I truly cannot recommend this company enough! I was driving my school bus/tiny home across the country when unfortunately we had an accident! Luckily, after calling 4 other shops in the area, they not only fixed our windshield in record time (literally 1 day) but let us so kindly park it on their personal land since I had no safe place to keep my home with the window out! I truly could not be more thankful to this company! Can not recommend them more!!

Can say enough good things about josh and his team. They do great work for a great price, even helped me save some serious money with my auto insurance.

Midas

team killed it on short notice twice!  came in on saturday to have a strut pack for a lift I was working on slightly reindexed, was back out the door :20m later.  then brought my truck in after completing the lift install & they rechecked my alignment & solved a slight rubbing issue I created myself (exhaustion & bent the dust shield).  100% back out the door in a few hours, truck rides perfectly.  Great job, highly recommend this team.

I simply can not say enough good things about this business. Their honesty and integrity are incredible.  Jay, in particular, has been very patient and attentive - explaining everything that needed to be done with our vehicle in advance. In this day and age, to find a business that goes above and beyond DESERVES high praise!!  They have earned all of my future business in metro-Colorado!!

The team here at Midas is great! They are always so helpful and willing to answer any of my questions. I have never felt like they are trying to take advantage of me or up sell me on something I don’t need. It’s really nice to be able to take my vehicle someplace where I can trust the people who are helping me.

I brought my car here for a second opinion, after being quoted $1600 by a competitor to have my alternator replaced due to a stripped bolt. Midas called me within a few hours and told me they had not only removed the bolt, but that my entire repair would only be $539!!!! I added an oil change to the job and was so pleased to pay $610 for all of my work! I highly recommend this Midas location and I had a great experience with their team!

MATRIX AUTOBODY

I had an amazing experience with Matrix Autobody working through an insurance claim on my Subaru. Daryl was great to work with, he kept me updated on everything going on with the claim process and clear instructions on what I needed to do. Daryl also was awesome in helping me understand the timeline, what was being worked on and why. I only had to call them one time, otherwise Matrix always reached out first to keep me in the loop. Would highly recommend!

Extremely pleased with the service and efficiency. I didn't have very extensive repairs, but the result is beautiful, and everything surrounding my insurance was ridiculously easy.
Shop Manager Daryl is wonderful, and friendly, and I will definitely be going back the next time I need any work.

Was sent here by my insurance after an accident and they made the process extremely easy. Their timeline estimate at that start was pretty close to the actual time  even with lots of parts needing replaced on a new car. At the end they caught a missing clip that wasn't replaced and over nighted the part in order to not drag out the repair. In addition I was always able to reach a person when I called for updates and was never left frustrated or wondering what my cars status was.

Do not trust this shop with anything other than brain dead body work, or expect to fight tooth and nail for them to do their job and honor their work.

I am not sure if I have heard anything other than excuses come out of Daryl’s mouth from the schedule to poor workmanship. He’ll have an excuse for that.

They will conspire with the insurance company to ensure that they are not responsible for the shoddy work that they, and their plethora of sub shops that all take a turn on your vehicle, perform.

My life was put in danger as a result of work performed by this shop and their affiliates and I was left with a $1000 bill when everything was said and done.

You’ve been warned.

Big O Tires

Jesse Rodarte from Big O Tires provided me with excellent service. I came in with a cracked front left rim and was wondering on what my options were. He recommended getting new wheels and doing it under Acima financing, which I agreed to and appreciated how fast and convenient it was. I already had in mind of replacing all the rims, so speaking to Jesse about my color and style preferences was smooth as well. I did had to wait a few extra days due to shipping delays, but the overall process and product has been very satisfactory. I love the wheels. I am a satisfied customer and do plan on getting new tires here soon.

Hello all! I’ve brought my car here multiple times and they always treat me so kindly in addition to fixing my car efficiently. Jesse Rodarte in particular always makes me feel heard and in the know. He was extremely generous today when I was in a pickle with a flat tire, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the customer service he provides. Highly recommend this place because they make you feel just as important as your car.

Made an appointment a week in advance. Arrived for the appointment and they took my vehicle. After waiting for a half hour they told me they only had two of the four tires I ordered. Complete waste of my time. I drove to Discount Tire and they had the tires I wanted at the same price and installed them on the spot. This was my attempt at giving Big O a second chance after decades of avoiding them due to poor service. I guess some things never change.

