to your car safely. The parking lot is sketchy.

There was only 2 associates open so it was self checkout ad always except there were so many people. It was lines back towards electronics. I asked in auto center to checkout because I had to pay for tires and man told me in couldn't because I had more than 10 items. Very dissapointed.

Update... nothing has changed

There were tons of clearance items when I went. Don't know if they were just having a bunch of returns a d trying to resell or if there was just overstock, but nice to see the clearance rows.

Everything is locked-up. You can't find anyone to help you. Looks dirty. I see employees in the bathroom on the phone. Half the law is in the parking lot. Should be Walmart substation. I go dollar general and superone

We came in to town for a funeral, the sales associates and asset protection followed us the entire time. I am very familiar with how AP works as my husband works for Walmart. Horrible experience! We were here for a funeral instead we were profiled and followed while trying to get last minute things.

Never enough cash registers open, pallets of stock down every isle and hard to get to anything you needed, then ifnyou want to leave you have to self check out.

They Need a bigger store. Customer service was good

Definitely has it all and people that work there are easy to find!

Friendly associate's throughout the store and departments. Especially the lady at the door on your departure. She always has a gracious smile for everyone.

Walmart on Rinconada is an extremely well run store. The employees are all extremely helpful in helping find things, which was difficult my first few trips just due to the stores size. They're always right there when I go to check out to approve or assist my purchases.

Pickup here is a nightmare. Poor attitudes and zero customer service👎🏽👎🏽

Store is rarely stocked correctly. Section and modular numbers never match the aisle. Majority of the time you can’t find what you are looking for because gandola is a mess. The bathrooms smell and they are normally dirty. What do you expect from Walmart, I guess?

Everyone that was using the self-checkout aisle that I was I'm 100% certain we're on some sort of Downer drug. Self check out isn't supposed to be for your 14-day grocery but yet it seems to have gone that way and that mode of thought is not smart.

They have sold me old food on many occasions this last time was just gross it was over a month old don’t shop at this store

Only order stuff to be picked up or delivered because your employees are very rude. Especially your customer service department. I am a hundred percent disabled retired Army Veteran and I was at customer service a few weeks ago because I had to go inside the store to return something. Even though I had my receipt they had to call the assistant manager up to customer service which took him 30 minutes to get there. When he finally got there they told him that they were hanging trouble with their cash register and instead of fixing the problem he started talking to one of the employees about a personal problem. I informed him that I really needed him to please fix my problem so I could go home because I'm on oxygen and I left my oxygen at home. I didn't curse him or raise my voice. But he looked at me and told me of I didn't settle down that he'd have to ask me to leave the store. I asked him why because I didn't do anything but ask him to please help me so I could go home. Then he waited another five minutes then changed registers and it only took him about three minutes after that.

Ugh it’s Wal-Mart what can u expect from them. They want everyone to think they care, but given my past experiences they don’t care anything about the customer or the employee for that matter.  Bottom line is where they have their cares.

lady at self checkout says i didnt scan enough cans of tuna she shows me on her phone thing. after i get reciept i see i paid  for 6 cans not 4. learn the job and dont rip people off. i had to go get my money back.

I don’t appreciate the old man at the door checking my receipt to make sure I paid for everything I have been shopping at Walmart for over 20 years!!! and has never stole nothing in my life!!! Everything I had was in bags too so it wasn’t like I didn’t have anything in bags I do not appreciate it whatsoever!!!

Walmart is always a good option for shopping and is always on with the next level of customer support over all an amazing experience much love to Walmart and Walmart teams for your support and help with the store!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Limited choices here, but sometimes they get in some cute stuff.

Consumers should not pay the price for employees not stocking the shelves correctly. What happen to the days where consumers were valued? Well very disappointed that the shelves lie and mgmt could care less. I could see if there was 1 put out of place BUT ALL of these were in the wrong place. Employee error should not affect consumers pockets.

All the employees I’ve interacted with have been friendly, helpful, and very competent. In front of me in line, was a woman who thought she dropped some cash in the store and the employee who interacted with her was caring and took down her info and took a picture of something related to dropping the cash.

