McDonald's

I come here every morning for coffee because it’s close to my house, I always do a mobile order. I love some of the people who work here as they are very respectful and kind.. Unfortunately there has been a few times where the manager ‘Norma’ has done my order and is very rude to me whenever I come. I have let it go numerous times but today I’ve had enough. My husband went inside to pick up our order and she told my husband to go in the drive thru because she doesn’t want to attend him in the lobby because she’s busy. She said it in a very nasty way and my husband didn’t deserve to be treated like that.. I never leave reviews but her attitude needs to be fixed.

Gotta shout this on rooftops. I've worked quick serve ( never McDonald's,yet) you Google jack in the box I left. I get five stars with my team...or did. Phenomenal  job all around by the team here. Cordial at the counter , food timely. Most importantly....I stopped before finishing a simple BOGO spicy McChicken deal after a light rail ride and skateboard roll.
I bring this up. Because ....chicken that goes beyond time(critical) can not snap or be juicy, in a rush... Haphazardly placing on buns...poor presentation...yet messy.

By far the rudest experience I’ve encountered it started all because I wanted to use the McDonald’s app, the guy at the window was rude when I told him I had a code he then went on saying that my code didn’t work so I asked if he could scan it he said no paying full price was not the issue his tone of voice was so that’s when I asked for a manager, that’s when Fransico the shift manager approached the window and rudely said “what ! What do you want!” I mean no wonder the employees feel entitled to be rude to customers their leader was quiet disgusting himself instead of apologizing he began to disrespect me and make inappropriate comments I asked if he was corporate or franchise he refused to provide that info I asked for his gm name and he said he was the general manager that’s when another employee apologized for his nasty behavior and stated he was lying he’s just shift leader. I myself was a McDonald’s employee a few years ago and I know for a fact that this behavior is unacceptable Fransico needs to be fired and your employees need to be trained correctly!!

747am may 4 2023 I was just told that I have no choice but to place the order through the kiosk. I shouldn't be forced to use the kiosk if I don't want to. They are intentionally ignoring us as this register because they want us to use the kiosk. We want to order at the register not take our own orders. Now that I've went back to the line to wait to have my order taken, the lady gladly came to help an older Hispanic lady and man with no issue and did not refer them to the kiosk once. After those two customers she took my order without Hassel. Is that bias? I don't know. But it's not fair. I was given a cold Hasbrouck and when I ask for another she said it just came out and gave me another cool one. People walking in and going straight to the bathroom and leaving. In and out transients. Very dirty lobby. People smoking in patio area, sitting on railings with feet on the eating table. Also People smoking directly outside the door. Random bags litter tables. It's more like a homeless day center. I have no problem with it but can you run it right. People coughing and sneezing in open air around you food. People sleeping. Spitting on the patio. Going out to smoke cigarettes after hanging out then going back inside to resume chilling. This place is out of control.

They like to used the microwave to reheat up the pre made burgers 10:45am crew they come out hard and nasty I will not be going back again them burgers should have been fresh yall just switched from breakfast somebody is being lazy!

The super cute brunette cashier with her sexy facial piercing made my lunch. Service was 5 star. Food is a joke. $5 PLUS TAX for tiny cheeseburger (about an ounce and the Fries 🍟 numbered 42. Estimated. It was air conditioning I was seeking because I deliver mail outside all day.

We visited this location 3 times in the past year. Today's visit has to be the worst because of how well the location was kept up. None of the tables were clean, and there were piles of dirty clothes from the homeless who were visiting the location. This location has messed up orders in the past, but today, it went well with ordering. This location is nice for kids to play at the playground when the location is kept clean.

You're over night staff likes ripping people off. In Phoenix on indian school and 32st food is cold and hard at times and they to make up prices when they stop taking CC sales no receipt I was told they have to calculate everything with pen and paper so basically they're guessing at the prices. Really bad service at times one time I waited almost 30 minutes for cold food and a soda really. We seriously need to fire some people.

Good food good staff... But there were like 5 homeless people in the restaurant and the smell was obvious.

I am all for helping the homeless and the needy, but  this McDonald's was not a pleasant experience.

This was definitely not only the best McDonald's breakfast I've ever had, but by far the fastest service. I mean I wasn't done paying yet, and my food was brought to me. Excellent job all of you at this McDonald's restaurant. Impressive for sure!

