Parfait Paris

I got a small raspberry macaron gelato and it was delicious. The small was just enough for myself. The atmosphere is SO fun here. A great place to hangout and lots of food options beforehand if you want to eat before. The staff member I interacted with was super sweet and efficient. The other treats looked extremely tasty as well!

Attention to detail, unmatched in SoCal.

We tried several flavors of incredible macarons and the French pudding. All incredible flavor and textures.

The lady that appeared to be the owner was milking about perfecting every little detail, making the offerings look spectacular.

The environment is a laid back, but high end fancy eatery. Very tastefully and professionally designed, full of artistic touches and strong California themes.

We tried a few pastries here. It looked amazing, but the taste was not doing any justice for the looks. The wow factor was not really there for how it looked . It just tasted fine but not exotic. The price was definitely high for the experience. Have had better pastries at many other places. Might try them again for their macarons  and bakery stuff.

You have to spend at least $27 or order 12 macarons to get a box. Otherwise they put them in a cheap paper bag. I think they could definitely benefit from offering a box for people ordering 6 macarons and could be good for advertising…anyway, the lady working the register was rude. Macarons were decent, sweet and light but also crunchy.

The desserts here are delicious, but the service I experienced was quite bad.
I asked for utensils after we received our order and the lady that served our desserts barely blinked when I asked. I looked around for utensils but didn't see any, so I asked her again but she just shrugged her shoulders and told me that if I didn't see any it was because there weren't any and that there was nothing she could do, then she laughed. This was my first time ordering from this place, so I had no idea where they kept their utensils. Nonetheless, the way she replied was not polite at all. She ran to tell her coworker what had just happened, laughing and shrugging her shoulders while shaking her head. I left, staggered at her attitude.
We're not coming back to this place.

Paris Baguette

Located within the Korean mart, excellent range of classic French pastries but also (I am guessing) Korean pastries. I was a little surprised to see it was not a Danish pastry, but had like sweetened mashed beans in the bread, but was actually still nice. Coffee was surprisingly good, especially considering it was less than 2 bucks! Seating is comfy, although mirrors on the ceiling are a bit seedy. Loses a star because of my own ignorance….if you want freshest warm, “soft like putty” croissants, chocolate pastry twists etc. you need to get there by around 10 am, not early afternoon like me

Do yourself a favor and try it out; Very very well done self serve bakery. It really gets you to want to take one of everything (which I did), mochi doughnut was fairly priced and everything was very nice. Some of the more expensive items were good and sugary which I love. I did not get a sandwich or coffee when I went not like I need another excuse to make the trip back up.
Tip: Also don’t forget to put some parchment paper provided on the tray you use to put your goodies on.

Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of fresh deserts, donuts and breads. Taste is good, not too sweet. Good prices, highly recommend. Inside Zion Market.

I have only 2 highly recommendations….
#1: Change the OPENING HOURS to 0800 vs 0900 so us working peeps can enjoy the freshness AND make purchases to share with our co-workers! WORD OF MOUTH GETS THE BUSINESS! :)🤑🤑

#2: PLEASE have an employee keep an eye on the cases that are LEFT OPEN BY SOME LAZY PATRONS. A DEAD OR BUZZING FLY IN THE CASE IS DISGUSTING. 🤮

Delicious self serve bakery in the market. The drinks are always great and baked goods are some of my favorite around. This is my "treat yourself" spot. I try something new every time I go.

Poke Cafe - West Ashley

all I have to say is we miss Emoji Poke in West Ash. The portions are disappointing, they DROWNED both mine and my husbands poke bowl in sauce and they put CHUNKS of baby carrots in our meal when it’s supposed to be shredded carrots. HT is right across the road.

10/10 would recommend. The service was excellent and they were really friendly. The food was delicious and the playlist was great. I’ll be back!

Poke cafe is great. It just open two days ago. It’s cute inside and the food is great. I’m coming back for sure the couple that were running it were nice and friendly.

Food was absolutely delicious and fresh. I created my own bowl with tuna and salmon and also got a shrimp and crab bowl. Portions were generous and they have a large selection on their menu. This is going to be my new favorite spot! Definitely try it out.

Eat here almost everyday for lunch. The signature rainbow poke bowl is the best poke bowl i’ve had in the area. The fish is always fresh and the masago is a nice touch. The ramen is great too.

Starbucks Alameda Otay

A couple of days ago I went with some friends and the service and customer service they provide is quite good, I like it. Although, despite the nice style of the place and the nice atmosphere, I just felt that the place was a bit stuffy, but it wasn't that annoying. I also liked the spaces where one could sit and enjoy the coffee. The Affogato coffee they gave me was very good; bitter and sweet, just as she had imagined and wanted. The presentation was also very good, I'm not complaining about anything. I will come back here later to buy another one if I have an opportunity.

Terrible every time. They don’t give you what you ordered they do whatever they want. Ordered a regular croissant and a iced coffee. Received a hot coffee and croissant and was told to f myself

Great and calm place to chill, work and reunite with family or friends. Highly recommended and also pretty good service.

