Simple service, well-stocked pharmacy like most of this chain. It is open at night. I found what I needed and it was a good experience.

Why the hell don't they answer the phone, why do they want it?

On Monday, October 2, 2023, I have been calling the store to check if they have a medication and they are not answering.

The prices of all their products are modified so that when you pay in cash they keep the pennies. The biggest ant ROBBERY.

Those on this shift at the pharmacy are rubbish to attend to on Friday, April 7 at 9 am. If you don't like your job, find someone to keep it 🙏

The service in the store is excellent, but they neglect communication by telephone and that causes stress. It's just a suggestion.

Midas Rx Pharmacy

I made a complaint last month concerning a medication where the technician hung up on me. I've yet to receive an apology. The medication in the bubble pack by prescription was for bedtime not Morning. I will put a formal complaint to the authorities

Pharmacist was very helpful and efficient. I couldn’t get my prescription because of issues with my insurance, but at least the process was quick.

Arrived on 12/29/21 around 12:30pm. There was one person waiting in line before me. They had Covid test forms outside for us to fill out. They came out to retrieve our forms and ID and insurance cards however we’re still waiting to get tested and it’s been about 45 minutes since they’ve  taken our information. We’ve been sitting outside in the cold the entire time without an update. If I don’t have Covid I’ll have a bad cold after this. There’s now 6 more ppl waiting in line and there’s still no update. UPDATE: I called 12/30/21 to confirm my email, who ever picked the phone up noticed I left this review and wanted to confront me about it, but then hung up the phone when I asked if she had something to say to just say it. I’ll be glad to explain why I left this review. Just unprofessional. To put the icing on top…. I never received my results from the Covid test after they said it would be made available 12/30/21 after 7pm. Now I have to go get another test done delaying my time back to work. Thanks

Totally ridiculous pharmacist is rude close earlier then posted and had a complete attitude when calling,  I know your located in the ghetto but not everyone lives there.. if you need a pharmacist don't come here

Rite Aid

Shout out to Sandy, Veronica and Marcus. When they are working you know you are gonna have a excellent shopping experience.They are so friendly,nice, and really caring.  They go above and beyond for their front end customers. Please make sure you keep them at this store and maybe give them a raise. Thank you

Service is really good and I found that they are very humble to their customers. Various products are also available off the counter. I love buying makeup and relaxing stuff from there.

This Rite Aid is so much more efficient then CVS CVS doesn't even text you when you're medicine is ready the place is a joke

I’ve been meaning to write a review for awhile but kept forgetting, last month I needed my prescription filled but they were out of stock. The girl put me on hold while she called around to other Rite Aids for me to see if any were in stock. They weren’t and so she apologized and hung up. About 10-15 min later my phone rings and irs the pharmacy, the girl was calling to tell me her pharmacist did find some of my medication in stock for me. I have never had a pharmacist or pharmacy tech go so above and beyond for a customer and actually go out of their way to call around and call me back to inform me they could fill my medication. Absolutely excellent customer service and I will be using this pharmacy consistently now. The pharmacy tech from that night deserves recognition and a raise !!

I been going to Rite aid for over 20 years now, this has been the third store that I have changed to. With that being said each store I have expect that i will have to come back twice to get all of my scripts filled because they are always out of one script or  could only half fill another. IT'S Rite Aid ! Very rarely is someone happy to wait on you, and I'm not looking for a conversation or to tell my life story, but i also hate the feeling that I'm annoying the person I'm asking my scripts for.. last night i went  in to pick up my scripts at 8:15 they have changed their pharmacy hours they closed at 8:00.  Did not change it on Google or the front of the store. so I show up the next morning at 8:30. The pharmacy opens at 9:00 no one shows up till 9:06 the pharmacist kindly says we will be with you as soon as we can. They open their  registers and windows they starts talking to another employee then waits on her as if no one was waiting for their scripts prior to her. I patiently waited too let them open the registers and not feel like I was rushing them, meanwhile another customer comes and they wait right on them...   I promise I will never spend another dime at another Rite aid again or any corporation that they're affiliated with!   And life isn't this complicated but when people expect courtesy in the world they should give courtesy back, especially when you're a customer..

Long waits, super confusing rules about how you can get meds, nobody knows anything about stock, prescription isn't ready when the website says it is, they don't let you know when it's ready, lunch hours aren't posted, have been given wrong meds, have been incorrectly charged, will not communicate with CVS Caremark. The workers are nice, but everything else is so bad the only reason I go is because it's the only place insurance covers. I have to drive over 30 minutes to get bad service.

Pulaski hwy Bear Delaware store by far the worse CVS next to the kirkwood hwy location.  Little to no communication or bad information.  The wait time for Pharmacy inside or drive thru is always a minimum of 30 minutes so bring snacks and patience!

This place is a DUMPSTER FIRE . I require a certain prescription every month and every month the seem to NEVER HAVE IT IN STOCK !!! I even have my Dr send it over at least a week in advance and they still can’t get it correct . I called Saturday to make sure that they had it Monday I was told it would be ready at 8:30 am on Monday I call Monday they told me an hour it will be ready then I get a text saying it won’t be ready till Wednesday at this point I’m DONE with CVS  so sad absolutely pathetic !!!!

I have had good experiences since switch to CVS.  The people working the Pharmacy are helpful and courteous.  Even if the line at pick-up is longer than normal, the wait is much shorter than I have experienced at other drug stores.  They manage all of my prescriptions well.

