The barista took off the whipped cream from my caramel macchiato without asking me. Just because I had a refillable container of the ones they sell, and that has a very flat lid. I was staying in to drink my coffee.

I go so often they know my name. Always good coffee and service.

What can say if you ever had coffee at a Starbucks, it speaks for it self.

When are you going fully automated and firing these idiots that work fast food?

I'm exhausted with buying any fast food and no one hired had enough common sense to make an order correctly.

Missing big double cheeseburger and a big Mac with extra sauce ordered, but instead no sauce given.

Have had good experiences here in the past, they are one of the rare ones that have Biscuits and Gravy, so that is a plus for me. This last visit they did not put my cheeseburger in the bag. Other than that tho it wasn’t a bad experience.

Most ridiculously terrible operation ever. No one, including the manager knew how to use the app. I was having issues with my mobile order, I had no idea way, we order from the app more often than not. After messing with it for some time I decided to go through the drive thru because no one was in line. Completely insane to me not one person knew how to use the app. Anyways, probably wasting my time typing this all out because no one is ever going to change. 😅 bye, we are heading elsewhere.

Just a very expensive location compared to the average McDonald's. It don't do substitutions of any kind for vegetarians and they charge you if literal for even the smallest thing. The customer service is lackluster at best with very snotty and rude employees. There's a sense of entitlement  because they're obviously so successful but, they don't get much of my money and I live close by. Instead, i drive to Burger King in Tarpon Springs which has as much better quality of food, vegetarian choices, superb customer service and overall value for my greenbacks. I'd rather have it my way at BK and not some commercially robotic  snotty nosed franchisee's interpretation of pricing and delivery of the final inferior product line. As far as I'm concerned they can take a walk off a short pier and I'll be just fine without the stress of being nickel and dimed to death. If I want a damn extra sauce for my nuggets, give it to me. Who are you to dictate what kind of inside should have? That would be okay if you didn't already charged prices that require a person to get a second mortgage just to eat there. No, some of us are not stupid and we take our money up the street and tell all of our friends and family to avoid eating at your overpriced, money powerhouse restaurant! Good luck to you people, I hope you make a 199% net profit on every menu item by continually raising your prices. The ignorance of the general public and their need to feed their obesity with your overpriced food and rude, bellicose and pugnacious employees are enough to steer my car to BK instead . Truth!!!!

Very unique experience…yes, at McDonalds! It was 5:22am and everything seemed closed on US hwy 19 N until we came upon this beautifully lit and well decorated McDonalds in Palm Harbor. Any establishment willing to put that time and effort into holiday decorations certainly cares about the quality of their business…and it showed!!! Very clean inside and out; fast and very friendly service…even at 5 in the morning… wow! Excellent!

The food was actually delicious! 5 for the food, 1 for the service. I walked up to the counter after seeing a gentleman order. Then got told that they caught them at the register and if I could go order at a kiosk. It was awful the kiosk is at least a minute or two slower because sim not proficient at ordering food on it. We were in a hurry so it was a little inconvenient.

I couldn't believe the experience I had at McDonald's today. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disinterested in taking my order. When I finally received my food, it was cold and looked nothing like the pictures. The fries were soggy and the burger was dry. It's disappointing that a well-known fast-food chain like McDonald's can't maintain its quality and customer service. I hope they can improve these issues soon, or I'll have to reconsider where I choose to grab a quick meal.

Fast food isn't cheap. Not even a hamburger on dollar menu anymore. Wanted over $3 for a thing of fries

Asked for a grimace shake.
Cashier rudely says "we don't have that no more" Ask for two chocolate shakes, rudely says to pull up to the window and won't stop repeating the question "anything else?" In a sassy tone. I get to the window,  pay, then go and grab my two shakes. Not only are these two shakes smaller than the small size, they didn't even fill it up. They gave me about half in each had a funny taste too it too. Never going here again, New castle one is much better.

Super nice McDonald's. We originally planned to go to the other one in this area but ended up here. But they were wonderful! We ordered table service ahead since we were in a hurry with two little ones. The staff were so friendly and kind. Super sweet and kept making my two kids smile. I'd stop here again! Thanks so much.

I just ordered a sandwich with extra cheese. Charged 89 cents for an extra piece and didn’t get it. I’m tired of these fast food workers not paying attention. How hard is it to read a screen? And fast food workers want $15 an hour that they don’t deserve if they can’t perform a simple task. It’s literally embarrassing. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Not to mention this isn’t even real cheese so why am I paying almost a dollar for “cheese”

I have been to many McDonald’s, worked at a couple when I was a teen. The one in prices corner is the best I have seen, they are fast, cordial, friendly, they get the order right with a smile. What else do you want? I will agree with some of the reviews, in that when it’s busy, at lunch time when I go, they park you in a spot, may not tell you what spot, yeah your waiting on your food, does the person know where you are. I had an issue, with that and they realized their mistake and gave me a free meal coupon, I mean again, what else do you want, just saying.

