I think 10 minutes at a drive-through for one sandwich with only one vehicle in front of me was way too long. They weren’t busy. I don’t know what the holdup was, but I literally timed it.
Sandwich had none of the onions and a tiny bit of sauce- normally my favorite breakfast sandwich- not this time 😳😠

I was given This Tuesday night 8/1, I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal. I got home and started to eat and Inside my Burger is completely raw! So I then called McDonald’s in crystal river and spoke to Manager who then apologized and put my “name” in the book to have my meal replaced. Went up there 8/2 and they refused to replace my meal, said they could give me a free meal… like umm excuse me I PAID for that meal and didn’t even get to eat it! With that being said trying to find corporates number( not easy to find anymore) Shame on you for stealing money from your customers and a Hard working single mom 🤦‍♀️ lost my business that’s for sure!

Don't usually go out of my way to leave bad reviews especially for a fast food place. But just about every time I come here my order is messed up, patties not on the bun at all, missing ingredients, missing condiments forgetting drinks, putting a single pickle on when I order extra but this is ridiculous. The first time I got the mccrispy here they put the smallest amount of sauce on it, so I requested extra.  Well this is deffinetly extra. Most of the sauce and lettuce were in the box when we got it. And the slimy half peices of tomato were a nice touch. Couldn't even hold it together with my hands.

Terrible I tell you. I am a loyal mc Donald’s customer. But every time I come to this mc Donald’s my food is not cooked all the way, not done how I asked, and last but not least they have terrible customer service.

It's A great place of your in a hurry or don't have much time. Also when your not looking to spend a lot for a quick meal. If your careful you can still find a healthy meal at a decent price quickly served to go at the drive-thru. Myself I try to not make a habit of eating fastfood on a regular basis but if it does happen more then i like to eat i just go for a quick salad and maybe a small fry it's cheap and not terrible for your health.

Poke Bowl

I had the spicy rainbow bowl, and it was incredible. What a delicious medley of flavors! Sweet egg, mango, kimchi. It may not sound like they all go together well, but they do, and it was excellent. The sushi was delicious, too. I highly recommend the spicy rainbow bowl!

I've had many varieties of poke including from Hawaii and I was so pleasantly surprised at how absolutely delicious the food was here. First time here and I will absolutely be a repeat customer. We tried the spicy tuna burrito and the spicy dragon bowl and they were so very good. The ingredients were very fresh and the store was clean. The staff was very friendly!

Very good food, great service and the employees are very friendly and respectful. If you need something healthy and tasty but want it fast you gotta come here and try it!

Everything here seems to be made to order, and the ingredients feel very fresh. The tempura is especially good. I'd never had poke before but I liked it a lot,  lots of rice, with tons of toppings. My first bowl I made myself using ingredients I knew I liked,  and the next time I ordered one of their signature bowls, and was pleased both times. The signature bowl had some unusual (for me) ingredients but I was surprised how well the flavors blended together.

I'd say depending on the sauce you get, you may want to spring for extra on the side. Some of the side dishes I've had are good too, though I suspect they're not made in store. The spring rolls in particular taste EXACTLY like Panda Express. They also have bubble teas and those are very nice and refreshing.

It is a small building,  but there is room to sit in and eat if you want,  I have yet to do so myself,  and haven't seen anyone eat inside,  they mainly do takeout orders. While it's in a shopping center with several other stores, I haven't had issues parking nearby.

A bowl also winds up being very filling. I've had it a few times and haven't always finished it in one sitting. So it feels like good value.

Everywhere was nice and clean. And the tea was nicely made. The only issue is my daughter asked not to have tapioca added and the server started they couldn’t do that. However, when she was preparing the tea, however, that was the first item she added to the cup. I was in the car and would have gone in but my daughter didn’t want to make a fuss despite the fact she doesn’t like tapioca

TLDR small McDonald's connected to the Mobile Gas station. Includes a drive thru and dining room. Service was good but food was not hot.

First, this location is not next to the freeway but down the road. You may have to make a U turn to get there. Be sure to go to the McDonald's side of the building, although there is a pass thru between the stores.

The food was thrown together in the box (quarter pounder with cheese) and lukewarm. It was served quickly.