The gal who took my order, Christine was great! She repeated my order back and it was correct. It was for a plain cheese burger. However when I received my order it was not plain and the manager in the front was rude. Very unimpressed. This is not the first time this has happened either.

Wow, Stacy and all the other employees that made my wonderful day after Thanksgiving. Who knew you could get a four piece chicken nugget and a free fry on Friday. With mustard, honey and ketchup moved this mountain. Thank you so much.

This McDonald’s is constantly messing up orders. You never get the right order the first time. They forget sauce 90 percent of the time pull you forward almost every time there and then forget drinks. McDonald’s used to be the cheap option for fast food but it’s become just as expensive as going out for garbage food and worse service. If it wasent the only fast food in gooding it would be out of business because it’s always an issue with your order.

The nice lady at the Counter whose name is Debra was amazing.  Very friendly and wanted to make out experience better. I have never met her prior so I am in no means a family member 🤣.  Give this lady a promotion!

This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I have ever eaten at. Fast friendly service with a great atmosphere. Been to this particular restaurant many times and never once have I had to complain about my order. Must have something to do with small towns.

Went inside to pick up a doirdash order and place an order for myself. I ordered several apple pies. Shortly after placing my order,  the manager on duty, a kind gentleman,  advised that they were out of apple pies and were cooking fresh ones, but it would be about 15 minutes. I delivered the doordash order and came back for my pies.  They were so busy at this time but the manager was so nice and was doing an excellent job encouraging, praising and leading his entire team in a positive and effective manner. I got my pies shortly after coming back and they were excellent.

5:36 AM and they’re giving me cold food. Gave it back and she asked if I wanted to wait? Well what do you think? Paid close to 10 bucks for cold food. Early in the morning everything should be fresh. Correction anytime of the day food should be fresh at these prices. Sometimes I question why I even eat McDonald’s.

Beautiful done McGriddle with extra cheese, patty and sausage. Ordered through the app and was already ready in less than 5 mins. Customer service was fast and efficient.  Thank you!

It's hard to give McDonald's a rating because I never really eat here. I just stopped to use the clean bathrooms, get myself a nice tea or buy some ice for my cooler. I really have to hand it to McDonald's for making bags of ice available for $0.99. For summer travelers and for street people who really need to keep cool, it's a very nice community service.

The staff at this location stole from me at the drive thru window. I gave a $20 bill for a Happy Meal and the change I was given was $3.00. The most upsetting part was my nine year old daughter was with me and saw how people could lie and steal. I will NEVER go back. Beware!!!

Restaurant with lots of potential! I ordered the Big Mac Value Meal from the kiosk. It was pretty simple and well laid out. My order was delivered by a friendly employee. I had to go to the Counter to ask for Ketchup, which was handed to me in a friendly manner. My meal was hot, fresh, and tasty! Their drink station is high tech with a touch screen. They had the typical soft drinks as other locations have. but you could add flavoring. They had flavors like Lemon, Raspberry, Cherry, and Vanilla. The lobby was in need of attention with very few clean tables. The dining room was not busy at the time I was there. I still would recommend this location to anyone who loves McDonald's and their food!

My brother and i went to this McDonald's and ordered our food but when my brother noticed the order get processed and was charged, the short latina cashier was very rude and gave us an attitude as if we were asking for money! Next time train your employees to be nicer to people who have issues. The other male cashier was nice and attended to me very well.

This is the only McDonald's that can seem to consistently get the French fries cooked to where they're not wiggly gross things. Every time I've been here, the fries are hot, fresh, and crispy like they're supposed to be. The young female manager Alexis is the best!

