This is my absolute GO-TO when ordering anything related to my dirt bikes.
If for some reason they don't have the part, they can order it and get it shipped quickly. 90%+ of the time, their prices are lower than on-line.
The family that owns the store is great! The staff is always helpful/knowledgeable on everything in the store, and then some! From very important things, like properly sizing my Children's helmets based on brand, size and the shape of their head!
They also know tips and tricks, give advise when necessary, they are fast at replacing tires, tubes, mousse, etc.(sometimes even while I wait a short 15-20 minutes), they are knowledgeable on oils, lubricants, filters, spare parts.
I just bought new boots, and we talked through the difference in brands, models and whether they work better with wide or narrow feet!
The list goes on and on with how great they are, they even love on my dog when he goes with me!
I'm so glad we have a shop like this in a great location.

Super helpful.  Beau took a lot of time to help me get the part I needed and explained everything he could about it.  Front end staff was really nice.  I haven’t tried my part out yet but the staff was great and the store is super cool.  Hope to shop here again soon.  Thanks guys!

I recently started visiting this business because a buddy of mine expressed how great this location was.  When arriving, Evan (Floor Manager) assisted me with my browsing and purchase. He did not disappoint. I'm not someone who likes to shop, and he made this process pain-free. His level of customer service was top-notch. Over the course of two visits, he sold me several items and even installed my Cardo on two different helmets. The parts department is also great as well. Lance assisted me with locating an exhaust for my bike. Lance also ensured I got the best price for my Vance and Hines. I look forward to many more visits to come.

Here's the thing. They have all the shiny stuff but they also have knowledge. Rory helped me fit, try on, tune, and compare every knee braces option they had in stock. He is epic and will seek his advice on future purchases

The Hail Shop

I brought my car to be fixed from a light hail damage. After 30 days they handed me back the car with a new rock chip damage on the hood. How do I know it was them? I took pictures of the car when I first dropped it off at their shop. No rock chip existed when I dropped  it off.

When I confronted them about the rock chip they refused to fix it. They called the police on me for asking them to fix the damage they caused. I will be taking them to court.

Also, it is VERY VERY IMPORTANT to know that all of their positive reviews were published in the last 30 days.

I was going to forgive the fact that the work took the better part of a month and there was zero communication, as long as it was done and I got my car back.
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!!
They barely put the car back together, left all the clips and weather stripping off the hood and left the hood sitting on top of my engine. Which was overheating when I got it home and I'm lucky didn't catch fire. The new hood wasn't painted or clear coated on the under side. The new hood doesn't even fit my car and seal properly, there should not be a gap when fully closed. This shop literally does things as cheaply as possible so they can pocket more of the insurance money. I now have to put my car back together, and take it to a dealership to have the hood looked at.
The salesmen are just that, salesmen who don't care about the work, only about making money.

It was so easy and friendly. I contacted The Hail Shop and worked all the way through questions, directions and dropping the car off.
My contact was Heath Ballard. His great communication skills and knowledge made this so easy. He even helped me get to a rental car location.
Great updates while they had our car. We had good updates on progress. Heath let me know ahead of time when it was going to be finished which helped in the logistics of picking the car up.
Five Stars to the Hail Shop! Car looks amazing. Very happy with the entire process.

I had the best experience with The Hail Shop.  From the first time I spoke with Heath on the phone, to the time I picked up my car, I was a very happy customer!  Everything was scheduled around what would work best for me, they provided a rental car, and even had my car completely cleaned inside and out. BodyWorks By Murray Motor Imports

BodyWorks did an amazing job repairing our relatively new BMW X5 after we were rear ended.  Communication was great and they handled the insurance claim, which wasn't easy (Safeco / Liberty Mutual is a total nightmare to deal with BTW - avoid SafeCo as an insurance company at all costs...).

We actually had another BMW repaired by one of their (certified BMW) competitors a couple of years ago and Bodyworks performed much higher quality work and was way easier to work with than their competitor.   Laly, Jesus, Earl and Nick all did a great job.  I'd highly recommend them.  Thank You!

