This place is awesome! The customer service provided by Cheryl was amazing. They gave me an unbeatable price to have work done on my Jeep. Also they were able to give me a ride home since I was leaving my Jeep with them. The work done on my Jeep passed my expectations and I couldn’t be more happy.

Mr. "G" owner and Cheryl his assistant. They went far beyond to help me with my auto repair needs. They truly care about the customer! They are honest and reliable. You cannot beat the quality of work and the price. I highly recommend them, for your auto body and repair needs.

This is my go-to body shop whenever I need work done. Most recently, I needed work to fix the hail damage on my car. They did a fantastic job!! Grenado (the owner) and Cheryl at the front desk are very helpful and will help through the insurance process if needed.
I trust them with my Lexus!

Unfortunately, they did a poor job on the front bumper on the silver Honda and did not seal the paint on the vehicle. It started to "pit the paint" with black chips and to flake off within a few months, it was not done well, yes-it was not an easy job. The new ownership is not as great as the last owner(s). Also, they did not replace with the same amount of chrome as before also where the entire grille was chrome and they downgraded without letting me know. Another paint and body shop said they did inferior work.

They did an amazing job on my car 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 love this place definitely going back again!!

These guys are absolutely amazing! While no one else that I called would be willing to help me, Julian and his crew heard me out and decided to do what they could to help out. My project had frame damage and lots of intricate repairs mixed in. They were knowledgeable, passionate, kind and very attentive. Even with the short amount of time I had available for them to work on it, they still managed to accomplish the incredible transformation you see in the pictures. I've still got work to do but I am deeply grateful for all of the amazing help from Julian and his team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

He does quality work and will do whatever he can for YOUR needs all with integrity. Julian is a rare guy who will do what is right and then some, he's an honest and hard worker.

Julian even figured out what I did and did not want repaired before I even fully decided myself! In the end, He pulled the sub frame and got everything back on just the way we talked about so that I and my wife are quite happy with it.

We had a Hyundai Elantra towed to Extreme Autobody after a family member severely banged up the front end. I was convinced the car was totaled. Julian and his staff took a look, priced out the least costly replacement parts and quickly put the car back together. The car is back on the road, drives great and didn’t break the bank. I also rest easy knowing the car is safe. Thanks Julian, Extreme Autobody is an honest, professional shop.

Big O Tires

Dustin did an awesome job of having our car analyzed and thoroughly checked for an oil change. He found it wasn’t needed—such honesty is unusual these days. He was incredibly professional and systematic in checking out the rest of our car. We cannot thank him and his mechanic enough. We will definitely continue to use Big O Tires in the future.

Dustin A and the install team went above and beyond! They were super fast mounting 4 new tires and after service with Dustin A was tremendous. My husband has bought here before and they were great then too. I'd recommend Big O to anyone!!

Went in for a flat repair.  Handed the proper key for my truck. Mechanic jammed my semi truck key in and turned key so much the starter was still engaged. I will never ever go to that Big O Tires again.

Ordered the tires online, set the appointment- easy. They did beat everone else's price to included services of installation. Dropped the car off a couple hours before the appointment time. Car was completed just after the appointment time.

Friendly staff, didn't try to up sell anything. Car was clean, no hand prints, plastic was laid in the back for a tire we wanted to keep. Not sure why they're negative reviews. Maybe came at the right time or wasn't a douche.

We'll be back again!

Great place if you want a cocky manager  (Dustin) that thinks he knows everything and belittles you. Also if you go here once you will continue to come back because they can't seem to get it right the first time, a bunch of hooligans work here so beware.

I just had my first experience at Big O Tires and was really impressed with their service. I have an older vehicle and every time I  take it anywhere the service people always want to give me a long list of things I should get done. The cost of those services are practically what my poor, old car is worth. I also find it depressing and upsetting when I am made to feel like my car is going to just up and die if I don't get every liquid changed, every gasket checked, full alignment and all of that. At Big O Tires I did NOT have this experience. They were friendly and nice, they changed my oil and called me when it was ready. When I picked it up they printed my receipt and gave me a printed list of services provided / recommended  but they didn't sit there and go through it all, pressure me, tell me to open a new credit card or whatever. The shop itself is clean and well organized, and the people very nice and willing to answer questions. I will 100% be going back to this Big O Tires for any maintenance my "the little engine that could" vehicle makes it to the point of needing.

I had a blowout on the highway and took my carcass of a tire and wheel in. They were busy, but fit me in, fixed me up, and got me on the road in a timely manner. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and great work. Thank you for treating your customers with humanity, I'll be back next time.

Excellent pre-service with follow up and willingness to help me trouble shoot my particulars. They got me in fast and did a great job while I shopped the afternoon with my daughter. They really went above and beyond changing and identifying bent rims with used ones I brought in and , and placing my best tire form my old set on one of the removed rims as an emergency spare at no extra cost. The alignment made my car glide like it was new and the pricing is very good! All around will totally use them again!