Used the app and curbside pick up.

For a roadside, McDonald's, this was very clean and tidy, and service was fast. The bathroom was spotless, and for being at a gas station on the side of the freeway, that is saying something! The food was as good as expected.

I stopped off today to get a late lunch. This McDonald’s is inside a mobile gas station/convenience store. The mobile station has every type of drink you can think of.
I ordered a double cheeseburger,A small french fry and a Coke. The burger was fresh and hot and tasted pretty good. The cost was $5.98

t's my 2nd time here. Great road trip pit stop. There's nothing special about it but the dinning room is clean. The staff could be a bit nicer though! The credit card terminal was out of order during both of my visits. Coincidence or not?!

It's connected to a convenience store which is perfect to grab a few bags of chips, snacks & drinks before getting back on the road

I had a McGriddle which was the most expensive sandwich out of them all. I was not impressed because it was basically a slab of sausage sandwich between 2 blankets of syrup drenched pancakes marked with an M

I tried the deluxe breakfast. It came with pancakes, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs & hash browns. Eating my pancakes & sausage with syrup tasted just like the McGriddle.

You can't go wrong with their hot coffee. It's pretty legit & gets you past that morning coffee cravings.

Worst McDonald's I have ever visited we  Stopped by at around 8:30 PM Right away noticed how empty the place was not good if you see an empty McDonald's anyways we should have seen the red flag when the manager and the cashier Had an attitude not only that But manager was upset when we asked her to repeat the order we asked for a filet o fish with extra tartar sauce the filet fish was raw and did not have tartar sauce at all my husband's double quarter pounder was raw my granddaughters We're supposed to get double fries with their happy meals since they did not want the Apple slices and did not get them either there was 6 of us eating spent about $80 or more on our order we had to request ketchup and they were so tight with the ketchup they only gave us 6 packets who in the world eats just one packet of ketchup anyways as I stood up to complain all the manager had to say it was  Sorry but didn't even attempt to fix our order or give us a reimbursement for the extra stuff that we paid for very disappointed would not recommend this  McDonald's to anyone I would not recommend the manager in the staff to work at McDonald's if they do not enjoy their job which they obviously don't since they're not doing it right!! Attitude like theirs gives McDonald's a very bad  Reputation

The service here was great. The young man that rung up my order was polite and kind in the service he provided.  When I was grabbing a straw, there was another young man cleaning up the area and he was also polite and attentive. Overall good service at this location.  And of course my ice coffee was made just to my liking.

I do delivery pickups and this McDonald’s should get 5 stars in ignoring people in their lobby. On average, I wait about 10 minutes for someone to just acknowledge me. With so many people up front, it’s amazing how good they all are at avoiding eye contact.

Not sure about atmosphere but not fair to give it anything less than a 5 without actual review. Always go to drive through.  I don't know if i just hit it at the right time but it is always fast. Food is average for McDs.

The employees are nice enough just super busy.  They are so focused on getting the orders out I 45 seconds they don't take the time to make sure the order is right.  I actually went inside today and no one came to take my order for 10 minutes.  I ended up placing my order on the kiosk.  Not sure why they think customers expect their food in less than a minute.

app order went thru drive thru told them my app order number they said no don't have it , I explained you already charged me so you have to have it nope nothing sorry put someone else on speaker said no we don't have an order sorry. So pulled around went inside and the order was on the counter. Manager was there told him my experience in drive thru he said well it is for pick up not drive thru. I told him really so noby can see the orders in the system to know it's an app order and just tell me you have to pick up inside . He simply handed cups for drinks and walked away. I guess now you want your clients to smile for you provide their own customer service hell why not just have me cook my order to I would hate to inconvenience your work with ........ WORK! Get it together because simply said I'm not "lovin it"

Soooo glad & impressed to see Starbucks in Zacatecas while visiting family. Loved my coffee ☕️!!! Staff was friendly. Service was fast. But the drive thru is way tooooo small - too tight on the turn if you’re driving in a Dodge Ram. We almost got stuck in the drive thru. Had to drive on the curb and the turn scratched our paint. Bummer.
But so worth it for me to drink my strong delicious 😋 coffee!!