I drove my car from Texas to Denver to visit family. The second day I was there, I was involved in an accident causing $20k in damages to my brand new BMW 330i. I was devastated that my car would not be the same again. I felt my case was particularly special because I was out of state AND had moved to another state during the repair. I had too many life changing factors at play that I did not have time to focus on the car, or the repair, or  the insurance...Michael and his team completely took that stress away. He always kept me informed throughout the entire repair, set proper expectations and worked diligently with State Farm. The repair took ~3 months due to delays and part availability, not because of the bodyshop. I still felt the repair time wasn't bad based on my situation. I'm completely satisfied with the quality of repair, the time it took, they way I was treated and would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you Michael and Bodyworks team! I am completely in love with my car again.

When my beloved BMW was struck by an inattentive driver in a Ram Power Wagon, I was adamant that it be repaired by an authorized BMW body shop. They are trained to BMW standards and must adhere to BMW's practices and procedures. I chose Bodyworks By Murray Motor Imports. I am extremely happy that I did. I was also very fortunate that my estimator was Laly Quinonez. One of the biggest challenges in the body repair business is dealing with insurance companies. Insurance companies are understandably committed to holding down the cost of repairs to be able to offer competetive rates to their customers. One of the ways they do this is to try to force repair facilities to utilize used parts in their repairs. BMW forbids their authorized dealers from using anything but new genuine BMW parts. Insurance companies also attempt to compel facilities to work at reduced labor rates which interferes with a shop being able to attract and maintain the most professional bodymen, painters and etc. My estimator, Laly Quinonez, was a bulldog in dealing with the insurance company. As a result, my BMW is restored to its original like-new condition. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and especially grateful to the diligence and professional commitment and hard work of Laly. I heartily endorse this facility. I would never use another.

Prices are outrageous, double the amount of what I've been quoted from other certified Tesla repair shops. Customer service poor too since the man I spoke with who's name I believe was Michael was rude, unfriendly and lacked respect. He didn't care to answer any of my questions and would just shut me down by telling me he would take care of it... I'm sure if I was male, it would have been a different story

Five star service from the technicians, front desk, and from Mike, my repair consultant. They use Mercedes OEM parts and guarantee their work. I wouldn't take my vehicle to any other company for body work

Big O Tires

First, I've used this Big O Tires store many times over the years and have usually had good service. But last week I had a nail in my tire. It was repairable and I took it in early - 8 am.  Dan was friendly and got things started quickly as there was no other customers.  I last had the tires rotated there about a year earlier with no issues but today the key for the locking lug nuts was missing. I've never seen the key as I bought this truck is used but they had no issues rotating the tires but for some reason they could not locate the key this time. Eventually I said that I would pay to get new locking lug nuts put on so that they could destructively remove the existing ones. This took a long time as they didn't have the tool to do that in a big enough size. I was in no rush and understood that there were a lot of things that made this tire repair take over 3 hours. Because it took so long, Dan the shop manager, waived the cost of the new locking lug nuts and sent me on my way. What wasn't relayed to me was the damage done to 2 of the 4 wheels caused while removing the old locking lug nuts.  I know things can happen but either accidentally or on purpose, I was not told of the damage. That is a big oversight at best... or a critical integrity issue at worse. And this integrity issue is what will cause me to likely not go back to that particular store in the future.

Update: Prior to receiving the response from the owner, I called the shop to speak to the manger. He was on another call so they took my phone number and told me Dan would return my call. It's been 2 days later and still no call. While the owner's reply suggested I call or come into the store, that doesn't work if they won't take or return the call

Drew was awesome! Got me what I needed fast and even qualified for SNAP payments nice! Even the second time now, Dan was awesome and helped me for free with my wheel well covers. Finally, they gave me a free check of my slow leak tire and a free re-alignment just in case it was drifting funny. Nice folks, amen! 🤠🥰👻☯️✝️🙏❤️

I got a nail in my tire early in the morning. Went over to get it checked out. Kyle and his team were able to fix it and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes! Thank you so much! Great customer service.

This was my first time scheduling & purchasing replacement tires and I’m so glad I picked Big O for the job! Kyle G. helped me out at the front desk - he was so kind and friendly and assured me the guys in the back knew what they were doing. He wasn’t pushy with the additional recommendations for my vehicle either - I appreciated that.
I dropped my car at 7am & it was ready by ~8:15am. I was impressed with the speed of service and also the customer service. Will come back for tires in the future!

Dan and his team were absolutely amazing to work with!! I somehow had collected 5 screws between two tires and not many other tire service companies were open on Sunday but Big O Tires was. I called in the morning and said to come right over and got me taken care of in a very expedited manor. Thank you for your superior service, I’ll be back again!

