McDonald's

Came in at 4am didn't realize lobby wasn't open but I was driving large truck that wouldn't fit in drive thru. They kindly assisted me and let me place my order inside. The food was hot and great. Thanks guys

Very clean! Food was hot, fresh snd ready quickly! Manager was courteous and professional! This McDonald's was the best location I have visited in a very long time!

Macdonald fish sandwhich was normal size the other day just now got 4 of them they are like mini fish sandwhich  will never go back to Mcdonalds they are charging same prices but sandwhich half size I been eating these from them since they started selling them

Horrible place to go. Customer service is a joke to these people! The food is under cooled a lot of times. The General Manager is very rude and wont listen to a customer when the food is wrong. She just goes strait into defense mode. The cooked yelled something from the back at me, but i couldn't understand what he was saying, because i dont speak his language. I only give a 1 star review because I have too. This place is more like a negative 3 star fast food restaurant.

Food was delicious,  service was good, place was clean, and employees were wonderful!! Enjoyed my experience!!!

Children's Museum of Montana

We love it here! We opted for a membership and are so glad we did! Our kids ask to come all the time. There is so much for the kids to do and we love getting in on the play. There is a lending library, a little cafe to snag a coffee (and a play one upstairs for your littles to pretend they made it for you 😜). The staff is always so kind and friendly. Highly recommend.

An awesome place for our toddler to spend a morning. There are so many little stations with different themes which was great for our child to do various imagination type plays.  Don't forget the second levels which tons of extra plays. Admissions is good for the entire day with the possibility of reentry. Free parking outside.

The place is a bit dated but doesn't seem to bother any child.

This place is wonderful- not just for kids but adults too. We took our son here for the first time and we interacted with the areas as well! We ended up getting the annual pass. More places should have things like this for kids. The staff was helpful and friendly also. There’s different areas for kids to learn and explore without knowing they’re doing it!

You guys raised your price and it's way too much. I'm not gonna pay $10 a person! I can understand paying that per child but the adults too? That is ridiculous. You used to be a good place to take our family but not anymore. I can go to McDonald's, let the kids play, and buy everyone food and still pay less than what you are charging.

I didn’t get to order or even get in the door because it was closed. Change the hours if you’re going to be closed at 10:15 to foot traffic or dine in customers. I know you don’t want to work but hours of service make a difference.

Avoid this place at all costs! The employees are incredibly rude, constantly grumpy, and will make you sit in the drive-through for 10 minutes and then hand you a bag with a half filled large fry that is cold and no napkins, and then act like you’re the one with the problem.

I came by here yesterday also, and was afraid to order fruit because the guy on the drive-through sounded so angry. I was worried he do something to my food. So I just got a drink. Today I came back thinking things might be different and it was worse than ever! Rude, rude, rude, cold food, disgusting service.

And don’t bother trying to call the number that they have next to the counter, it’s disconnected .

The food was okay the hamburger was cooked a little too much for my taste other than that the food was great french fries cooked perfect just like McDonald's always does. I ordered three apple pies for me and the kids they only had two so instead of refunding my money they offered me to cookies instead of one apple pie I thought that was pretty cool. They're always so helpful, employees always nice and courteous and helpful. Will definitely return to this McDonald's again.

Amazing customer service. I had a bad day, a full van of kids and tears down my cheeks, and I just wanted something sweet to sip on. And was too tired to make dinner that night. I was so upset about what was happening in my life that I had forgotten to get a happy meal for my kids. She noticed the guilt and disappointment in my eyes and she said not to worry, they were backed up anyway and I wanted to make their service quick as possible and asked her to surprise us instead of making a new order. She talked to a manager to comp the kids meal and I moved to the second pickup window patiently waiting. I hear a lot of rude things said when some people make orders, it’s much easier to just be nice. These people are serving you and trying their best to put a smile on someone’s face. Please treat McDonald’s employees with respect. I’ve ran into many wonderful employees in Prescott Valley!

Seriously the big mac is half the size it used to be. Ridiculous that you all shrunk it..

Mt daughter went to get food,  came back with the dryest big mac in history. Bun wasn't fresh, hard  meat dry special sauce was barely saucing. I would've returned but the distance was to much effort,  gas.

Ok, drive through was good, but Dr. Pepper was not what we got. We ordered Dr Pepper, did not taste right at all. Wondering if they ran out? It was awful! Next time I sip before I take the order. !

The most pristine McDonalds I have ever been to. They were extremely clean, the service was on point, and like always, the food was consistent and delicious. I also really enjoyed the classical music! 10/10

Sadly, along with most fast food places now, there is not enough employees to take your order fast, keep the tables and drink stations clean, or even make orders correctly. Prices for this "food" have gone up, yet quality has declined.