Some of the prices are outrageous especially for food items. Just like at any other store you have some rude and a couple friendly staff members. The restrooms are fairly maintained, They're outside pick-up area is way better than Albertsons because they do NOT allow just anyone to park in the designated spots.

You can always count on Target to find something fun and trendy, whether it is fashion or something for the home. Two weeks ago we were preparing for a cruise to the Caribbean and I need to find a swim suit for the trip. Even though I needed it in February I was able to find that Target had their swim suits out for early Spring!

Target is also a great place to find a grocery item you need for home. I was happy to see that they have added organic items at a cheaper price than some of our other local stores.

And best of all, you can grab a cup of coffee or some iced tea from Starbucks. The wait is usually not long at the Target Starbucks so sometimes I will skip the wait at our regular Starbucks and head to this one in Target!

People here are nice but the lines are insane. There’s never enough self check out machines or only one person at the actual register. Also nothing scans correctly in the self scan price check. Also the frozen area has been empty for months.  Not enough natural organic products.

This store is clean and the employees are kind and helpful. I enjoy shopping here if it's a quick stop or if I have time to waste and want to browse. The new store update is great also! The addition of an expanded grocery section is an added bonus to this location.

Love target it. Between Walmart stuff and mall stuff I love they clothes and have many selections when come to makeup or body even hair products different kind of brands good ones and  reasonable even have discounted bins in most departments always good clearance shoes staff is very friendly and helpful thank y'all target

Target really was very nice about my situation I have trouble with my cards and my counting sometimes (I have some issues) but when I did two times target employees did not try to embarrass me or cause a scene like alot of cashiers do i have seen this so much in walamart but i had plenty of momey to pay for my items but I ended up getting most of items  . Nastiest bathrooms I have ever been in. I have had to contact corporate twice from bloody tampons spilling out of bins and feces dried EVERYWHERE on toilet seats. Please start cleaning these biohazard bathrooms before someone gets a disease. Absolutely irresponsible.

Best customer service!!! Buy far!!  Buy from Target they will take care of you!  Their “Price Match Guarantee” is the best in the industry!

This place consistently has the worst curbside pickup experience. They rarely ever have an order ready at the scheduled pickup time. The parking spots are poorly marked and the phone number they give you to call to let them know you’ve arrived often goes unanswered. And they can get away with it because they don’t care about individual orders. Or people.

Today I went to this ridiculous place.  They are doing something to the parking lot, grating to re-pave (maybe).  You can barely find anyplace to park, many spaces are saved for people who won't come inside to do their own shopping.  They put the wellness display right in front of the dirty equipment repaving the parking lot.  You need a shower if you go near that wellness tent.  WTHeck?

This morning was probably the best shopping experience that I have ever had shopping.  The lot was rather empty at 0830, and the store had more associates there than the number of shoppers.  Shopping without having 10 people per aisle makes the act of shopping a real joy.  We got everything we needed and even found a cashier just waiting for us.  She was friendly and quick on the scanner.  She was very attentive to my wife's talk with her.  In short, it was a good day at Walmart.

I don't know what's going with this place, but it is not what it use to be. I went here on Sunday 11-21-21 and this store had stuff everywhere. Pallets all across the store you couldn't even get down some of the aisles. I am not for sure if they are under new management  but this place is a mess. Madison always have had the best Walmart and now it's terrible.  #Unacceptable.

We had a separate group at the other side of the station so his show was split and we got to enjoy it more.

This was the second time we've stayed here and we intend to include it in our itinerary on our trips to Texas.  Very friendly and helpful employees.  The grounds are exceptionally well-kept. I think they have someone working on the ground every day.  Beautiful views of the mountains, and some of the sites are set up specifically for the views.  It would be nice for me if there was some kind of shopping or restaurants within walking distance, just for something to do, but I'm certainly not going to ding them for that.  They have a very nice, clean dog park with a couple things for agility.  That was a lot of fun for our border collie as well as us!

The gentleman monitoring the Self Checkout registers a couple weeks ago was one of the best customer service providers I have encountered in a long time. (I usually order delivery.) He made checking out so much easier and more pleasant. He also put Albert's market's employees to shame!

Actually got a real live cashier. Very pleasant. It was nice to deal with an actual person today, rather than have to work after going into the store, trying to get last minute items for dinner tonight. Thank you for having customer care
