Fake Starbucks, coffee was awful! The coffee cups may fool you but this place is not an authorized Starbucks location.

Worst and most expensive coffee ever! $12 dollars for a nasty macchiato! Disgusting!

It's a Starbucks in  Loreto, Baja Sur. What else can I say. You either love it or hate it.

The starbucks is in the hotel, the hotel is really nice and open to the public

SERVICE was a zero to the young man at window that snatched the money out of my hand let me tell you something I have children older then you my humility would not allow myself to address you !! The fries was horrible taste like cardboard straws , ok no worries but him snatching the money out of my hand with nonchalant body language is not acceptable !!!!!!! I will be calling the store in the morning ...... maybe he was showing off for the girl in the back who knows and I really don't care !! I threw the fries away only because I didn't trust to eat from the hands of disrespect !!! I

I wanted to buy a bottle of Dasani water that was on their menu in the drive through.
The woman on the speaker had enormous difficulty understanding the order. Did not confirm the order or price.
It was a simple order. I don't know if the staff  there speaks English?

Stopped here 4 days ago just for ice cream the machine was Broken.  Here again tonight and again the machine is broken.  The lobby seating area hasn’t been cleaned lately judging by the garbage on tables and the floor.   I’m stuck while my truck is in the shop here and there is not a lot of other food options within walking distance of the hotel

I'm from out of state, I drive over the road and me and my co-driver went to the TA down the road for food, restraunts closed, pilots restraunt is closed because it's midnight. We seen this mcdonalds has truck parking so we came here. The only thing open is the drive thru and the app won't let me do a curbside pickup. I knocked on the drive thru window and explained were in a semi and can't go thru drive thru, and asked if it was possible for the man to take our order for us some how. That night shift guy was awesome, was more than happy to accept our order for us.
Food was on point and fresh. Whoever that drive thru window dude is, if you see this, you're a hero buddy

For the second time we have tried to get a post-game meal a little after 9 PM. Even though the sign on the door says the dining room is open until 11 PM, they have refused us service inside. I think the workers just don't want to do their job.

I get tired of spending my money on things and people being rude and not giving me what I payed for! I went threw the Drive threw bought a frappe because the ice cream machine has been down for days as well as milkshakes .. I payed for extra caramel and get handed a regular frappe mine you it tasted like crushed ice water no flavor at all for a Item to be almost $6 and to pay $0.27 for extra caramel and not get it is aggravating what’s even more aggravating is when I said something to the lady at the window she tells me very rude and loud that is extra caramel smh I got charged almost $0.30 for a couple small lines of caramel on a large frappe it’s sad enough that this particular McDonald’s all their items cost more then any of the other local McDonald’s but to constantly not give the correct items and be rude about it

Very upset with this Mcdonald’s in the Southgate Shopping Center , husband brought me home nuggets to eat & when I pulled them out of the bag and opened the box a little roach was crawling inside . Immediately lost my appetite, we tried to call the location & no answer . Super disappointed !

Ordered a quarter pounder meal with small coke and fries.  They gave me the total and I noticed it was $1 higher than should be.  Ask her (It was the manager training someone).  She said the combo meal comes with medium so since I said small she entered each item separately.  Seriously?  I ask why she didn't tell me it was less to get the meal with larger drink and fries and she replied she "never looks at their menu w/prices hanging on Wall behind her).....  Nice way to train your staff huh....good grief

Unbelievable at how unprofessional and just disorganized this food franchise has become. $50 to get a family of 4 dinner for the evening. To drive home and ultimately find out that several items are Missing from the bag called the store. Get told they can remake it replace it. That's fine drive 20 minutes back down there to just literally get handed to the items that seem like. They were probably sitting on the counter from when I called. The food that was actually in the bag was absolutely disgusting. Smashed just everything piled into one paper bag for what was for family meals.

Really with prices being at $50 for us to eat. We could have gone on to eat...

Southgate is slow unprofessional disorganized and just like every other McDonald's extremely overpriced for c*** food.

I would go to any other McDonalds over this one. Food is horrible. The burger patties are burnt and dry. Seems like I get the patties that fell under the grill every time I’ve been. Been extremely displeased and will never bring my money there again. I’m sure others have had the same experience unless I’m just “lucky”.

Teaspoon Boba Cafe

Excellent 👍 customer service! From the moment I stepped in the young man was so friendly and welcoming 😀. Definitely recommend this place, their 🍵☕ teas 🧋are so tasty!