McDonald's was nice. The lines were too long and it took a while but the food was good in the service was decent person. taking the order wasn't so friendly but the person who cashed me out and added me the food were very professional and nice

If you like McDonald’s you will like this one. Very clean, clean restrooms, we like the coffee drinks and McEverything (always consistent and fresh).

The iced coffee I get is a Large Hazelnut Iced Coffee with an added shot of espresso 4 4 extra creams and 4 Splenda. It's 50% less expensive than I pay under 4 bucks for it and it's always so good. And they're way faster.

Curbside pick up, breakfast; all McMuffins. Every muffin was hard and stale--like if microwave bread too long and it sits around. Service was quick. Coffee and hadhbrowns were good.

Person who took out order stopped and checked her phone while the guy in the back out of uniform but in a Marvel shirt and ripped jeans in the butt snapped at a customer when they asked for their drink. Same guy then yelled through the lobby something about straws and laughed at scaring a customer in drive through, he was LOUD!

After standing in line for 20 minutes, I asked the cashier if they had the two for 329 special. Instead of answering me, she said she was going to take the next Gas. He was a cashier there and he was on break he needed to get his food quickly. Did not ask me but told me that’s what she was going to do. Then she had to ask the manager how to run the cash register.

This place needs serious help. EVERYTIME I COME HERE PEOPLE LEAVE BEFORE GETTING TO Window. TIRED OF LONG WAITS.  THIS IS THE  Slowest place on earth.... over 20 mins I sat AT THE WINDOW for a double with fries and McChicken with fries no drinks nothing else. Girl says only one in back... I'm like ONE OF THE THREE STANDING AROUND doing nothing COULD BE HELPING to fix the food ... 3up front only one in back of the house fixing food.  This place needs a manager.

Like most every fast food restaurant post Covid this restaurant was obviously understaffed. I commend the manager as she was working really hard to make up for the lack of employees.  I hadn't eaten at a McDonald's in years, and this reminded me why. The food was pretty much tasteless and the burger patty was dry.

The tables had dead flies on it as well as the chairs. Someone had half mopped the floor, and it was very wet. I cleaned the table and chairs myself because I had small children with me and took napkins and spread them all over to make sure no germs was left.I will not be going back and this location is very nasty.

So I ordered and the person supposed to make my food is just goofing off for like 20 minutes. I’m literally just standing there listening talk about random things just having a conversation while I’m waiting for her to get up and meal. I ordered $15 worth of food and only got $7 worth so I lost 8 bucks of food then they had nothing ready so I won’t be going back and what mad me so mad was that the lady is just talking random stuff and I was waiting so you lost a few customers. What happened was ridiculous

Stopped by for a quick lunch and it was fantastic. The turkey sandwich was awesome and the chicken salad was surprisingly tasty. But what really sold the store was the exquisite service. She recommened different sandwiches and soups and was incredibly friendly. Worth stopping by if you get the chance.

We had been wanting to try it out for awhile but finally stopped by this past Monday. Not only was the food amazing the employee was fantastic. He was an older gentleman and really was so personable. I highly recommend!!

I ordered the honey baked sandwich with broccoli salad and asked for some mayo on the side. The sandwich was so good, I didn't need to add anything to it. Also, it was the best broccoli salad I've ever had. Definitely will return.

This place is a hidden gem for lunch. One of the best tasting sandwiches I’ve ever had!! A+++

Always very good food, bean soup is the best! Highly recommend! Very clean, very comfortable atmosphere.

I don't think I've ever given a 2 star rating before. 10 issues today!!!
This McDonald's is in a Circle K and I went through the drive thru at 10am on a Monday.
1. Only accepting cash
2. No chocolate milk
3. No burritos
4. No special deals offered with sandwiches for breakfast
5. No receipt given
6. Was immediately asked to pull into spot to wait...... waited an additional 5 minutes.
7. No hashbrown in the bag.
8. Backed into drive thru to get hashbrown.
9. Hash Hashbrown isn't hot,  employee says,  "I don't know what to tell you.  It's been under the heart lamp.  I came make you another one but you will have to wait longer for it. "  I already waited for hot food that I did not receive.
10. Eggs were very overcooked,  not nice and fluffy like they should be.

FYI, Jack 'n the Box is one block away!!!

I ordered 2 McGriddles this morning not realizing they were gon make me McMuffins drove an hour and half home before I realized and I’m not driving back out there for 2 sandwiches they should’ve got right this place is absolute garbage won’t be eating here again

Passed by multiple McDonald’s to hit the one next to my house because their hours are until midnight.  Roll up a few minutes past 11 and the menu lights are off and security gate is down.  Closes an hour early in a Friday night. Pull up to the drive though window and see an employee who looks like a tweeter ignoring me as she continues to clean.