After doing lots of research on the tires I wanted, I was able to book an appointment online after hours (super easy) and it was confirmed the next day. The guys here are very professional and friendly, and even got my car done sooner than expected. I will definitely be coming back here. I highly recommend checking them out and getting your tires here!

For over 20 years I’ve always had  a great experience at my favor Big O Tire location at Austin Bluffs and Barnes. A special Thanks today to Julian Vargas who scheduled an appointment for the next day. Next day Early morning, when I arrived Julian started my day with a welcoming smile and was  courtesy and very efficient to see each item was taken care of. He worked with the guys who service and  who handled the oil & filter change & more. They were very efficient and knowledgeable to replace an item and the real bonus was they returned “my baby “ (my vehicle) clean just as I had given it to them after they completed the work! We have used this particular shop for all of our tire needs for about 25 years. The team is excellent and always friendly. We won't go anywhere else unless we are forced to. Today I had the pleasure of working with Tony who walked me through the process of purchasing new tires (a job my husband usually takes care of). He was patient and very informative. My only regret is, now that I have new tires, I won't be stopping by on an almost daily basis for air!

Classic Collision

my car was stolen and recovered in late July and my insurance found classic collision to take it in for repairs. I was initially told that they would be communicating directly with my claim handler but throughout the time they had my car I was left with no information and had to initiate many things on my own by calling them. annoying but that's fine. finally, after having my car for two and a half months, they tell me my car is ready to come pick up. I drive the car out to get gas a couple blocks down and the steering wheel is positioned literally 45 degrees to the right of center. I immediately take it back to let them know what's going on. the guy at the front desk asks, are you sure? like of course I'm sure I'm not an idiot. so they say, oh no problem we can take care of it really quickly. annoying, but again fine. they say okay it's straight now. so I go to drive home and the steering wheel is now off center to the left and so loose my car is alerting me that I'm swerving and my tires are screeching any time I go to turn. it felt so dangerous and now I'm pissed because I've got to go back a second time. I take it back and say it's still crooked. they go, okay if you've got another hour we can take it to an alignment shop down the street. it's ridiculous that they had my car for nearly three months and didn't think it would be important to check the alignment before they released it to me. thank God they're not doing theft repairs anymore because it's clear they're fine with passing off their shoddy work as alright and forcing the customer to advocate for themselves. disappointing, would never take my car here if I had the choice.

This place gets a lot of respect on my behalf as I had a very troublesome experience with Insurance.

Ryan McCormick and Iva were super helpful during the process of getting my car repaired. While their software had some issues of not notifying me updates, they were more than happy to get on the phone. The repairs, beyond impeccable. No orange peel, glossy, and very well done. I will absolutely recommend this to anyone that needs body repairs.

Drake was AWESOME! My car was stolen and I had no idea where to begin to remedy the situation. Drake helped me through it and was transparent, in touch and consultative. He helped me get in contact with a tow company and another auto-care location for services not provided by BJ’s to make sure every step of the process was seamless and smooth.  Would recommend Drake and BJ’s to anyone in a similar situation.

I used this company as a car repair place twice when it was BJs auto. I got great service at that time. Drake, the son of the former owners is always nice and friendly and when it was BJs, he was extremely responsive. In July, I took my car back in because some of the repair job was failing. At that time, Drake told me it would be 10 business days until the part came in and to contact him to get something scheduled. It is now September 27 and after many phone calls (at least 5), I have not received a response from Drake. I just called again and asked if I could speak to someone else (his supervisor) and the front desk person told me that she would not go above Drake's head (well, if Drake doesn't respond to anything, how am I supposed to get my car fixed). So, here I am again waiting for Drake to respond and the front desk person hung up on me because I was getting irritated knowing that I have been calling since August about this and I will be back to square one since she wouldn't let me talk to anyone else.

I was visiting CO for 2 months, on May 10th my car and my daughters car was damaged by hail. I have never in my life seen such big hail and had no idea what to do next. The plan was to  wait to deal with my car when I got back to NY and my daughter would have to live with the dents. While I was at Walmart a few days later I came out to a "advertisement" card from the Hail Shop, my immediate response was it's probably a scam.

I emailed Eric and he responded quickly, we setup an appointment for him to come to my daughters house to look at the cars and discuss my options. I consider myself a good judge of character and my assessment of Eric was spot on!

