They literally ignore me at the front door. I just wanted Iced coffee and no one ever talked to me or have the touch to said something.

Jerry and Haroula are friendly ,and knowledgeable . I purchased a smaller Conti Espresso machine it's the hot spot in the kitchen when friends and family come over.  The Conti looks great and the aroma in the mornings WOW. Even if you  don't have a  Conti they sell great coffee.

If you are looking for fresh, quality, and great tasting coffee, this is the place for you!  The customer service is always top notch and the owners strive to give you the freshest coffee possible.  I have also had the pleasure of sampling new coffee products when I pick up my coffee.  Highly recommend trying them out, you won’t be disappointed! 👍🏻

Paris Baguette in Brea has a wide variety of artisanal sandwiches, salads, chia seed pudding, pastries, cakes, coffees and more! I like that they are not overly sweet. Good customer service. Lovely outdoor patio area.

Their cake slices are so cute in their box! Looks so beautiful!

The Strawberry Soft Cream Cake slice tasted as good as it looked! Not too sweet. The tiny chocolate sign had a great snap and very chocolatey. The strawberries were firm. The cake was light and spongy. I like frosting that’s not too sweet. It was delicious!

This is a super super cute spot! Cake prices are fairly reasonable. We ordered the soft strawberry 🍓 shortcake 🍰  for my mama's birthday. The cake prices included a happy birthday sign and candles. The staff are very friendly... one of the girls gave my 1 year old  sticker 😍🎊 I told my husband to bring me back for a coffee ☕️ and cake date!

By far the best pastry of all other PB locations!! The only downside is that the seating is kinda limited, it's more to go place..Staff very nice and helpful..

In short, it’s a decent bakery, especially being part of a chain brand.
In more detail, I wish they made the sandwiches per order but even though they were pre-made the baguette was light and easy to bite into and when heated made the ham and cheese sandwich really good.
Croissant is not as crunchy as I like but it is very decent. Huge selection of pastries and cakes. Cappuccino was pretty good.
Service on the other hand felt a bit lacking. There was little communication and we had to ask for everything after being ignored in the store when we first came in.
All in all, great pit stop at lunch.

I bought a soft cream bread last night and used it for breakfast the next morning. I discovered mold on one piece. I returned it to the store and they exchanged it for a new one, but they failed to offer an apology. It would have been better if they had apologized first. Their customer service skills seem lacking. I hope they provide a better service in the future because Paris Baguette is my go-to bakery.

Starbucks Península

This place is very relaxing with plenty of seating. love the massive windows that give you a view of the pond and green areas! Take your time and enjoy the java!

Oat milk vanilla latte is absolutely disgusting.  Horrible.  Feo feo.

This is a very cool Starbucks. Spacious, fast internet, clean and great views.

The first few times and so far I have loved the place and every day they put more effort into customer service.
I ordered a Christmas dish that is made with very delicious pqn chabata and hams and a touch of wine accompanied by a delicious latte.
I love this place, I will surely return.
And the variety of additional products is incredible.

Starbucks Río Tijuana DT

It's one of my favorite Starbucks,  the service is fast, food with good quality and always has  all the merchandise.

Definitely a place not run to Starbucks standards.  Baristas have a negative attitude. The quality and taste of drinks are questionable.  The restrooms are not clean and have very low quality products as well. Very dark and low conditions parking lot that doesn't feel safe. Not a starbucks worth visiting twice.

Terrible service. As a food and service reviewer I give this place a 1 star. Didn't ask for first comer's rewards.

I had a turkey sandwich and it was pretty good. The food in the glass display case looked appetizing, but it was full of flies which was disgusting to see.  The flies in the case and in the restaurant in general made me question if this restaurant cares about sanitization at all. Also, the flies in the place made it almost impossible to eat in there, so we opted to eat in our car instead.

The grapefruit was bitter. The staff was helpful friendly, though.

Hopefully Starbucks takes better care of this location because it is affecting their brand. Terribly!

So dirty ... Looks so good from the outside, the exterior area seems like something died there, thousands of flies...needs urgent attention from management. If cleaning is done and care for customer is accomplished we can expect a very good place for a coffee...until then...

Just fine. Food is ok.
The dessert was not ok, they only had two options, both extra sweet, i didn't like that 😕

First of all I used to go there ofther, yesterday we got there at around 6:30pm there where to waitress I'm guessing at the dore one was holding it when I ask if they were closed she said not but we are closing at 7 :15 I said okay I said to my family let's eat then she said but it will take about half and hour for the food to come out we are backed up whit out releasing the door, what kind of service is that, I did say then I guess you just don't want to serve not the best experience ever so we left so many other options around whit much better attitude.

