Very helpful and kind staff.  I have purchased several automotive batteries from them as well as regular household ones by the case.  This time it was an auto battery.  They also have the hard-to-find ones and unique bulbs.  I can buy online but I like to have a local resource for things like this, as their service in several different cities has been very good.

Yesterday I went to your store to get replacement batteries for a watch and key fob.  I was helped immediately while I waited.  I asked a question about another repair that I thought needed to be done at a jewelry shop and the clerk was happy to help make a simple repair at no cost.  I was so impressed by the amazing customer service.  Thank you!

Big O Tires

The guy at the counter was great! William I think. I walked in Saturday morning and inquired about 6 tires for my boat trailer. He only had four. Not only did he get two from another store but had them all installed by the end of the day. I was able to haul our boat home on Sunday. Great service!!

Big O Tires has been a very reliable place for us to go, especially for quick service. We live fairly close. On this occasion, my daughter had a tire blowout. Actually, it looked like there was a big rip in the tire. It was going to be many hours before I could get a towing company. I removed the tire and brought it into Big O. They looked very busy, but they had the tire fixed in less than an hour.  On another occasion about a year ago there was a leak in my tire that I noticed in the garage after I got home. The tire was deflating before my eyes. I was able to pump up the tire, drive quickly to Big O, and had them fix it within a couple of hours. They are always professional and quite reasonably priced. I don't know if all stores are just reliable, but I am very glad that they are nearby.

The staff was so wonderful and made having my car fixed on vacation a breeze and pricing was so reasonable! I called at 9AM, had the issue diagnosed and approved the quote by 9:30. Received a text at 11:15 letting me know my car was fixed and available for pick-up. The staff knew I would be traveling multiple hours home the next day and even checked in to make sure we arrived safely. Thanks, Big O!

I was visiting Osage Beach from Florida and I was in need of a valve stem replacement. I asked some locals where I should go to have it repaired and I was told that Big O was the place to go.  I drove my truck to their shop with my damaged trailer tire.  I rolled it up to the front door, went into the lobby, and explained my plight to a representative behind the counter.  The gentleman immediately took my tire into the shop.  I took a seat in the lobby and awaited his return.  Shortly thereafter I looked out to the bed of my truck in the parking lot and the gentleman was loading my repaired tire into the bed. I immediately went out and to assist him. I thanked him and asked him what I owed.  He said, "No Charge, our pleasure! Safe travels!" I knew from searching the internet that a replacement valve stem typically costs $10-$30.  I was surprised by this gentlemen's thoughtfulness and grace!  Thank you, Big O and it's amazing Team Members!

We went in with a screw in our tire- they were very busy and said it would be 2 hours. They nicely shuttled us home and called within an hour to say it was ready. The shuttle came back and took us back to the store. Very polite and professional

I had posted about this on Facebook, but realizing that I don't live in the Pueblo area, it was probably not hitting my target audience.

I decided to go to Google, the options were a profanity filled rant versus a concise and to the point review of this outfit.

I opted for the second, even though I've seen plenty of the first option out there.

Earlier in the year, a young lady was in for an oil change on a Subaru. She was told in no short order that within a month or so she would need brakes, to the tune of $2,000.

Having own Subaru’s I knew that they came with the indicator tabs that would start making noise prior to the brakes rubbing on the rotors.

I was nursing a back injury and was unable at the time to do much of anything as far as even take the wheels off of the car to look at them.

After my full recovery I loaded up my car; floor jack, jack stands, impact wrench, brake working tools, a new set of front brakes and all the necessary materials to install and clean up.
Drove 75 miles, and proceeded to prep the vehicle for the brake job.
Once the vehicle was safely lifted in the air I removed both front wheels, proceeded to remove the passenger side brake pads. Much to my surprise, comparing them to the brand new ones they were almost identical. I did not have calipers with me but in my estimation 1/32nd of an inch had been worn from the original brakes compared to the brand new set sitting next to them.