The best service I’ve ever had! They all treated me with kindness and helped me get more peace of mind with my car. I’ve never enjoyed going into any place to fix my car but this place changed that for me, I’m glad I’ve finally found a tires and service place that I can trust! I highly recommend this place to any and everyone!

They are super helpful about helping their client. Went there with a flat tire, found out i need to change the tire, but unfortunately they didn’t have one in stock, they fixed the old flat for free and recommended to have a new one ASAP

Had the BEST experience at Big O Tires in Monument. My two-year old baby and I were stranded on the side of I-25 North with a flat tire and no spare (thanks, Lexus dealer). The tow truck driver got us over quickly and these guys went right to work. Fixed my tire quickly and got us back in the road so we could enjoy our Fourth of July weekend! Shout out to Michael, the store manager, who not only made sure we were serviced quickly and competently, but also gave my baby a popsicle to enjoy while we waited! So grateful for their work! Would highly recommend!

Zack - our Service Advisor and Jessie our Tech gave us excellent service today!  Jessie was able to repair the rear alignment linkage that our car dealership told us needed to be replaced.  He had the expertise, he took the time and he put in the effort. He saved us a lot of money.  Jessie is great at his job and we so appreciate him.

Went in for an alignment after hitting one of the many potholes on Colorado's roads and my steering wheel was way off. When I went in the guy at the counter was on the phone but made sure I knew he saw me and said he would be right with me. David was able to get me in right away to fix the problem. Josh the tech who worked on my car made sure everything was perfect and test drove to make sure it was safe for me and wouldn't do anymore damage. Very professional team and will continue to come back and recommend everyone to got to them.

I had an incredibly (and in some ways surprisingly) positive experience with Big O Tires of Monument this weekend.  I had simply taken my car in for a tire rotation when it turned out one tire was so far gone that it couldn’t even be rotated. Since the tires only had 12,000 miles on them I was surprised, confused and upset.  But the manager, David Falsetti, looked into years-old paperwork on the car and determined the company was at fault.  I got four new tires installed at no cost.  Impressive company integrity!

Had a flat tire from hitting a curb. Tire wasted. They got me in quickly that Saturday - called me later with another tire option so I would not have to wait till the following week to get a Cooper tire shipped. Zach especially was outstanding and I wanted to recognize him!

Kayla is amazing, she is friendly and very professional. She interact well with customers and is able to explains everything in detail that is easy to understand. She does not hide anything from customers which I appreciate.

The financing options are a amazing and the products are exceptional.

I’ve brought both of my cars in a few times and am absolutely pleased with the service. Everyone is super personable and extremely efficient. Brett and Jake were amazing and helped me with many different issues. Hands down only bringing my car to this locations from now on!!

I had a negative experience about a year ago, problems with the air pressure light coming on repeatedly after they installed new tires. Made followup appt, sat in the lobby over 1 hour, they handed me my keys, got in my car and the light was still on!! I don’t think they even looked at my car! Stormed back into the store, they took my car back and fixed the problem…
The mgr gave me a card for free oil change as an apology, or embarrassed. A few days later on a trip to NM light came back on! Concerned I drove to the nearest Big O, Fountain, CO. Waited  1.5 hrs, hopped in car and drove to NM. Never had the light problem again!
Finally  used the free oil change card last week. They honored it, no questions asked. Short wait. Will report on my experience next week as they evaluate my front end for loud squeak. Hoping for a good experience with reputable mechanics I can trust to fix my Honda Fit, as needed.

Hands down the best Big O in the Springs! I’ve been going to Big O for many years, and I’ve been to many in the Springs. This one makes me feel the most comfortable and well taken care of. My personal favorites to work with are Brett and Gary, as they always quickly find the problem, fix it, and have great customer service. Any of the employees are great and very knowledgeable though. Always a good experience.

I’ve brought in all 3 vehicles that we own to this specific location only & have been coming back for 3 years now. These guys are honest, fast and affordable. I’ve tried a few other locations in Colorado Springs prior to coming to Big O on Fillmore and this is the BEST. I highly them for all your auto needs, they do other services besides tires!

I visited Street Dreams USA for a collision damage. From the moment I dropped my car to the final resolution I felt in good hands. Miguel did take over most of the discussion with the adjuster and the insurance and took fantastic care of us.
He is very thorough in his assessment and assisted to get the best possible resolution. Miguel is knowledgeable and proactive and his shop is well equipped with state of the art equipment. While the photos show primarily classic cars, I can strongly recommend Street Dreamz for collision repair.