I would rate it less if possible, the store is fine but the pharmacy is problematic and the person answering the phone in pharmacy should be fired. She tried to over talk me both times and instead of trying to reprocess the approval the first time she wanted to tell me that it was not approved. Even after I said I just spoke to the doctor about it.
Another time I was in line for 10-15 minutes and they put up a closed sign after helping the person at the counter. They also over price all the medicine if you look at goodrx, all my medicine is cheaper else and affordable.  I see a lot of elderly people there for medication and its so messed up. Riteaid is definitely better.

Darley Pharmacy

The best pharmacy! They greet my family by name and call to wish me a happy birthday. Best customer service around, and great prices on milk and eggs too!

I had my prescription sent here for the first time today and I am blown away. I have never had a prescription filled so quickly and effortlessly (not exaggerating).

For some reason, when I go to Walgreens, RiteAid, Walmart... etc there is always a "hiccup" that causes an hours/days long delay. Not here! You've got my business from this point forward - thank you so much!

I absolutely love how the gentleman answers the and questions that I have when I ask about certain medications that I am and not aloud to take with my heart medications…

I have been a customer for years, back when it was Claymont Pharmacy and Jeff was the pharmacist. I have always loved Darley Pharmacy but had to switch due to moving to Rehoboth Beach 4 years ago. I recently just came back and both Jim and Brian had not forgotten my name. They are both the nicest and most professional pharmacists I have ever used. They will go out of their way to help get me what I need. It's the best Pharmacy around and the convenience store is great as well!! I highly recommend using Darley.

Darley Pharmacy exceeded my expectations! I dealt with a bigger chain having issues after issues for a medication I’ve been on for over 28 years. Everyone in Darley from the pharmacist to the front staff was so pleasant and helpful. Such a refreshing atmosphere!

The pharmacy people always look bad, giving poor service, giving one medication for another and then they make a mistake and claim that they don't make changes, forcing you to buy something else because they can't make changes.
Are they supposed to choose to work there? So I don't understand why they don't do their job well.
Yesterday I had a situation there and it was really uncomfortable.

They have a variety of products, you can find most of the medicines, it is a 24 hour service... I buy the turkey ham in this place, the price is competitive compared to the small stores. I have found several offers that have been worth it, definitely recommendable with access to the Rio Verde highway.

I went to get some copies at 5 in the morning and the young man does not make copies at that time. For me, hemodialysis is important and urgent and they do provide that service and in contingency the schedule is blocked but at a yellow traffic light they do take out and now at a green traffic light The truth is that it bothers me a lot, especially because of the boy's answers.

The boy who attends the pharmacy was very rude. Fortunately his partner was very kind.
It was very unpleasant to be treated by that boy.

You ask the employees something and they make an annoyed face.

Terrible service, with a prescription in hand they denied me the medication, according to the rude woman who runs the pharmacy, the prescription seemed fake, with the doctor's signature and information, she refused to fill it, just because she thought it was a scam without checking information or calling to the office. Rudeness, terrible service and customer service, what a shame that an employee like this tarnishes the name of the franchise.

Very bad service, they don't even know where the medicine is stored. They go to the back supposedly to look for it and they leave you standing there waiting and they come out with their cell phone in their hand answering their WhatsApp and they don't bring the medicine.

They don't have enough staff, the manager can't help other than looking everywhere, efficiency is lacking in this store, more trained staff and managers who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty working are needed.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired, the cashiers instead of serving you are better on their cell phones, and for this reason they do not do things well, you make them see it and they blame you as a customer, compared to the other branches that if they are attentive and kind

Got my prescriptions and good snacks all from one clean pharmacy

Excellent service, the staff is friendly and since they didn't have a medicine, the pharmacy guy offered me to get it and in 10 minutes I already had it on the counter, the staff was very well trained and the store was very tidy, definitely one of the best branches I've ever seen. that i have gone

On October 5, I bought an oximeter for $700.00 and some Everready batteries, at the Guadalajara pharmacy located on Adolfo López Mateos Avenue. When I used the device, it did not turn on, and when it finally worked, it began to dial incorrectly by up to 10 units, which caused uncertainty regarding my family member's health, so we found ourselves in the need to go to the doctor and perform a Covid 19 test, causing us an unforeseen expense. Today, October 7, I went to the pharmacy to have my device replaced and the person who helped me told me that I could not change my device because it worked correctly when they inserted batteries from another brand. I told him that the oximeter device did not give me security and that I wanted him to change it, to which he flatly refused. Based on my experience, I recommend not buying medical devices in these businesses.

This particular Guadalajara pharmacy on Escobedo Street has terrible staff. Today I went to the delicatessen area and a man was in the area, I placed my order and he said no because he was busy eating. I went to a cashier and she told me that she couldn't because she was also busy, I told her that yes, I wouldn't have staff to serve, they wouldn't offer things in bulk. He made gestures to me and I went to the supposed manager and told me to do whatever I wanted. DISADVESTING SERVICE

Good location for shopping for all types of groceries

They have bread and other groceries. No so bad for being a pharmacy.

always open 24 hours a day, the employees always attend with care and the attention and service is excellent, this pharmacy is always open from 11 at night to 7 in the morning, they serve at the door, the facilities are very clean and the hallways always well accommodated, prices always affordable and this branch does have free parking

The person at the checkout is very kind. I would recommend more attention to the assortment of personal hygiene merchandise. The rest all good. Thank you
