Bathroom needs attention to be fix and maintain. They don’t have lots of selection for meals like popcorn chicken - mozzarella sticks- garlic fries. Etc. Drinks are prepared uniquely depending on how you like it. It’s easier to do it customized using their menu app or kiosks. “There’s always room for improvement”

Great spot for refreshing drinks. We ordered guava sunset and couldn't try the boba as they ran out. Lychee jelly was good pairing with it.

Finally, the long awaited Teaspoon is open! My daughter and I love the Matcha Royale and Silky Mango. We understand it's just a 'soft opening' but the drinks, atmosphere and customer service were impressive so far. By the time of your Grand Opening, this place will be even more enjoyable to visit. Keep it up!

We really liked both of our drinks. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back and try something new.

Incredibly slow service. There were two small groups in front of me (2 and 3), that had ordered before I arrived and no idea how long they’d been waiting. The larger of the two asked for a refund, so presumably a while. I eventually got my order 20m a later. Two people working behind the counter and neither has to take orders since you do that in the touchscreen at the door. I can’t fathom what made it take 20m to produce a total of 6 teas. I got the standard black milk tea with boba as a baseline, and it was fine. There’s better milk tea in the area and you won’t wait more than 5 or 6 minutes even when they are busy.