The whole process wasn't seamless, the insurance companies approval caused the process to be delayed a bit but Eric reassured me through the whole process that him & his team would have a quick turn around once they got the approval to do both cars. He was right, both cars came out beautifully, He took care of the insurance company and keep me updated with every step, He did exactly what he told me he would do at our initial meeting.

I highly recommend The Hail Shop, Eric and his team are very professional, reliable, honest and were a pleasure to work with and I will be sharing my experience with them to everyone I can.

Heath was extremely professional and very transparent throughout the whole process of our PDR repair. The Hail Shop worked with our insurance provider and we didn't have to get involved in the approval at all. They kept their word on the perks offered as well. Heath kept us updated through text every step of the way. Our vehicle looks better than it did before the hail damage! I'm grateful for a smooth process and can't wait to drive our pretty car this summer!

I needed to be able to drive my car over the weekend and he assessed my situation and sent me on my way.  So courteous and efficient.  I live in Thornton, but try to get any work done on my car down at the Castle Pines Big O - which is close to my daughter - I trust them and know that they don't try to take advantage of me.

With our sons recommendation, we have had our 3 vehicles serviced at Big O Tires, Castle Pines, for almost 2 years and are very satisfied with the consistently good service of Justin at the front desk. He listens to all the details of the existing problems, and addresses them with options for solutions when possible. We drive older Lexus, Toyota, and Nissan vehicles and want to keep them in good working condition. Justin is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and will check with a mechanic if there is any question over what is needed.

I’ve been a 10 plus year customer of the Castle Pines BIG O TIRES ..  Today, as always, I was greeted warmly and with a solution to my vehicles problem (today a flat tire)! Isaiah was super helpful and repaired my tire (razor blade piece) and had me back on the road within a reasonable amount of time (less than an hour). I brought my vehicle in to have some body work done after a minor traffic accident. The staff was courteous and went through all the details with me. Unfortunately, most parts are in short supply right now so they let me know right way it would be a month and gave me an estimated completion date. They called me every week to let me know how it was going, and eventually had it ready a day earlier than estimated. Not only did my vehicle look brand new, the inside and outside had been detailed. The level of clean on the inside was the most impressive part because I have a large dog who rides in the car and sheds a lot. They also have one of the cleanest garages I have ever seen. That detail alone is rare. If I need more work done on any of my vehicles, I will be taking it to them!

Very good communication. Repair work met all expectations. Coordinated seamlessly with our auto insurer. Equally important in our area was that they were not booked out for several months which meant turn around time was very good.

No matter what, the team of people at the front of this store make having vehicle work tolerable. Michael, Shaun and Matt have been accurate with all the work performed. No, they haven’t always been the cheapest price point. Yes, THEY HAVE ALWAYS STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK.

Our family was on vacation with a full load in our car.  One of my tires got a screw in the tread. Relying on the spare at highway speed was not an option.

We called about 8 Tire Shops in Colorado Springs, Denver, and Castle Rock, but it was a July Saturday and everyone was booked.

I was in a "tough spot" away from home and on the road with my family.

We eventually reached this Castle Rock Big O shop. I explained my situation, and the manager said "Come on over...we'll get you in."

There were 10 men working in the shop that Saturday morning. I could tell the camaraderie was high and the morale within their team was quite healthy.

I bought 10 breakfast burritos from the nearby Taco Bell as an expression of thanks and brought them over immediately.  About an hour and 10 minutes later they handed me the keys.

We resumed our vacation with almost no delay thanks to these professionals.

Castle Rock Big O Tires FOR THE WIN!

I have lots of experience with different Big O franchises, but this one is hands down the best! Nail in my tire. No problem. Patched and back on the road in 30 minutes with no appt. Great, fast service!

Woke up to a flat tire this morning. Pulled it off and put the spare on and made my way to Big O. These guys were absolutely awesome. Helped me get checked in with a great attitude, got my truck on a jack, fixed the tire, put the spare back on, and got me back on the road in under 30 minutes. Great job, I will definitely be coming back here when I need tires or anything else. Thank you!

Friendly people. Helpful, honest, open to price matching, and quick. They did great work, and did a free check on something other shops were saying needed to be looked at. They didn’t try to take advantage of the opportunity and it ended up being a free check. I’d absolutely go back for the next check and tire change.