Checked the driver side same thing, check both rear brakes, same thing.

I returned the brakes to a store in Pueblo of the same name where I purchased them, where I was told in no uncertain terms that this Big-O is not part of the Nationwide chain but individually owned franchise as is the other one in Pueblo and the one in Trinidad. All owned by one family, kind of like the Jiffy Lube & Screw's were up in Denver in the early to mid-2000s.

As you can see in the picture the brand new brakes are on the left the ones taken off of the vehicle are on the right yes this vehicle needed a $2,000 brake job like I need a hole in my head.
My guess is this poor lady would have brought her vehicle in, handed then the keys, they would have parked it in the back for about 4 hours, gave her a call and said “it's ready to go, come and get it”.  $$$$ !

The owners of this not so fine automotive repair establishment are more than welcome to retort, whether they retort with some form of a good reason (good luck there), or a blatant lie is up to them. I don't expect much especially this day and age, I have practically given up on any form of real customer service or morals when it comes to most businesses.

Citizens of Pueblo and Trinidad you have been warned what you do is up to you and out of my hands.

These guys are great. I went in to replace a tire that I took a chunk out of hitting a curb. Turns out I did two of them and I didn’t think to tell them that I had big O brand tires that are under warranty. Fortunately the nice guy with glasses spotted that and saved me about $300, highly recommend these guys they do great work they’re honest and the wait time is usually not that bad

After purchasing a new set of Legacy mud and snow tires for my 2006 Toyota Avalon last month, I was driving on Pueblo Blvd last week, when my tires began making odd noises… I pulled off the road as soon as possible, and the right rear tire was shredded. I put on the spare and drove directly to Big O on the north side. Liz Stoltz had me back on the road with a new tire within an hour!! I find Big O to be a dependable tire dealer, and plan to use their services as long as I continue to drive automobiles!!🌝👍

Stay away from the Pueblo Big O.  Been a customer for years but never again.  Was promised both orally and in writing a $170 rebate on 4 new tires.  I even have the print out of their  advertised promotion (they have now removed it from their website).  When I have tried to collect, I have been given the run around and transferred from my original sales associate, to another sales associate, and then to the assistant manager (who promised to have the manager call but after two days no call has been forthcoming).  None of them have even offered an explanation as to why I am not being given the entire promised rebate.  I hope they enjoy the $100 they stole from me since it is now my mission to tell everyone I know to stay away from Pueblo Big O.

Great price and awesome customer service. They really go above and beyond to get you back on the road safe. Same day service on a set of tires I had when I bought the vehicle, and again when it came to buying a new set at a fair price. Would recommend for tires and all services.

Needed a balance on four wheels, which I got for good price but my aftermarket wheels were put on vehicle not straight causing my strut to rub all the way home. Had to jack vehicle up and fix myself. Teach younger guys not to just zip them on with an impact. Otherwise nice people and quick enough. Careful with older cars too and not to stress power steering pump (turning wheel a direction ALL THE WAY). I'm having the balanced tires checked by my local shop because it still feels a bit off and I will come back to this review if any problems.

Not impressed with the hour long wait for them to replace one trailer tire. There are a ton of employees here so I suppose I'm confused why it took them over 45 minutes to start on my tire replacement. It could have something to do with the amount of employees just standing around, just a guess though. They couldn't even be bothered to take the sticker off of the tire.
I can tell you I'll be going elsewhere for my future tire needs.
I am glad they had a tire for my trailer in stock. At least there was that.