This McDonald's is so poorly run its hilarious. Because my order is always messed up I have never actually paid for anything, so I keep coming back every now and then. I'm so confident my order will get messed up I don't even show up with a wallet anymore.

This place is a joke. The girl running the drive thru this morning was very rude. I was having a hard time hearing her and asked her to repeat the question. We that really upset her. I was ordering breakfast for 4 people ($35). After she continues to be nasty I just left. The way she was acting over the drive thur I was not taking any chances with her messing with my food.

Prices are way too much.   I think you would get more customers if you put foods back on the dollar menu.  It financially helped me when I could get a meal for $3.  Everything is so expensive.   Please lower your prices.  You make a lot of money so you can afford to lower prices.

The last time I went to this McDonald's I bought a Big Mac meal and the Big Mac was barely warm and so were the fries.  I am happy to say that I haven't gone back to this McD's or any other since Easter Sunday 2016.  Yes, 7 years ago.

This was the worlds best McDonald’s and best fast food place I’ve ever been to my life. We ordered six vanilla ice cream cones and they were so delicious that we will be back as soon as possible. thank you for the wonderful service!!!

I usually have no issues with this location until today…. I ordered a large number 7 (two cheeseburger meal) with NO ONIONS (I’m allergic) and extra pickles. There was onions on both burgers and next to no pickles. And I got a medium fry….. I paid for extra pickles and I paid for a large meal. I’m highly annoyed and don’t have time to go back as I’m on my lunch break….. and I can’t eat anything but the fries. Thanks McDonald’s for paying attention…y’all are lucky I didn’t eat the burgers without checking first and had a reaction. Pay attention when someone says they are allergic!!!!

I am there about once a month, food is always good, fresh!
But, the best part of this McDonald’s is Diamond!  Through short staffing, rude customers, etc-  Diamond is ALWAYS sweet and kind!

Very clean newly renovated food was hot very nice customer service very friendly to my granddaughter

The quality of the food was actually amazing. My order was made correctly and food was fresh and hot. The only con I can state is the "pay Me and pull to the reserve" mentality. I understand speed of service but damn. I don't think there ever been a time that I was able to get more than my drinks at the window.

Had a great time with the grandkids. After ordering, the kids ran straight to the playroom and someone brought our food to us. Everything was clean and bright. The kids loved their happy meals. You can't beat a classic!

Took 15 minutes for an inside order of 2 sundaes, an ice cream cone and 3 pumpkin pies. It was after 9pm so it was nearly empty inside and wasn't busy in the drive thru. Then they forgot the soda,so had to wait a few MORE minutes for that and after leaving I realized I was shorted a pie!!

This place is the literal definition of the phrase "a difference of day and night." During the day, this place is run very well and managed just fine. But at night it all goes down hill and clearly the employees do not care.

If I can give no reviews I would. The lady windy that works overnight is very rude. I came to McDonald’s 3:33am the lady windy shut the window in my face and constantly getting smart. She’s an older lady, employees overnight need to get better honestly.

Place mobile order and the GM who was on the drive thru was extremly rude told me what i had to do like i was one of the homeless people standing outside there doors i will not go here again. I got in car noticed my food was burnt she told me to pull up because she didnt want to here me

It seems like the staffs major focus is on drive thru customers and counter guests get ignored and/ or have to wait much longer. The last time I was at this location it took over 15 minutes to get my order and it was only a 10 piece nugget meal combo. 4 other customers arrived after me and got their food before I did.

My sandwich was just thrown together wasn't wrapped all the way and my fries were cold and hard only thing good was the service with a very pleasant sarcastic smile. Wish I knew I could provide pictures.

The worst experience tonight. I got my food pretty fast and easy. But when I tasted my food I was so disappointed. I started by doing what everyone does, you pull off and immediately put about 4 or 5 fries in your mouth. Welp I did that and the fries were so hard; I had to spit them out. I thought that maybe I just got a few bad fries.... nope, the whole box a fries were hard and inedible. I attached a video, listen to how hard these fries are.... Also the chicken sandwich was so gummy that I couldn't bite through it. I attached a photo of my sandwich, you can still see my teeth marks in it. It wouldn't break apart. I threw the whole meal away. Such a waste.... I ended up stopping at Wawa for food.

Not a bad place to get food, especially something healthy and good tasting, but for the portion size and what you get the prices are a little high and reminds me that I can make most of these things at home.

Ordered a Turkey sandwich. They put ham instead. Wasn't going back on base to deal with this. The person I got the food for is allergic to pork so thanks for nothing.

Great options and some are pretty healthy for a place in the food court.

Prices were a little high for what you get to be honest.