I scheduled an "Winter Healthy Car Special" online, days before my appointment. Since it was during a workday, I called the day before to get an estimate of time I would be waiting there which they quoted 90 minutes. They didn't even pull my car into the garage until 90 minutes after I got there, so in total, I waited over 2.5 hours and they ONLY did the oil change when it should have included an alignment check, fluid top off, air pressure check, tire rotation, etc.
Jesse is a service manager there and he apologized profusely and communicated very effectively and told me I would be receiving a call from his boss, Connor, within the next couple days to figure out what to do. I never received a call, and when I called Connor a week and a half later, he handled the situation very poorly. He talked down to me, had a very condescending tone, and essentially made me feel dumb for asking questions. I will eat the cost just to never have to deal with them again.

Body's by Brown is the best! My brand new Subaru Crosstrek was involved in a hit and run and I was devastated! I called over 30+ body shops saying they could get an estimate done in January of 2024 (This happened in August 2023 so it was absurd). I finally called Body's by Brown and they let me bring my car in the same day! My insurance company and Body's by Brown made the process so easy and there was no stress about anything. They paid the shop directly and I just simply paid my deductible! They got the estimate done quickly and even got my car done a week earlier than predicted! Todd was the nicest and most professional when I picked my car up. I also appreciated how great the front desk staff were. My car looks like nothing ever happened. They washed my car and detailed/cleaned the inside so it looked brand new. It was shiny and ready to go as soon as I picked it up! I have never been more impressed with a car place. I was already devastated but they fixed my car and made me feel so much better! The before and after pictures are below for reference! I am forever grateful for the work that you did! Thank you to everyone who fixed my car and made my experience unforgettable! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family and anyone who needs body work done!

Let me first state that I am VERY picky about who works on my car and the work performed on my vehicle. This shop is hands down the best body shop i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My WRX literally looks better than when I bought it. Paint is absolutely flawless and the body work performed couldn't have been better. It all looks like OEM. Everyone here is very knowledgeable about what they do. If you have a question, they'll answer it. Absolutely some of the best customer service i have received. Communication is fantastic, their shop is clean, and with a knowledgeable and skilled staff, makes for one of the BEST body shops in Colorado. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys if you are in need of any sort of bodywork. The results speak for themselves and the work done on my vehicle is absolutely top notch.

Stolen Car Repaired

I had the unfortunate experience of having my car stolen in July, and amidst the stress and frustration, I reached out to several body shops for assistance. To my surprise, this particular body shop stood out as the only one willing to take in my car, despite my calls to 6-8 other shops. Right from the start, they set the expectation of an uncertain timeline about the repair, especially considering the common theft of my make and model.

Initially, they maintained decent communication with weekly automated text messages that kept me informed of their expected timeline.

However, there were two points of my experience that were not so great. First, when they encountered difficulty sourcing a part for the ignition, communication from their end dwindled, and I found myself having to initiate conversations. Secondly, following their acquisition by a larger company, there was a new payment policy—be prepared to write a check or use a debit card to avoid a 2% credit card fee.

Despite these hiccups, the team demonstrated their expertise during the repair process. The final result was exceptional; the car was meticulously put back together, with paint that flawlessly matched the original and repairs that restored it to its pre-stolen condition. The added touch of detailing left my car looking nothing short of brand new upon its return.

Todd, a key contact throughout, was consistently friendly and helpful. While communication lapses occurred, when I could reach Todd, he provided all the necessary details to navigate the process. Overall, I would recommend this body shop to others, thanks to their expertise, commitment to quality, and the outstanding job they did in restoring my car to its former glory.

I had my car in to replace my rear bumper after backing into a pole. They were done with my car in 7 days. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the repair but they detailed my entire vehicle better than an actual detail shop!!! They were very professional and communicated really well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs car / body repairs.

Body's by Brown repaired my Subaru (which was rear-ended) faster than promised. It was done before other shops I called would even get the car in. The competent technicians and attentive staff made for a great repair experience. I would definitely take my car there again if needed (which is hopefully never). :-)

What an incredible company to work with!! I was not at all excited to deal with typical body shop shenanigans after getting into a minor fender bender in late December of last year. The process to even finding this amazing place was not enjoyable as my car was turned away from two other shops and sat in a tow lot for three weeks before landing at one of their fellow locations. I had a minor issue with one of the replacement parts come this summer & this location (Evans) happens to be closer to my house than the original one I went to, so I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with these stunningly brilliant individuals! Over the top customer service in a way that I can only describe as magical! I really wish every business was as competent, friendly, intuitive, and proactive as these folks are! Thank you a million times over for taking such good care of my car—and me, too! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had a great experiance with Colorado Auto Body in Danver.  They were very professional and super helpful. They return my car just like brand new.  Very satisfy with their services.

