Extremely unprofessional and won't take responsibility. Newer guy backed into the door with my car and they all refuse to take responsibility of the scratches it left and the broken trunk button. Never coming here again and highly recommend to look anywhere else with better reviews. Worst experience I've ever had for car services.

Maybe it's ok if you're paying cash but debit you can't pay at the pump, it wants you to go inside. And this has happened mutiple times. Can't fill your car from inside, you need to know the exact amount? Yeah because I know my car will take $51.36 this time? Plus 711 right across the street is like 20 cents cheaper for premium gas as of today and took my card no problem

The pumps at this shell are brand new!  And the sales people keep the entire fueling area so clean!  I especially appreciate that the squeegee water is always full and fresh because the windshield washer container in my car has a leak...thank goodness for my favorite Beltsville shell

I luv this Shell station, I'm literally 2mins around the corner. I go here regularly to have a few minor things done to my car. Everytime I go their always pleasant and take me right away whether if working on other cars. I'm always in & out no more than 10 mins ❤🙏

The people inside are great...   the people who visit the store are rude and inconsiderate.   Been yelled at, flipped off, honked at etc and fir no reason.    My car can remain dirty before I go there again!

A gas station is a gas station right? If the gas pumps and the payment isn't a hassle they've basically done their job. This station has always done this fine, every one of the probably hundreds of times I've been there over the years. Something else that these guys have also done is gone out of their way to try to save me money when buying a quick bite inside where they have an assortment of hot sandwiches, fountain sodas, coffee, and two walls of drink filled fridges. I've been going through with just a few cents less than I needed and they've just given it to me or Ive not known I could save due to some deal or another and they've taken the time to stop me at the register to make sure I realized what I had missed. Of course, this is all stuff you would think they would want to do anyway, but most places don't. As mentioned by others, the restrooms are also usually clean. If they are not and you tell them, someone either starts cleaning it up or posts an out of order sign if they don't have the immediate staff. It's also in a great location and has 3 entrance/exit points with wide filling lanes.

I like Shell very much even, if I do not have reward points.  The car wash is good and one day the manager was out on the car wash line and was ensuring the smooth operation.  The premise is always maintained inside and outside.

I come here before I go to work and this gas station is always closed and locked. I always end up having to drive to another gas station. For this place to say open 24 hours I think that's a total lie. You'll are losing customers because of this. At least place a sign on the door or something if you plan to close it for 2 hours and reopen.

today i had bolt in my tire, and needed a plug. they had me n and out in five minutes. the technician was on top of it and repair is great. very professional and friendly shop. if i lived closer they would be my shop. highly recommend this place

Would highly recommend getting your car serviced here. Faisal (mechanic) was extremely helpful in fixing my car and helping me get a new tire ASAP. You can tell that he and his co-workers are honest, give you the bottom line, and don't push any unnecessary car work on you. Customer service was top notch and the turnaround time was really quick-- will definitely be going back here for all future car repair needs.

Excellent repair shop! Louis has been handling anything involving inspections and repairs for my car. They are very hardworking, honest with good pricing. Go here to escape the lies and insane pricing of car dealerships!

Please make sure your gas selection is correct and check your receipt afterwards. I selected the 87 regular gas and when I checked my receipt, I was charged for 90 premium. The manager was not helpful in compensating me the difference for what I selected versus what his faulty gas pump charged me. Monitor your pump closely to make sure are not over charged!