Great people working there. Many speak English. Helps us Americans who are too lazy to improve our Spanish. I love them.

It's a Starbucks. Not much more than that. I'd have to say that the staff was actually coffee knowledgeable and the particular day they had a couple of blends that were quite delectable. Would I go back. Sure.

Starbucks Galerías Zacatecas

I'm from San Diego Ca. And I went the zacatecas Starbucks. I'm surprised the team working in there very nice and understand what I want.

Worst starbucks I've been to. The service is super slow and they don't even know how to serve an espresso!!!! You kidding??!!

This is a great McDonald’s because the Sausage Egg McMuffin and Egg McMuffin’s are normal size.  Where I live in Saratoga, CA, they have shrunk these breakfast sandwiches tremendously!  I’m happy to see this McDonalds has exceeded my expectations!  One thing to note; the bathroom should be cleaner and the lady doing the cash register had extremely long fingernails that inhibited her giving change, etc.  Her fingernails definitely held up the line.  Other than that, I was very happy here.  The eating spaces were very clean and they make a delicious iced coffee with whipped cream.

This particular location is the poster child of how deplorable the McDonald's chain is getting. I don't know how this location can operate with all the sanitary violations it had. Up in front man in the station was the typical pothead teenager which somehow managed to forget he was working there and was more preoccupied on making his hat the perfect angle. during my 25-minute wait for some chicken nuggets and two sodas and some fries plenty of drive-thru customers were angrily complaining about missed orders or waiting for an extensive amount of time and no one took their food. The sad part is it was not that busy but they somehow managed to mess up almost every single order.

Ordered a Fillet of Fish sandwich. It is dry from sitting in the warmer for too long. The bun is toasted, not steamed the way it is supposed to be.

One of the exit doors is locked making for a safety hazard. This is at 2PM on a Friday.

For a quick bite to eat on I-5, this is good place to eat, use the restroom, chill for a while, and stretch your legs!

The employees are very friendly, got our large order correct and in good time. Bathrooms were clean. High chairs available.

Easy access to the freeway, both off and on. Good signage!

For drive-thru: Check your receipt & bag.  They added extra charges and they didn't even complete the order. They don't give out the necessary utensils like a fork and syrup for pancake combo...

The food was tasted great and the caramel frap was surprisingly good.

Starbucks Zacatecas Centro de Gobierno

Updated: when this location opened there was a lot of problems but now they have improved to my liking. Good job

Two times I’ve gone to this Starbucks and they said they are not serving coffee! At 6pm why have the lobby open ?

The Place is always clean and the staff helpful.
Great beverages.

The space is really nice and has a great outdoor area. Service was great.

Very well attended Starbucks, service was very good compared to some American Starbucks.

Nice place, just very little parking. It's in a bad spot for all the customers that they receive

Ideal for a nice talk or to work alone, better if you are with someone (she, who makes you smile without noticing).

Teaspoon El Dorado Hills

Bathroom needs attention to be fix and maintain.

They don’t have lots of selection for meals like popcorn chicken - mozzarella sticks- garlic fries. Etc.

Drinks are prepared uniquely depending on how you like it. It’s easier to do it customized using their menu app or kiosks.

Great spot for refreshing drinks. We ordered guava sunset and couldn't try the boba as they ran out. Lychee jelly was good pairing with it.

Finally, the long awaited Teaspoon is open! My daughter and I love the Matcha Royale and Silky Mango.  We understand it's just a 'soft opening' but the drinks, atmosphere and customer service were impressive so far.  By the time of your Grand Opening, this place will be even more enjoyable to visit.  Keep it up!

We really liked both of our drinks. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back and try something new.

Incredibly slow service. There were two small groups in front of me (2 and 3), that had ordered before I arrived and no idea how long they’d been waiting. The larger of the two asked for a refund, so presumably a while. I eventually got my order 20m a later. Two people working behind the counter and neither has to take orders since you do that in the touchscreen at the door. I can’t fathom what made it take 20m to produce a total of 6 teas.

I got the standard black milk tea with boba as a baseline, and it was fine. There’s better milk tea in the area and you won’t wait more than 5 or 6 minutes even when they are busy.