Fast - clean - fulfilling

They have great varieties of drinks but they lack on snacks ( There’s always room for improvement) 🤹🏻

also always offer drink carrier for 3 drinks and up for take out missing slushees but can definitely ask for specialty drinks. 🎭

I decided to host a birthday with an open Boba bar and hands down best decision ever! Boba just gets to everyone's happy spot and I wanted to share this with everyone on my bday. I was extremely excited for this and thankfully found Teaspoon. I've compared all of the drink vendors, so I'm letting you guys know this is who you want to book for boba or refreshing drink/dessert! Price is fair and if you want to have Boba at your birthday they can have their stellar staff come out for full service or they can drop it off and it can be a self-serve, either way it's so satisfying and they will not disappoint! The Sarahs & Beatrice at Teaspoon delivered 110% on taste, service, and unique experience.

Teaspoon recently just opened but I can already tell that this won't be the last time i'm visiting!!!

We got there around 10am. I ordered the dirty ube and it was yummy and my husband got the Golden Brew and thought it was good too! He's not normally a chocolate guy but he really did enjoy the drink!

Staff was all friendly and all smiles and that's always a plus.

The interior of the space is nice and airy. Modern but elegant. I love their chairs. They offer board games to use so this has potential to be a date place or even hanging out with friends!

I would love to try their matcha stuff when we come back!

First time here. My 12 yr old did not like the one he ordered, and the lady working, Abby, was super kind and remade him a different one. The ladies working were super sweet, I will definitely come back here again.

I was literally the only person there… I ordered a fish filet meal. I waited easily over 10 minutes and decided to look to see what was going on and noticed the woman in the back was prepping her own food to take home with her when she got off. Watched her make it perfectly and then put it in a Tupperware Togo container. After she was finished which was an additional 5 minutes later she turned around to the other female employee and ask “what did he order?” That’s when they finally began to make my food. As I was waiting, 3 other people came up and left bc they weren’t even being greeted. I couldn’t believe how disrespectful it was. I’ll never in my life but anything from there again.

It’s 7pm on Sep 26,2023 I Decided thto order here after shopping and not eating all day. I was the only person in line and I waited 10 mins to order just some nuggets. The whole time I was waiting e manager that was packing the orders did not greet me or anything. A simple “hi I’ll be with you in one minute” would have helped the situation. How are you going to schedule an interview then send someone to say I'm not doing anymore interviews I'm done. Like you didn't even have the common courtesy to call and cancel it but you just wasted someone's time .manager is very unprofessional. With that attitude who would want to work for you anyway.

Had one person working and my single order of a large fry took nearly 15 minutes!! And they were pretty much dry. The worker looked super tired- I mean I dont blame her! Poor soul.

Very very slow service with bad employee attitude on the side. I ordered at kiosk and took a number to be served at table. Employee in picture was very rude and set my food on counter for me to pick up myself. He also snapped at another customer asking for order. Told her there is a long line but if she insists!!!

Usually I get bad interactions on the regular visits with my family, but not today. Debby was an all-star! Whilst cleaning she was extremely friendly and approachable, warning us of any slip hazards and wet tables. Her bubbly personality definitely lightened up the whole lobby of guests and my daughter loved her! Thank you so much Debby, we'll be stopping by in the lobby from now on.

Service good.  Bread on my hamburger  was hard on bottom. They remade  and still not like fresh bread.. Will probably not ho back  to this Mc D. But in all fairness I gave eaten there before  with no problems.

I ordered online a frappe. When i arrived i was told there was a sign (i cant see a sign on my phone during mobile order)  and was kinda rude about it, that they had no drinks otner than tea. My points were already taken 6000 for a large frappe. Didnt get a frappe or anything i dont line tea. Didnt get my points back either. Not happy at all.

Me and my wife stopped in for dinner ordered at kiosk then payed cash at counter. Receipt had time of 5:38 pm. My wife went up to counter at 5:54 and asked where our order was. Young lady at counter said we have to do drive in first then dine in. My wife came back sat down and we waited patiently. The young lady came over to us and asked for our receipt, we gave it to her and she took it to the manager Corey. He took the receipt and I watched him slam our order on a tray and the young lady was about to bring it to us when he yelled at her get the fries. When she brought our food to us my wife asked for our receipt back she went to her manager Corey and he had thrown away the receipt so she returned to tell us he threw it away. So we asked her to tell her manager we wanted to talk to him. I heard her tell him where we were but he never came to talk to us. This is bad management not communicating with customers.

I tried to use the app which was the glitching, the manager assisted me and gave me the deal I was seeking.   The food actually looked good.  I usually order nuggets because the burgers had been looking sad, however the burger I got today looked tasty and was actually very good.  The restaurant was very clean and drinks area well stocked.

Fries were over-salted, burger looked barely put together and the patty is almost see through. Service was extremely lack luster and the lady in drive through was so out of it, she told us they were waiting on a fresh fish filet for the order, walked away, then came back with a cup of ice water we didn't order and wished us a good night. The entire establishment and experience was ridiculously sad.

