Big O Tires

Dustin did an awesome job of having our car analyzed and thoroughly checked for an oil change. He found it wasn’t needed—such honesty is unusual these days. He was incredibly professional and systematic in checking out the rest of our car. We cannot thank him and his mechanic enough. We will definitely continue to use Big O Tires in the future.

Dustin A and the install team went above and beyond! They were super fast mounting 4 new tires and after service with Dustin A was tremendous. My husband has bought here before and they were great then too. I'd recommend Big O to anyone!!

Went in for a flat repair. Handed the proper key for my truck. Mechanic jammed my semi truck key in and turned key so much the starter was still engaged. I will never ever go to that Big O Tires again.

Ordered the tires online, set the appointment- easy. They did beat everone else's price to included services of installation. Dropped the car off a couple hours before the appointment time. Car was completed just after the appointment time. Friendly staff, didn't try to up sell anything. Car was clean, no hand prints, plastic was laid in the back for a tire we wanted to keep. Not sure why they're negative reviews. Maybe came at the right time or wasn't a douche. We'll be back again!

Great place if you want a cocky manager (Dustin) that thinks he knows everything and belittles you. Also if you go here once you will continue to come back because they can't seem to get it right the first time, a bunch of hooligans work here so beware.