My daughter brought her Jeep Compass in for an oil change at this Big O location. Shortly after, they informed us that the rear brakes, pads, rotors, and brake fluid needed to be replaced, with an estimated cost exceeding $700.00, in addition to the $93.00 oil change. Skeptical of the sudden extensive repairs, I called to clarify. After being directed to two different staff members, the technician who worked on the car claimed that the brake pads were severely worn and the rotors were close to metal-on-metal contact. However, given the car's mileage, this assessment seemed dubious. Opting not to proceed with the service, we took the vehicle to our regular mechanic, who quoted $300 for the rotors and pads and promised to inspect the brake fluid. Within two hours, they confirmed that the brake components were still in good condition and the fluid did not require immediate attention, providing specific measurements to support their assessment. They also discovered an oil leak near the oil filter, a concerning issue following the recent oil change performed by Big O. Our regular mechanic promptly addressed the leak, attributing it to a damaged gasket, and assured us that it would be swiftly resolved, with the oil level replenished. As a long-time patron of this Big O location for both personal and business vehicles, this experience raised serious questions about their integrity. Given the discrepancies in the assessments and the subsequent findings by our trusted mechanic, it's difficult not to question whether they attempted to exploit the situation, especially considering that my daughter is only 20 years old. While every business has room for improvement, this particular instance leaves me uncertain about their practices.

The service here is awesome. These guys go out of their way to make sure each and every customer is taken care of. They are extremely respectful and honest. I went in for 2 new back tires and the wait was a little longer but it was expected beings that they were pretty swamped. I think I waited about 2 hours for my tires to be replaced, my front left tire to be repaired, and balancing to be done. I didn’t have an appointment that day either so these guys will continue to have me as a customer.

Champa Auto Repair & Collision Center

My experience with Champa Auto Repair & Collision Center has been disappointment after disappointment. I believe the high rating on google to be very misleading for the collision center. Based on my personal experience and what I have heard from my insurance company, I would avoid use for any collision needs.
After a hit-and-run, I needed a bit of work on my vehicle. This was in 2022 and there were delays in parts, yet the customer care during this time was very poor. After the 5 months they had my vehicle, I went to pick it up. While I was there, I witnessed a worker speaking aggressively at another couple who was there to pick up their vehicle but were disappointed in the "completed" work. While observing my car, I noticed black specks of paint on the hood of my silver car. When pointing this out, I was lied to and made to feel belittled. I let this go because I wanted a functioning vehicle.
Upon receiving the car, there were aspects that were not working,  Blind spot detection and eyesight assist. Additionally, the paint was flaking and bubbling up, and there were parts around the tire and rear gate that were falling off.
I was told to take it to the dealership to have them calibrate it and have insurance pay for it. Insurance refused because they had already paid Champa for this work that was not done.
When the dealership looked at it they said it was not that it just needed to be calibrated. Champa took it back for 2 weeks in December 22 where there were some additional fixes to the paint job, and other falling off parts.
Most recently, I took it into the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. While there, I asked about how I can get the blind spot detection working again. They did a diagnostic on the vehicle and found wires poorly connected together with electrical tape. Both the dealership and insurance could not believe that Champa would let this leave the shop in this state.
I've been scared to write this review because of how I've been treated by them, and I knew that this car still needed things to be done from Champa.
At this point, I will be most likely paying out of pocket for the parts and repairs for my car and avoiding Champa.

- I could have acted in a more timely matter, I just found myself overwhelmed

Went to Champa Auto and they had such a friendly staff. I didn’t even feel like I was at a mechanic shop. Mario had kept in touch with me through my whole repair!!! He was willing to send me pictures. This is a great place to get your car worked on……. Mario’s customer service is out of this world and I will be coming back for any repairs I need and will be telling as many people as I can!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!! Cheers!!

I had a great experience with Champa auto. Iliana promised my car would be done by a certain date and they delivered despite delays due to Progressive not being prompt on their end. When they received approval to go ahead with repairs it was done within 3 days! Thanks to Iliana’s amazing communication and dedication to having my car being completed I will be able to make it home to be with my family for the holidays. I highly recommend Champa Auto.