I have been working with my local Big O dealership for 5 years. The thing that constantly amazes me, beyond the normal servicing of my vehicles, is that they have taken especially good care of me. From time to time I will come in and they will often givem me assistance with a specific problem and refuse to charge me! I try not to take unfair advantage of their generosity. Each Dealership is individually owned and these People Are Doing It Right!!

I went in early to try and get an alignment and the employee that I got the opportunity to talk to was not a very understanding or polite individual. I understand this store is busy but that doesn’t mean you can treat your customers any less simply because you don’t need my business. They couldn’t tell me a time lapse and refused to assist me. I’ll make sure to go to the big o in superior, which is where I ended up going and they were amazing there. 0/10 don’t recommend this facility at all.

I just had excellent customer service over at big O tire. They were the closest tire place to my house so after putting air in my tire I headed over there they swapped my tire out for the donut because they’re super busy and they have my tire and they’re repairing the nail that is in it. Luckily it is repairable and by the time I’m done getting my errands done I’ll be able to come back by and I’ll put my tire back on. What makes the customer service even better is the way they treated my 7 year old stepson. My son  was absolutely fascinated by what was going on the guy literally let my son help him push the button on the impact drill, and put air in the tires. Then explain to him everything he was doing and why he does it, and how it works. I literally cannot compliment this employee higher. This was phenomenal.

Great service and help from Joseph, Brandon, and Patrick. Thanks for the help in guiding  me to making the right decisions for my car maintenence without pressuring me into replacing stuff too soon or when I can’t currently afford it. Saved me a ton compared to what the dealership was asking, so I plan to let them do other major things like my brakes soon.

Service manager a liar. I bought 4 tires. When I left I lost a cap that wasn't put on properly. They replaced. Bought me 4 new ones. Came in no big deal. The desk manager had nothing to do with me. He had the service manager work with me. I then had a flat tire that was unrepairable. They sold me one at a discount.  No big deal. Now today I send my son to get the same tire repaired for a slow leak. I can see a screw in the tire. My son is told that I am banned from going in the store. I wish someone would have told me. I will not return to that store.  I had a feeling that desk manager just didn't like me.  I think he should be fired. Worst experience ever.

Sun Enterprises, Inc. - Powersports Dealer in Denver

Myself and 2 other guys just bought (3) brand new KTM’s from another dealer because Sun wouldn’t price match. Sun’s loss was my gain. Perhaps you fools (Sun owner and sales manager) should try a littler harder to negotiate with a long time customer.

Had breakin service done on my PCX, and unfortunately the dealer did a much higher mileage service than Honda recommended, which cost significantly more.

We worked it out with the service manager Jake who was very accommodating, got their system corrected, and refunded me the difference for the unnecessary work.

A hassle, but I'm pretty pleased with this fair resolution.

Jason and the crew at Sun were fantastic to work with on our purchase of  Polaris 570 EPS! Not only did they beat the price of the competition (by a bunch) but the service was 2nd to none. The crew in the accessories, finance and parts departments were equally nice and knowledgeable. Our purchase experience was quick and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to shop here again and I look forward to our future relationship with Sun.

I brought my daughter up to buy a Honda XR150L. They didn't have any available as they were sold. They did take a deposit and all of her information to call her when they get 1 in.

Jason Colley was very helpful and gave us a lot of confidence as first time boat owners. We bought a Sea doo Switch sport and I appreciate that he has boating experience and helped us with a ton of knowledge. He knows this boat inside and out has has been super responsive. Will come back for sure!

Bill's Custom Paint & Body

Brought my Honda in for repair after a fender bender. Bill and his team did an excellent job with making my car like new again! They color matched the hood perfectly and even washed the inside and outside of the car before pickup. Very professional all around with great service that was priced right! Thanks Bill!

This body shop does fantastic work. I've had 2 corvettes printed there. I'm very happy. They are always busy.

My husband had to have repairs done on his truck. Every other body shop quoted almost 5K. Bill was able to get it done for significantly less and I've personally never seen better body work. The truck looks brand new and the paint is a perfect match.

Most under rated body shop in town. Great work, reasonably priced and Military friendly. We will definitely be back.

My husband's car was totaled by someone else and none of the name brand shops wanted to touch it. Bill was able to fix everything it needed from the accident and also some very deep scratches that were already there when we baught it for even less than the total estimate from from another shop. We were actually able to pocket some of the insurance payout and the car looks even better than before the accident!  He was amazing for communication. Always answered the phone right away and even stayed late for us to pick up the car when it was finished. We are so happy with the work he did! He's able to do things that the name brand shops wouldn't do like actually repairing pieces instead instead of doing a total replacement. I'm just so happy that I called him and he was able to take care of us. It's really because if him that we were able to keep our car! It's my husband's "toy" car and has a ton of aftermarket pieces.  It's his baby and he really didn't want to let it go.
