Walmart Supercenter

Walmart on Rinconada is an extremely well run store. The employees are all extremely helpful in helping find things, which was difficult my first few trips just due to the stores size. They're always right there when I go to check out to approve or assist my purchases. GREAT STORE!!!

Pickup here is a nightmare. Poor attitudes and zero customer service👎🏽👎🏽 Store is rarely stocked correctly. Section and modular numbers never match the aisle. Majority of the time you can’t find what you are looking for because gandola is a mess. The bathrooms smell and they are normally dirty. What do you expect from Walmart, I guess?

Everyone that was using the self-checkout aisle that I was I'm 100% certain we're on some sort of Downer drug. Self check out isn't supposed to be for your 14-day grocery but yet it seems to have gone that way and that mode of thought is not smart.

They have sold me old food on many occasions this last time was just gross it was over a month old don’t shop at this store

Only order stuff to be picked up or delivered because your employees are very rude. Especially your customer service department. I am a hundred percent disabled retired Army Veteran and I was at customer service a few weeks ago because I had to go inside the store to return something. Even though I had my receipt they had to call the assistant manager up to customer service which took him 30 minutes to get there. When he finally got there they told him that they were hanging trouble with their cash register and instead of fixing the problem he started talking to one of the employees about a personal problem. I informed him that I really needed him to please fix my problem so I could go home because I'm on oxygen and I left my oxygen at home. I didn't curse him or raise my voice. But he looked at me and told me of I didn't settle down that he'd have to ask me to leave the store. I asked him why because I didn't do anything but ask him to please help me so I could go home. Then he waited another five minutes then changed registers and it only took him about three minutes after that. This was at your Walton BLVD Location here in Las Cruces NM.