Went in for a dead battery, and they called me up with $1700 worth of work they told me I needed to get done (and they don’t do payment plans). I respectfully told him I couldn’t afford to do all of these things at once and that I would start by just getting the battery replaced ($300). My vehicle didn’t have any other noticeable issues before taking it in, and now: the check engine light is on, my cruise control doesn’t work, and neither does X-mode (I have a Subaru). The team was nice but can you blame me for being weary to come back?

I have used Champa Auto Repair twice now and have had the best service I have ever received from an auto repair shop. Mario and the rest of the team are true professionals that take their work seriously while also ensuring they keep cost down for the customer. I can’t say enough good things about them. Thanks again Champa Auto Repair Team!

Kaizen Collision Center - Northglenn West

Excellent, kind and informative customer service.   Amazing communication. Impeccable work on my vehicle and they went above and beyond through out the entire process.   They worked with the insurance company and their windshield quote came in less than any others (w/o  glass insurance).

Highly recommend to anyone who need their car worked on.

Can I give a 6 or 7 on the 5 star scale?   Kaizen was over, above and beyond my expectations. I've had horrible experiences with body work at 2 other service providers locally, and it was a nightmare of delay and obfuscation.    KAIZEN was none of that.  They kept me informed by text and voice phone every step along the way, and they didn't offer any false promises.  They updated progress on the work and kept their word and schedule.  They were, in fact, ahead of schedule and delivered my vehicle earlier than I expected.  The work was done completely, beautifully and to my satisfaction.  My repair was uncomplicated but the Artisan body men of Kaizen did a masterful job of eliminating all traces of the minor collision.   My truck is restored. Thank you, Kaizen.  I thank the Kaizen office staff, Amy in particular, for being the friendly and caring face of the company.

A truck had left lug nut scratches on the driver's side door of my 2015 Honda Civic (see photo). A friend at work referred me me to Northglenn Auto Body.  The guys at Northglenn were very easy to work with.  The repair was done within the time frame and within the estimate.  I am impressed by the quality of the repair.  It really looks good.  Plus my car was returned washed, vacuumed, and the interior had been wiped clean.  Very appreciative of their professionalism.  I will use Northglenn Auto Body again and would recommend them to all my friends.

I have brought in my vehicle three times for repairs. Northglenn Auto Body gets it done right every time; great costumer service, efficiency, & quality work. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Great place to get your wheels and tires.  John the manager is a great guy to work with. He went out of his way to make a deal that worked for me and my budget! Very gratefull for his help. If your in the market for some new wheels RNR tire should definitely be in your consideration be sure to ask for John.

This place is awesome! John and the whole crew set me up with new tires and an alignment, feels much safer to drive my vehicle and at a great price that works well with my budget! Great customer service, I recommend RNR tires pueblo every chance I get.

Everyone was very helpful.  I was instructed on what tires would be the best fit for my truck.  All finance options were discussed.   When a problem arose with the original tires that were chosen the manager quickly remedied the situation.

I hit a curb, avoiding an accident. These guys set me up with a replacement tire, wheel alignment and TPMS sensor replacement. They were super fast and worked with my tight schedule. They were helpful, friendly and affordable. I highly recommend them

These guys at this shop are amazing!!!!  I have never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere! I was in need of tires so very bad and couldn't afford any, but RNR tire express made it so incredibly easy and affordable. John, Henry, and the guys that put my tires on YOU GUYS ROCK!! and so fast I wasn't even there 30 mins. They made sure I was driving safe again, they definitely went above and beyond for me and omg so fast. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for everything ❤️ ❤️

Called in and asked if they could repair a leak due to a screw in the tire.  The said that possibly could,  to bring it in for them to look at.
I said I could be there in about 45 minutes.
Got there and Robert Goldsmith took down my information.
We gave the tire to service,  and 15 minutes later they returned back to the showroom with the tire. . Repaired!!
When I asked Robert for the cost of the repairs?
He said-0- we don't charge for repairs!