While I’m on here, 6 months ago I grabbed a sausage egg and cheese with scrambled egg.  Instantly notice my sand which looks thin. Take a look, and not only is there barely any egg on it, but all of the egg is black. Not burnt either. Like they scraped leftover egg scraps off the grill and onto my sand which. Walk inside to show the manager… no words given. They just turn around and tell someone to make another one and continue helping the other guests.  No apology no nothing.  This McDonalds is by far, the worst I’ve ever dealt with.  And it’s the only one in Gold Canyon of course.

I was told this location was under new management and was better than years past. Yikes!!  I couldn’t eat the food.  After being asked to park in a numbered spot I waited 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich and french fries.  I was the only one in line other than another car parked waiting for cookies(they were there way before me).  I live a mile from this McDonald’s, and when I got home, the french fries or cold and rubbery, and the chicken sandwich was the same.  The chocolate shake I had with my meal didn’t quite look like a chocolate shake to me, maybe more like 3/4 vanilla 1/4 chocolate, but when I got it, I just didn’t wanna complain.   I’m a very patient and understanding person but after spending over $12 I expected a little better.   I won’t go back :(
They also forgot my condiments, but after the person brought my food to me, I tried to get their attention after looking in my bag, but they had already walked away.

I stopped by this McDonald's and this is what they handed me after 10 minute wait, the manager brushed it off by saying its just the burnt part thats on the sides. Had them re-done and this time overdone with the same burnt stuff in it just mixed in better.
Manager told be she watched them this time.🤨

My wife and I stopped in to grab some breakfast and it isn't our usual restaurant.  And as I usually say positive things, the service lacked rather badly.  It took a hot minute for a staff member to even start taking my order. Not a place I plan on visiting for the foreseeable future.

This McDonald's stood out amongst all others. I usually don't like Going there.this place had genuine, Authentic Individuals What's to me is a rare breed In this world we live in today I wanna personally give a shout out to Jessy And the gentleman slender build Skater hair I can't remember the name. I can’t count how many times this place forgets part of my order, (5) not only me but my husband and my neighbors, it’s super frustrating when you get home, as if their always in a hurry and I only order about 4 items. Hope they work on this I don’t live from there. Good fries though 👍

At 5:30 pm I could not get any help from the staff including the manager who told me to use the app or kiosk.  In other words I didn't get any service and I didn't get any food, and the manager threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. I won't be going back there, and I will be advising others to go someplace else to get food.

This Mickey Ds' great.  The employees are awesome. They took long on a coffee order one time but gave me a free pie to make up for it. The inside is very clean and futuristic looking. They also have self order machines so you don't have to wait in line because it gets busy during lunch hours between 11-2 (busiest times).

The burger I got was ketchup pouring out of it from all around, and the french fries they gave me were old and nasty tasting. I asked them to make me fresh french fries and they did and I just took the burger as it was took a napkin and wiped off all the extra ketchup. Other than that the staff was completely attentive to what I needed and handled the issues that I had. And the atmosphere was great inside the store. The only issue I had is I did order it on my app and the app automatically picked for me to go inside to pick up my order and I wanted to go through the drive-thru.

I ordered a Filet O Fish, no sides or drink and it came to $7.38 -- for that price, you would expect a whole slice of cheese!  Seriously, a half of a small slice of cheese?  Don't plan to ever go back to McDonald's.  So sad, because I grew up on McDonald's.  Sadly, It's not the McDonald's it used to be.

Didn't give me ketchup or napkins going thru the drive thru. Just another reason not to go back to McDonald's.  Mediocre food at best.

I would give this place 0-stars or even far less score if I was able to. I recently ordered a delivery for myself and a group (since these guys were advertising certain free meals if the total were to come more than $20) however, it was a bad move.

When my food was delivered (by the way these guys have this special trend), the label receipts were not only placed within the food containers, WITH the actual food, but the ink of the receipt (due to the heat from food) smeared off and somewhat imprinted itself on top of the hamburger bun.

Whether it's the cook who prepares food this way and carelessly places receipts with the food, OR the cashier who decides to add a final prank by placing the receipt face down onto the food... I don't know. Whatever their motives are, it simply now tells me "I no longer want your business, we want to see if we could break the Domino Pizza's 2009 record, and please report us to the Department of Health and Consumer Affairs" Which I had no choice but to do so tonight.

During my first order with these guys a month ago, the receipt was folded half outside and half inside, and I simply took that as, they could be busy and "things can happen".
As you all can see through the photos...... you tell me if this is a coincidence or on purpose.

NEVER AGAIN.

They fully microwave the fries here. This place is horrible, they make you wait 15 minutes for your food, then once you eat it, it taste Luke warm and rubbery because the 100% microwave the food. Lazy clowns that work there. If you don’t like your job that much where you can risk people getting sick then leave.