Woman in the store was extremely rude and nasty with me. Actually refused to help me place the order I wanted. They say they don’t order at the counter anymore and are unwilling to help you navigate the machine in the lobby. So my son did not get the happy meal he wanted exactly. I order cheese didn’t have cheese. I wanted a large drink with it. It wouldn’t give me that option. But when you order the counter and give you that option. The lady said they had a sign at the old order counter. They did not have any registers there. Otherwise, she would help me there. When I asked for a receipt after I can complain later, and have proof I was there a gentleman. This guy was nice walked up, typed in the register that the woman said was not there and putting me up a receipt. So it was all a bunch of woman not doing your job because you’re too lazy or ignorant and embarrassed to ask someone who knew more than her self. I’ve been in to McDonald’s in my life I have on the other one had a nice folks but the restaurant was filthy, dirty I mean just nasty food everywhere trash everywhere. This is only the second time I’ve left in McDonald’s review ever. Which makes a pretty big statement. Most of the McDonald’s I’ve ever been to traveling from Georgia we’re pretty with the things that happened in those restaurants good for the most part. Except for this restaurant on Indian Hill Road, by the freeway down a few blocks and the one in northern California the rest are fantastic.

I can’t think of a mother McDonald’s that has impressed me so much. Traveling here from Indiana and staying nearby. This place and the kids working the windows on march 2 and the guy running the inside front end today on march 3….if I could hire that crew I would.

Got a sausage egg& cheese biscuit (as I normally do when I come to Micky D's for breakfast) It was very good as it usually is. There have been times when the biscuit is perhaps a bit dry& falls apart a little.  But this time as well as most it was nice & moist just like it should be.  The ingredients were all very good as well. Hash brown was perfect. Just the right amount of crispness combined with soft potatoe inside.  Very good. This location seems to be pretty consistent with serving quality food.  (As quality as fast food can be that is!) 😏 And the service has always been quite satisfactory each time that I have visited here.

Very impressed with the exceptionally kind, efficient and friendly service!! Isreal helped explain the Kiosk and placed the order with me (via Kiosk), and was a really nice breath of fresh air for a fast food dine in experience! Jeffery then delivered my order, he was super thoughtful bringing 3 ketchup cups and presenting my order so nicely on the tray! He followed up shortly after to ask if there is anything he can bring, and recommended some great dessert options!! Feeling super happy and full from my unplanned dine in today!! Will absolutely be sure to come back for the great service and of course, the irresistible McDonald’s classics (that were served quickly and fresh!)

This is my breakfast mainstay. Use the app to get $2 breakfast sandwiches-- hard to beat that! Cooked to order. Folks seem to come in waves. Most mornings not too busy, then several cars enter while I exit!

I remember the "golden days " of these chain restaurants. They used to have a selection. There was something for everyone, now it's a "burger" or "chicken"  and for the price you can get better elsewhere. I may be harsh, but when all you have to do is assemble, 1 of, is it 6? 6 sandwiches. How on earth do you forget the meat. It has happened several times where not only myself but my coworker has had the same happen to him. No damn meat. Dare I say it
" You had one job."

The staff was very friendly and their customer service was on point. The food was fresh and it was made correctly except for a couple green tomatoes on my hot and spicy sandwich, but overall it was still awesome! The bathroom is clean, which was a surprise. The play place was also clean and orderly. It's located in a great spot right off the 51 freeway and Camelback Road. And I would have to say that there's absolutely no reason I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Oh yeah, the fries were fresh! I mean, what more could you ask for?

Stopped by on my way from work for a quick bite to eat.  I had a hot and spicy mac chicken lite lettuce extra mayo and a sweet tea.  The food was very good nice and hot just how I like it. The staff at the first window greeted me with a smile and was very professional. The  Gentleman at the second window handed me my food with awesome customer service and was also professional. Appreciate the excellent service I received as it was my first time stopping there and my experience was awesome.  Keep up the good work!!

I love to come here and just have a cup of coffee and do a little work on my laptop the staff is always very friendly if a table needs to be wiped down they were quick to do it and most important the fries are always hot and crispy

I really like this McDonald's location. Fries are always fresh. Food is always delicious . Staff are friendly. I go here on Friday/Saturday night because I get off work at 11pm and they are open late. My fries are half gone before I get home.

The food here is always good. I have always gotten the good fries, fresh burgers here. The reason chain fast food is successful is because a customer knows the food, no matter what state or city they are in.
This McDonalds knows this and knows how to do it right.

If you’re looking for a something to close your appetite you’re in the right place.
If you’re looking forward to enjoy your food, it’s a different situation..
There is no seats to eat there and not much space to wait for your order, the prices here are pricier than regular.
The fries where good. For me the burger was cooked too much.