Robert at R-N-R has been FABULOUS!  My husband and I have priced tires all over NWA, and they beat the prices by $40-$100 a tire, for the same quality tires!  Robert also made sure that my husband got his military discount!  This has been such a good experience all around.  They are also in a premier location.  You can pull in and pull out and with traffic in NWA, that can be hard to find such an accessible shop.  Robert and his team are personable and remembered us from our previous visit.  That is customer service at its finest!  Thank you so much for working with us!

Robert helped me out from the buying process, all the way through replacing my front tires after they were worn from a bent axle! He and his team also helped catch a road hazard after I had the axle replaced (elsewhere) and it was tightened properly, definitely saving me money and helping me avoid an accident! Great atmosphere, with honesty and very helpful for a person like me who asks a lot of questions!

George is an absolute delight! Had a very bad tire and I wasn't going to get there before 530 and they close at 6! He was so kind, his reply  without hesitation was simply" come on and ask for George, I'll take care of ya!" I did and he did just that! Matter of fact, he was so nice, instead of buying one tire I got an entire set for a great price! Go see George and the gang including Thomas and Robert! A bunch of awesome fellows with a really nice lady financial gal! Southern style and charm!

Robert at the Rogers location on Walnut was awesome to work with!  I went in for an alignment because we just put some new high priced tires on.  He said the adjustment needed was very small and not to worry about a charge this time.  All that tells me is this is a place I’ll be back to for future services needed.  This is how to grow new customers!

I usually only work with Big O Tires on the south side, but due to a flat I went to the closest one. I was pleasantly surprised they treated me with the same urgency and kindness than the guys on the south side! This shows me I made the right decision to keep my loyalty to a company that is consistently showing wonderful qualities in an auto shop….which we all know is unheard of! 0/10 stars. We had a flat tire and called them to see if they had a specific tire for us. They said they did and could have us out in an hour. Mind you this was at 7am. We get there and one man was trying to tell us that they could not do just one tire they needed to change all 4 which would be almost 1300$. We tried to tell the guy that you absolutely can change just one of them we do not need all 4 just the one, ( we did it a few weeks ago). And the man refused and handed us our keys back. We got the manager and he looked in the owner's manual for the car and told us that they can do just the one. The first guy that told us no must have been pissed for looking like an idiot and proceeded to take 5 hours to the tire change. We didn't leave until 3 in the afternoon after being there since 8am! Extremely unprofessional workers that wanted to jerk us around for extra money then proceed to take extra long because he was in the wrong. I do not recommend and don't let these money hunger workers tell you misinformation. Waste of time and extremely unprofessional service.

Traveling through Columbia MO one of the back tires on my dually went flat. I had planned on replacing the back 4 tires when I got home… too late. My hometown Big O referred me to the Big O on the Business Loop in Columbia.  It was late in the afternoon and they were able to work me in and was able to replace the back 4 dually tires that I wanted.  Highly recommend Big O. Prompt and courteous service. They were able to get me back on the road.  Thank you and thanks to crew for doing a great job.

My daughter hit a curb and caused damage to her tire. Jeff at Big O Tires in Columbia MO took excellent care of her by replacing her tire the same day. Just in time for her to make it home for the holidays. Much appreciated!

Amazing service. I had a flat occur in the middle of a road trip (one of the most frustrating experiences), but Jerome and team at Big O took great care of me, finding my odd sized tires and getting me on my way ASAP. They even check in to make sure I'd made the rest of my journey safely.

The Windshield Doctor

This guy’s the real deal, homie to anyone who’s got a windshield crack. Had an 18” crack driving home, found this place on Google maps, called, and headed over. Quick response, available schedule, and had me in and out in 30 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR CRACKS ON WINDSHIELDS!

Ed is awesome! I had a small crack in my windshield. After I called him, he was outside and ready to help within 30 mins. He works quickly and the results are look great. He’s also a great guy to chat with during the process.

I will 100% be working with him in the future.