Stay away from this place. Me and my family have had multiple issues with this location. We recently ordered from door dash and received drinks…No food at all.  Our experience isn’t just with DoorDash orders but drive thru as well. We’ve waited for more than 15 minutes and received cold food & missing items . The food is never fresh and their attitudes are less than casual. I write this review with drinks on my desk and  an order with no food. I understand this is fast food and nothing is perfect but as customers we are tired. We expect to feed our kids and family and are disappointed every time. Fries maybe cold cool! Pickles maybe added when I said none I can deal with that! But missing items?? This is crazy. Save yourself gas and money and go to another location. It’s not worth the disappointment.

Worst service I’ve received in awhile. Drive through attendant was rude and snappy!  Then was told to go and wait in spot 2 for my food and after 20 minutes went inside to see what the problem was and got more attitude so I ended up asking for my money back. All for a QP and fries. Fully recommending going to a different location.

Ordered fries with no salt. Got salted fries. Cant exchange them for nonsalted fries. Cant get my money back. I have high blood pressure problems. I cant have salt like that. Its unacceptable that a place like this allows this to take place.

Every time I order a McCrispy from here, it's all breading. And the hamburger sandwiches are never stacked evenly; order a burger without pickles and receive double pickles; the person on the friar doesn't know what a salt shaker is. Yes the staff would probably remake the sandwiches if I bothered to drive back but this happens every time I come here. I should go to a different McDs or do my body a favour and divorce fast food entirely.

Aloha Poke

This is another restaurant we frequent. Their ingredients are fresh and healthy. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. Their bowls are so good and the hand made drinks are awesome. Unique atmosphere if you dine in. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for healthy low fat options.

My fiance and I were here last weekend. We really enjoyed the poke bowls and it was my first trying bubble tea. I am a huge fan! The matcha coconut with tapioca balls is amazing! We will be going back for sure.

Decent vegetarian options. Bubble tea tasted good. Nicely decorated ambiance. Clean restroom. Nice experience overall. Would definitely go back here again. Not very far from freeway.

Amazing, fresh ingredients. Great selection of things to put into your poke bowl. Place is immaculately clean, right down to the men's room. Staff is always pleasant and welcoming. 5 stars across the board

The wife and I just got in the car and drove with no destination. Found this place on maps while driving and decided to try something different. Glad we stopped. A little sweet, a little sour and a little heat really goes well with what's on the menu. Very clean dining area and friendly staff.

Bowba Cha Bubble Tea & Smoothie House

I am a big boba fan. And I always order brown sugar boba tea.
I give this 4 star on quality. Not bad at all, it’s great. Light flavors.
Lid is not sealed, so be careful drink and drive.

Adorable shop, the guy who made our drinks was kind, and patient, had so many broad options like I've never seen, and cheaper than most. Great experience

A perfect pitstop for a bubble tea/smoothie spot when driving from NYC to DC. Tea for me and smoothies for the kids. It's totally worth the 10 min detour from the highway with a strip of great food options, too. We've been to many bubble tea spots and my kids rate this as their #1 go to place for bubble tea/smoothies.

Cute little place. They don't just have Boba. They have regular teas, smoothies, and a small number of pastries as well.

We were attracted to the photos while passing by. Decided to try and was amazed by the variety and beautiful presentation of the drinks. I enjoyed the pink guava tea, a different experience with the round pieces of, I think tapioca balls bursting in your mouth, Lol!

If there’s a choice of zero star, I would have chosen that. I have been to this place a couple of times. Sometimes the service was slow, but I was overall okay with it. It’s fast food, so I wasn’t expecting much. However, what happened today was unacceptable. I drove through the right drive-though lane to order food. The lady staff told me to wait. Okay, I waited for a while, but no one said anything or took my order. Another car came to the left lane and immediately some staff asked to take that person’s order. I asked “anyone there?” multiple times but no one answered. What kind of service was that?! I ended up deciding not to order anything and drive past the pickup window. The staff saw me and immediately turned her head away. Really good example of what it looks like when you hire someone who doesn’t want to do her job 👎.

I haven’t visited a McDonald’s in quite some type but on a road trip we stopped at this particular location for breakfast. From the drive-thru attendant, to the cashier, to the worker who handed us the food, everyone was noticeably friendly and welcoming. On top of that, the Sausage McMuffin with Egg and Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddle were both especially good. We had to drive forward to wait for the Caramel Moccchito do be finished but it came out great.

Fries are always cold when I come here. I work nearby and I've been to this Miki ds about 4 times now. Each time I'm disappointed. I ordered a big Mac was actually good today. But the fries taste cold and reheated. I won't be returning. Too many bad experiences. You don't expect much from McDonald's but still. People are spending their hard earned money and want fast but good food. Not cold. Do better

Don't go there on the AM hours, and expect a speedy service. You WILL  be late for work, so allow some major delay to get your order & get to work on time. Scheduling in this location for morning rush is poor at best!