I recently went and asked for a natural Matcha, I like the service they gave me as well as the speed and kindness their employees had when giving me my order.

Everything you can expect from Starbucks!!! But, the waiting time was a bit slow. It has a very good environment, everything was calm which is perfect for drinking a coffee with a friend, reuniting with a long time partner or studying for an important test!

I will be coming here many times from now on, can’t believe I didn’t know this place, it’s the closest thing to a Paris boulangerie, they have so many delicious selection it’s overwhelming in good way, prices are fair and reasonably and staff it’s extremely fast and efficient. Their coffee was also delicious and the have a many options for healthy and fresh lunch and snacks. Plenty of seating outside and garage parking with validation in the building. I highly recommend this place. It will not disappoint.

Very good pastries and cookies. Fine coffee. We like their (birthday) cakes too, especially if you like Swiss Roll cake they have several options. Several quick food choices and sandwiches. Nice outdoor place to sit.

We ordered caramel latte and cappuccino and they both taste great! The pastries look very delicious. Definitely recommend the egg tart!

Food was amazing! Mocha cake slice was also soooo yummy, especially the icing! If you’re Filipino and you miss Goldilocks Mocha Cake, this is the cake to bring you closer to home. The Blueberry Creme Cheese pastry is also amazing, 10/10!

Starbucks

So I went there last Thursday for its 25th anniversary and I had great experience there!

They offered small frapuccinos, less than the half of its original price!

Regardless how full it was, the employee managed to deliver all the orders and also to keep the place very clean!

I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks, but I must tell you, this one in specific has a great costumer service.

Also, their coffee was great as expected.

Do I like it? Yes.
Would I recommend it? Yes.
Would I come back? Yes.

I came 4 months ago and the staff was on point but today November 26, 2023 horrible service. They didnt charge the correct beverages I ordered plus they didn't make it correctly.

Great customer service all the time. Drinks are always good and made the right way.

Starbucks macro plaza Tijuana

I went with my family and just because my aunt wasn’t dressed to the nines, Osvaldo the cashier/barrista, rudely and intentionally ignored her while she was ordering. She repeated herself 3 times and he didn’t even acknowledge her presence until I started talking with my English accent. We were the only ones who were treated like that by him and my aunt and cousin were the only ones who weren’t dressed like they were going to an interview. Furthermore, even the drinks weren’t the same as how it is in other establishments.

Just another starbucks, nothing special. It doesn’t mean it’s not good though. Inside space is small

Starbucks is a little too pricey, was a little too extreme in regards tge measures they have recently adoptedwith the covid-19 issue. I get and understand that they are looking for our own best interest but, guess what? Not even a federal building do they ask for ID, proof of vaccination, photo ID and your name added to a name log they got going. I mean,,, 'REALLY?,,'

It had some exclusive drinks which was amazing, I was waiting hours at the airport having a Starbucks at this location was wonderful. The woman working at the time I went was a bit rude. Everything else was great, I got a blueberry muffin which was extremely dry for my taste.

Worst Starbucks experience of my life. I asked for decaf tea options and they only had one. So instead I asked for a regular hot chocolate, but was informed they only had white hot chocolate. Then I asked for food but they said they could only give me cold food because they were cleaning the oven (mind you they didn’t close for another 3 hours). Then I went to pay with my Starbucks app and the guy at the register informed me that the system was down. So I tried to pay with credit card and then he finally said they were only accepting cash.

At no point did they warn me before I ordered that it was cash only. Luckily I had a few dollars in my pocket but this felt like the last straw in the worst Starbucks.

Great customer service!! The service was very fast!! The place was very clean and the drinks were great!!! Definitely a great experience!! I also got my drink within 2 minutes from ordering it! Which I thought was awesome!! Definitely recommend it! They’re doing a great job!

We love Paris Baguette and all their pastries. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

The store is small, but the breads are displayed in a showcase, giving it a clean impression.  However, there are few types of cakes.  It's a good place to buy bread for everyday rather than special occasions.

This place is the number one Paris baguette in Irvine, located inside Zion market, staffs are very nice and caring unlike the other ones, we always order our cakes from this location. Thank you

I prefer Tous le Jour bakery. But it’s fine.

Dolcezza Gelato & Coffee

The weather outside was frightful, but the coffee was sooo delightful. ☕️
Yeah, I know, this is a Gelato shop, and the gelato looked tempting, BUT it was freezing outside! So, we were attracted to this shop by their espresso machine. The barista was VERY good. They made our three drinks quickly and expertly. Each one tasted wonderful. 😋
The atmosphere isn't much to write home about as there is not a lot of seating or space to hang out, but in nice weather, I would assume you get your gelato and coffee to go.
Will be going back in better weather to try the gelato (and get more coffee! 😁)!

Hands down, Dolecezza has the best coffee in Mosaic. The gelato is always fresh, and there are new favors to try often. It can get busy here, and they don't accept cash. What really makes this place shine are the stellar employees. Faith & Alexi are my favorites! They are quick and serve with a smile. Eat local!