My experience here was excellent. I was coming in from out of town after being rear ended, and was on a tight schedule, but they pre ordered all the parts before my appointment and we’re able to have my car done within a week after I dropped it off. I was especially impressed because they were unable to get a new tailgate, so they opted to repair the original, and it looked like nothing had ever happened. I was SO impressed. They were so friendly, and so fast, I’d recommend them to anyone!!

This auto body shop is outstanding.  The customer service was very communicative, professional and quick to respond.  I tried another shop that was recommended and they wouldn’t put parts on an old car. Colorado Auto Body was quick to get back to me, looked for use parts, too save me $.  When completed, my car looked awesome.  I highly recommend them!

RNR Tire Express

Well I’m really glad I found these guys. I had no idea where to go to find wheels and tires that I could actually see in person sand have installed immediately. Then they said they’d even finance 6 months at 0%. Too good to be true! Very satisfied

Terrible experience from the first time I stepped foot inside the building. Where do I start the staff was uninterested and knowledge of product and what fits what was not good.  they put a set of tires that were to big for the fender well. so it’s rubbed holes in both my fender wells of my newly bought truck I bought two weeks prior to this happening. They said yeah no worries good to go. They fit good they told me.  I leave the building and only one of my TPS sensors would register and work. Could hear the tires rubbing. So I make an appointment to switch out the tires and they switch them and the guy has me sit in the truck turn the wheels and he tells me in front of the staff nope doesn’t rub so I leave. Have the same problem TPS sensors not working and tires rubbing FOR A SECOND TIME now. Every time I had an issue it was a problem for them and I felt like my problems were an inconvenience for them in some way. The problems they created mind you.  So I go back a third time to get the wheels and tires finally removed from my truck completely and I’m left with both my fender wells damaged pretty badly and they shrugged and said sorry about that. Where’s the customer service? Where’s the actual knowledge of sizes and offsets. There was none and I would NOT recommend this company for any of your vehicles needs. Ever!! All this company wants if your money and if you get behind you better just not get behind. All bad. Unprofessional and unsettling that they just continue to push customers out the door I’m sure having same issues not always but I know I’m not the first person that this has happened to with this company. I guarantee it will not be the last time either. Good day

I seriously am speechless. Shane, Colby, and the rest of their gang at R&R are light years ahead of the game in this area when it comes to Tire Shops. Don't believe me? I dare you to call your favorite or current tire shop, ask them what it would cost someone coming in needing a new tire on a budget, and that tire mounted and balanced
…then do yourself and your family a favor and call the guys at R&R at the South Campbell location. Don't thank me, pay the gratitude forward on my behalf when you call and tell them Bailey said “still so thankful”.

So far so good. Got me in and out fast. The dude who had me sign papers couldn't really answer any of my questions and seemed annoyed that I had as many as I did. They only do aliments Mon-Thur so you have to make an appointment to get that done. I found that a little odd because I thought it was just automatic that when you get wheels and tires they do an aliment. Overall it was a positive experience and I will be recommending this company those around me.

Amy and staff are so nice and patient! Took time to explain the process ( and again and again since I don't hear well). After my car was done, they cleaned and shined it very nicely.  I couldn't even see where the damage was! I recommend this business for your car body needs.

Had a great experience.  I recognize that it’s difficult to get in to see any auto shop these days.  But I appreciate Amy working with me and staying in communication.  The work done was great and in the time estimated.  Will be bringing my vehicle back if I ever need additional service!

I've been a customer here before and was happy with the work.  Unfortunately, they are not able to provide an estimate on my wife's damaged vehicle until Dec. 4th.  Seems a little ridiculous to have to wait that long to get an estimate.  I understand labor challenges, but business models should adapt to meet the customers needs.

Incompetent, inconsiderate, obdurate, inflexible.
They provide the minimum, frequently eliminating necessary steps to prevent corrosion and further damage. They have failed to apply primer or clearcoat to two of my vehicles.  Both corroded within a year. They have failed to complete tasks and place blame on either the customer or the insurance, never themselves. A zero accountability company. Good riddance to gutter rubbish.

Complete Auto Body & Paint is a fantastic place to take your car, if you are unfortunate enough to have the need for auto repair. Amy was so pleasant to work with and Ed, the owner, just seemed like a great guy. I'm always skeptical of autobody shops, but any skepticism I had went away once I saw the shop and talked with Ed and Amy.