Located by the B gates, it’s a very small McDonald’s with no seating, but they carry most everything that a full fledged location would. Going at 7:30 a.m. on a Tuesday, there was no line and no wait!

Out of all quarter pounder options during dinner time, and service was poor as it took a while to be acknowledged (in a queue of 1) because they were busy having a chat about parties. Then, while waiting for food, the front staff (3 employees) all went on their phones to check social media. My food was placed in a bag and tossed on the counter to me  with no other comment other than my number. Convenient location but service could be better.

I got charged $17 for a meal that always costs $11 no questions asked. I will never be eating at this McDonald’s again and I travel through this airport every week. Train your employees correctly on how to ring up a triple cheeseburger meal (available at every McDonald’s) this is pathetic. These people want more money-to ring stuff up incorrectly-then the Hispanic guy picked the monitor up and turned it around to tell me a triple cheeseburger meal doesn’t exist-imagine that. Also, my burger was disgusting haha it has black dots that tasted burnt all over it. I don’t think the employees care at all here they need an overhaul, fire everyone.

I'm always traveling and I've always had a great experience. I usually order on the app before getting there. I don't understand the negative reviews, it is an airport of course the food is going to cost more than you regularly get it elsewhere, it's not like the drinks they sell in the airport are regular prices you pay outside. It's not designed for people to sit because of the location it is in so if you want to sit go sit in a terminal boarding area. Lastly it's not understaffed it's always busy with numerous workers. McDonald's or anyone who works at this location did not pay me for this review I live far away from there but I just had to put this in there after reading the negative reviews, I'm loving it lol

Biscuits Cafe

Besides the food being amazing..😍🍽 Jennifer was an absolute angel. Always had a smile on her face. Went above and beyond. There needs to be more service people like her.. Amazing job.

Since I moved to Surprise, I’ve never been to a biscuits Café and I love it! Fast, convenient, cozy, clean kitchen, and great service is the best! I’m going to start being a regular of all biscuits cafés! They had gourmet coffee’s and I had an iced pumpkin latte, which was just delicious. Biscuits and gravy just like in Kentucky with sausage links. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Biscuits & Sausage Gravy  absolutely delicious! Bacon was thick and crispy and scrambled eggs were yummy! Service was quick and efficient. Peoria location is looking a bit worn but still comfortable.

It was my stepson's birthday breakfast, his first time to biscuits. The waitress was very nice and checked on us numerous times to see if we were ready to order. She took our order and advise us how long it would take, The food was hot when we received it and he loved the chicken and waffles. Once finished I advise the waitress it was my stepson's birthday breakfast and she gave him a $5 gift card to come back. That made his day.

We love our local Biscuits Cafe. Always super friendly greeting, beautiful atmosphere and the service is excellent. We feel like we’re dining at a friends a house, it’s very family oriented. Love the eggs Benedict and it’s my favorite go to for big portions of yummy hashbrowns! I do miss the chicken fajita omelette (please bring it back). And…the JAM! My son could live on it. Thank you Biscuits for being my wonderful weekend breakfast spot!

Great chill spot to kick it and get some all natural energizing drinks, I come here quite often and what stands out other than the delicious smoothies was the young lady with the tattoos, she is a blessing; beautiful inside and out thank you for being so kind and helping me pick out my new favorite drink “Green Apple Detox” 🙌🏻

I always get exactly what I need when I come here fresh squeeze juice. It is so delicious and being able to come to AZ and get what I need to be healthy makes me happy

make sure not to inconvenience the staff with allergies or expectations of any sort *at this location*. they will go out of their way to make sure you know you're not welcome there and they have no intention on accommodating any special request (regardless of corporate policy on allergens) if you want a welcoming atmosphere, do yourself a favor and go a couple miles up the road to town & country where the staff knows how to treat customers

I love the traditional acai bowl, and all the options they have for different bowls. Their chocolate bowl is also amazing. The juices and snack options are all delish and very no-added sugar friendly! Great locations too.

I picked up an order from here on a Wednesday morning, when walking in and going to mobile pick up none of the 2 girls welcomed me nor approached me. A girl in the back sees me standing as assist me. If they have a section for online orders why put the orders around the corner and just give an attitude knowing the order was ready and didn’t care to assist me.