This used to be a good honest shop. If you had taken your car here over the last few years you would have met Mike. Mike was a good mechanic. He told you when things should and shouldn't be done. He stood behind his work and he would make things right.
This place is under new management and Mike is now gone. And I, being the trusting fool that I am, took my car there anyway. My car, an older VW, had a check engine light on and a clutch issue. I needed to get my emissions checked to I was in a bit of a time crunch. After several days of not hearing anything from the shop, I finally decided to call. They told me they were waiting on a part. Two more days go by, nothing. I call again, still waiting on parts. Okay, I now haven't shown up at work for the better part of a week. Luckily I can work from home, but they never asked me that or gave me any estimate on time. Strike one.
Finally the car's ready. They tell me it's going to be $1,200. Okay, car repair is expensive but what can I do? I need this car to pass inspection. I drive my car to work and back home. When I pull in, I can smell coolant and burning oil. I look underneath the car and oil is dripping onto the ground. Coolant has sprayed all over my engine. I know what you're thinking, this could just be a coincidence right? Sure, but here's where Mike comes back in. Remember when I said Mike would tell you when things shouldn't be done? As in, "I can see several issues in the engine right now and honestly I don't think this amount of work is worth it." Should we call this strike two?
The car's broken down at another shop now. They took a look at it and ran their diagnostics and quoted me 2-3k worth of work and told me, you guessed it: "it's not worth it." Oh also, guess what came up in their diagnostic tests? The same emissions issue and a new issue, for the clutch they were supposed to replace! Let me make this abundantly clear, I took the car in, spent a week waiting with no communication, spent $1,200, the car immediately broke down, and they. didn't. even. fix. the. issue. Strike three.
Here's the worst part of all this, I've now called the shop three times. Two times I was actually able to speak to the new owner. Two times now I've been hung up on by said owner. So if you're thinking that they'll stand behind their work, they won't. Listen; learn from my mistake, go to literally any other shop.

They have a new auto mechanic named Watah, who will scam any female who goes for a diagnostic. He will try and charge two different diagnostic prices and over charge for the part to complete the repair. Do not go here! When Freddy was here, this was a trust worthy place to get repairs done. Not anymore. I am posting his picture so people know who he is. Do not let him touch your car unless you want made up issues with your car. He tried to charge me $800.00 for an A.C system fix that just needed a small hose replacement. Had it done at another shop and it cost $150.00 including the hose. Haven't had any issues since.

Excellent customer service! The bathroom is always clean and the shelfs are very well organized. They have a variety of snacks. The cashiers give a very positive vibe. Overall, one of the best gas stations in the area. Keep up the good work!

The cashier here was clueless and kept handing me an iPhone charging cable that wasn't a USB-C charging cable. I'm sure if he searched a little harder and used common sense, he could have found it instead of constantly picking out (3/4 times) cables with the Exact same iPhone cable ends. Then he had the nerve to say the car adapter is $6 something... I immediately left because that adapter was useless to me in a dire situation.

Misleading advertising.  The big red price   on top is only the price when you also buy a carwash.  The actual price for unleaded fuel is 20 cents more and is not readily apparent when you look at their sign from the road.  Seems intentionally misleading and not right for the customer.

Today I decided to put gas at the Shell station that I think it had good prices. Unfortunately my surprise was when putting the gas at the pump it suddenly the system cancel my transaction. So I decided it to go inside to pay for the gas. My surprise was when my card was declined. I check my bank and Shell took all my money from the  bank charging me for one of the transactions. I went inside to cancel my transaction but there was no help only excuses. The manager was no help. I was very disappointed at this place it took all my money and left me without gas. I definitely do not recommend this place. They don't have any empathy for the customers and no help was giving.

Moycreo Was very unprofessional just now around 2:15 PM. on October 22. I paid for gas here just a while ago I noticed I did not have my receipt. I came back in to the store and kindly asked the clerk with the name tag Moycreo if he could print a copy for me, I knew my total and around about when I came. He was frustrated telling me to come back tomorrow he can't print it or find it. He printed numerous receipts then told me to come another time, he don't know how to do it. If you can't provide simple customer service, why are you at an establishment that's all you're there for? Now, they got paid for gas and a car wash and couldn't help me with a copy of my receipt.

