Extremely unprofessional and won't take responsibility. Newer guy backed into the door with my car and they all refuse to take responsibility of the scratches it left and the broken trunk button. Never coming here again and highly recommend to look anywhere else with better reviews. Worst experience I've ever had for car services.

Maybe it's ok if you're paying cash but debit you can't pay at the pump, it wants you to go inside. And this has happened mutiple times. Can't fill your car from inside, you need to know the exact amount? Yeah because I know my car will take $51.36 this time? Plus 711 right across the street is like 20 cents cheaper for premium gas as of today and took my card no problem

The pumps at this shell are brand new! And the sales people keep the entire fueling area so clean! I especially appreciate that the squeegee water is always full and fresh because the windshield washer container in my car has a leak...thank goodness for my favorite Beltsville shell

Unprofessional and Racist as ever here and they are price gouging at the gas station

Hi I luv this Shell station, I'm literally 2mins around the corner. I go here regularly to have a few minor things done to my car. Everytime I go their always pleasant and take me right away whether if working on other cars. I'm always in & out no more than 10 mins ❤🙏 Happy Customer☺