Overall, great selection of pastries that are not overly sweet or buttery. Their twisted sugar donut, for example, is extremely chewy and while covered with sugar, is not overwhelmingly sweet. Their cakes are also a must try. Their rainbow cake is not only aesthetically pleasing but is also very aromatic with the sophisticated orange flavor. The cream also tops it off perfectly, being light and fluffy.

Lovely place. We have visited Paris Baguette in other locations and this one is as good as it gets.

We had ordered a Chocolate cake for new year. It looked good and fresh. Only thing was that the cake was slightly bland in nature as compared to the rich taste from other locations. Otherwise you have to give it for their awesomely decorated and near perfect customer service. Overall I am happy to say that this is one of the best places to visit and eat.

Lovely place. I like it a lot. They serve fresh coffee and tea and have different type of pastries which is yummy. Good place to work.
The almond croissant has no almond cream inside but still good. The macaroons were really good. I liked cheesecake a-lot.
I really recommend this place. Everything is good.

Local bakery here in Irvine.  Love their rainbow cake and Lavender Matcha Frappe.  The cake is so pretty!  Moist batter and not too sweet.  The drink has a light scent of lavender, highly recommended.

OMG this bakery is to die for. A lot bigger than the one in Zion You can sit down enjoy your coffee and pastry socialize or work on your tablet.  Great coffee and pastries, awesome melt in your mouth birthday cakes, breads 😋 located near  Ralph's grocery store, plenty of  parking

Starbucks Boulevard Centenario

It's a Starbucks, take it however you want. It's the only franchise establishment in the city.

People is nice, the place is clean and depends on the time you may found the inside somehow crowded.

Not disappointed, it's McDonalds. I set my bar low when I come to this place as it is my last resort, but when you're in a time crunch, this place will get you by. Again remember, SET THE BAR LOW, because if you have any expectations of coming into the presence of excellence, you'll be disappointed. My order ended up like this and half the order was wrong and when I consolidated the fries back into their place, their wasnt even a full carton. But hey it's McDonalds. 🤷‍♂️

They get orders wrong about a quarter of the time. But they don't question any problems. They just instantly make it right, and that's what matters. That's why I gave 5 stars. The staff is very helpful.

I'm not one to expect much when it comes to fast food, and have admittedly had extremely mixed experiences in the past, but we really liked the food here.

It didn't take long to order the food, and the staff brought it out fairly quickly. The staff was also very friendly.

While it's pretty expensive for three people to eat here, we had a pretty solid experience!

Drive thru experience - The first window was empty, no one there. So i assumed that i will pay at second window and take the ordered items.

High school kid takes my card and disappears, “without” telling me that he has to go another location to charge it. Comes back after few minutes gives the food and i ask where is the card.. he says inside the bag. Least bothered kid with attitude

Spoke to manager and asked her to educate the kid on how to communicate and told her to teach him not to show attitude. Date : 11/24/23, time served around 2pm est

Everything was over salted.  It was not quite to the point of being inedible but it was not pleasant.

No one was at the counter so I put in the order at the kiosk and ran my own credit card. I suppose I gave myself excellent service but McDonald's provided none.

The only human interaction was the person who brought the food to the table but did not say a word.  The atmosphere was conspicuous by its absence.

Decent prices, great service and relaxing place to enjoy coffee,.some food and.snacks.

Good place to kill time around with excelent coffee and snacks. Also the have special drinks for some seasons like halloween

This place is small sized. It has chairs outside to enjoy the sunny weather. Inside there's only one bathroom.
They sell Starbucks merchandise like mugs, coffee, thermos and vases.
Like any Starbucks it offers seasonal beverages, desserts, lattes, frappes, teas, and smoothies. Sometimes the teas are very hot and take some time to cool down.
It has a nice atmosphere to use laptops or spend quality time, but the place has very few spaces to sit. If it's crowded then there's no place to sit.
Sometimes there's a wait line depending on the day and hour, and for the same reason it takes some time for your order to be ready.
But overall they have good service.

Worst Starbucks I ever encountered. Slow, unfriendly service, passive aggressive, and the coffee wasn't more than lukewarm. Surprising for Mexico, where people are usually polite and helpful. Certainly faulty management. Shame.

Great service! Food and pastries are way more delicious that I the US. Love the chocolate muffin. Also, good location.