Sami is great customer service was excellent i was looking for aux cord because my car is still old and he didn’t have one but he still tried looking and asking thanks my mannn and the chicken is good and fresh

The owner of this shell is an animal. He is stole things from my car and damaged my car and was lying about it. Take you car there at your own risk. He is the worst human being you can ever meet. Even when I told him my car damage he told me to get out his shop. Even his boys clearly saw the damage. And he will not even offer an apology

Do not! I repeat do not use your credit card here!!!! There devices at the pump and inside the store has been tampered with!!! Bought $20 gas and my card has been debited $100 and 64$!!! Just called my bank to block it and reverse my money! But guess what I can use my money when I want it cos my card was blocked and the money don’t come back immediately!!! Went back to complain and the ppl inside seems to know this is going on! Definitely customers have been complaining.

Somehow if you give him $5 for a $3.50 pack of candy you get $0.50 back. Dude didn't even count my money.

My daughter went to this station for a MD state inspection. The car failed. However, only one issue was a true failure point: a burnt out bulb. One other failure was inaccurate and down right false. Both front tires were cited as “wore out.”  When asked, “wore out” was defined as less than 2/32 tread left. These Michelin tires were taken to Costco where they were purchased to be replaced under tread wear warranty. Both tires were measured twice at two different sections and were at 4/32. Integrity failure for the inspection station and operator.

As an observation... The shell station sells used tires... you can draw your own conclusion.

If I could rate this place a zero I would! The only reason I came here is because it's close to my house. The old guy that works in the shop is EXTREMELY rude! All he cares about is money and only wants cash so he makes his own price. He also has a young man (Jamaican or black) working there who is just as equally rude! (I'm black myself) He tried to get in my car with his dirty clothes and gloves. When I asked him to at least change the gloves, his response was "nah, but you can move your own car". What wonderful customer service they provide (sarcasm)

I used .70 Giant credit per gallon,  paid $59.98 for 20 gallons.  Only for the gas pump#6 ⛽️ to shut off at 7.98 gallons ($23.73). The clerk couldn't or didn't have the ability to fix the problem.   So I lost out on my other $10 savings that was earned from the Giant.
Not ever visiting my neighborhood Shell again...you just lost one.

Worst inspector ever
The Maryland state inspector, who works there, does not kwon anything about vehicles....
on December 02 2018, I stop by to get my state inspection done and after 2 hours, he came up with  5 issues on my vehicle
1- ''wiper blade washer not working'' I turned it on for him.... it was working
2-''fog light not working''  again I show him how it works
3- ''Wheel alignment'' I brought my car to an alignment place … they told me that my alignment was very good...( he just wanted to charge me 85 dollars and use his brand new alignment machine)
4- ''rear brakes pads need to be change'' I took them off and they were good.

in conclusion, I took my car to another state inspection where it did not fail....

so people I do not advise you to stop there for a service..

I came to the shop to do Maryland inspection they gave me a list to fix on my car cuz the inspection fail I went back to my shop change everything as he told me even the Winshield. I came 2 days after give him the car and he still wants to find something else just to make money out of me do not come to this gas station to do inspection they are trying to find a way to make money out of you. No matter what, they want to find something to take ur money. He keep insisting my alignment it’s no good after I change all the parts on the front end and alignment said car was ready he wants to do alignment and charge me 85 for the alignment
So my total came to : 85 for inspection 25 re inspection fee and 85 for alignment. 195 total just to him. Plus what I paid to my mechanic to fix my car I think he gets mad cuz you don’t fix ur car with him

Hector one of the mechanics at this shop is the best.  He works hard to get you back on the road safely without ripping you off.

James is a awesome mechanic. He takes care of his customers to the fullest. If you want your vehicle serviced right,  go see James.

No randoms bothered me n shawty who work there was chill. She answered my questions when I called ahead. The negative reviews sound like personal errors or system issues n ppl just mad.

This gas station has the pumps where you can't mute the commercials. I don't want to hear your same 3 commercials over and over while I'm pumping my gas.

Gas costs more than other local stations, there are tv adds at the pump, and Shell is buying oil from Russia

11:30pm this gas station is not open and the pumps are off.

Closes at 11 PM and the pumps are stopped at that point.
