Starbucks Río Tijuana DT

It's one of my favorite Starbucks, the service is fast, food with good quality and always has all the merchandise.

Definitely a place not run to Starbucks standards. Baristas have a negative attitude. The quality and taste of drinks are questionable. The restrooms are not clean and have very low quality products as well. Very dark and low conditions parking lot that doesn't feel safe. Not a starbucks worth visiting twice.

Terrible service. As a food and service reviewer I give this place a 1 star. Didn't ask for first comer's rewards.

I had a turkey sandwich and it was pretty good. The food in the glass display case looked appetizing, but it was full of flies which was disgusting to see. The flies in the case and in the restaurant in general made me question if this restaurant cares about sanitization at all. Also, the flies in the place made it almost impossible to eat in there, so we opted to eat in our car instead. The grapefruit was bitter. The staff was helpful friendly, though. Hopefully Starbucks takes better care of this location because it is affecting their brand. Terribly!

So dirty ... Looks so good from the outside, the exterior area seems like something died there, thousands of flies...needs urgent attention from management. If cleaning is done and care for customer is accomplished we can expect a very good place for a coffee...until then...
