Shout out to Sandy, Veronica and Marcus. When they are working you know you are gonna have a excellent shopping experience.They are so friendly,nice, and really caring. They go above and beyond for their front end customers. Please make sure you keep them at this store and maybe give them a raise. Thank you
Service is really good and I found that they are very humble to their customers. Various products are also available off the counter. I love buying makeup and relaxing stuff from there.
I’ve been meaning to write a review for awhile but kept forgetting, last month I needed my prescription filled but they were out of stock. The girl put me on hold while she called around to other Rite Aids for me to see if any were in stock. They weren’t and so she apologized and hung up. About 10-15 min later my phone rings and irs the pharmacy, the girl was calling to tell me her pharmacist did find some of my medication in stock for me. I have never had a pharmacist or pharmacy tech go so above and beyond for a customer and actually go out of their way to call around and call me back to inform me they could fill my medication. Absolutely excellent customer service and I will be using this pharmacy consistently now. The pharmacy tech from that night deserves recognition and a raise !!
I been going to Rite aid for over 20 years now, this has been the third store that I have changed to. With that being said each store I have expect that i will have to come back twice to get all of my scripts filled because they are always out of one script or could only half fill another. IT'S Rite Aid ! Very rarely is someone happy to wait on you, and I'm not looking for a conversation or to tell my life story, but i also hate the feeling that I'm annoying the person I'm asking my scripts for.. last night i went in to pick up my scripts at 8:15 they have changed their pharmacy hours they closed at 8:00. Did not change it on Google or the front of the store. so I show up the next morning at 8:30. The pharmacy opens at 9:00 no one shows up till 9:06 the pharmacist kindly says we will be with you as soon as we can. They open their registers and windows they starts talking to another employee then waits on her as if no one was waiting for their scripts prior to her. I patiently waited too let them open the registers and not feel like I was rushing them, meanwhile another customer comes and they wait right on them... I promise I will never spend another dime at another Rite aid again or any corporation that they're affiliated with! And life isn't this complicated but when people expect courtesy in the world they should give courtesy back, especially when you're a customer..

This Rite Aid is so much more efficient then CVS CVS doesn't even text you when you're medicine is ready the place is a joke
