The kids play area was very clean and there was nobody there!  at 1800 on a Friday!

The staff was very friendly and helpful even though these days all the attention goes to the drive thru. Especially Alydia at the Register!

Solo parent vs 2 kids and they offered to bring me the food.

A great way to spend $8 and let them finish off the Friday energy!

Best part was a very clean bathroom with a changing table just for the kids area.

4 stars only cause the cheese on their cheese burgers were still only half way on the burgers.. Come on man.

When the self serve order system was broke I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front to take my order.  Once the employee came to the front staring at his phone he looked up long enough to greet me with a "Wassup".  He then gave me my cups and total then walked off again staring at his phone. I went to get my drinks and all I could smell was mold and all the cup lids were gone. After that I went into the play place.  All the tables were dirty and the trash was over flowing.  After seeing this I went to talk to a manager and it was the guy that "took my order".  I told his of my disappointment of the look and smell of the resturant, his unprofessional greeting, and overall lack of care to even be in the job he was doing.  He made excuses and turned around with attitude and mouthed off as he walked to the back again staring at his phone.  This was the worst experience in a McDonald's I've ever had.  I will not be visiting this location again.

I went in this evening to pick up a mobile order. When I went in, a customer in front of me had some sort of speech impediment and was asking an employee about their mobile order. The employee was not very nice to the young girl and then, after she left, I am almost positive I heard someone making fun of her speech impediment in the kitchen. My food was fine and the same employee was nice enough to me, but I shouldn’t have been able to hear what I did.

Need to have breakfast all day.  Some of us work late at night, and don't get up early enough to get the breakfast. The big breakfasts are good, but so are the burritos  and  the sausage griddles, and my favorite drink, [ caramel frappe].

The restaurant was absolutely filthy. What happened to COVID time cleanliness? You would think no diseases exist going there. Nothing was clean. No soap, no clean windows or tables. I did let my children play in the play area because that's why we went there. This place could be great if management would make sure to have the place clean and a bathroom with soap to wash your hands.

I got a big breakfast with hotcakes and it was REALLY good also my tea was just perfect. The girl who used to take my order when I was in school is still there and knows me and my grandad (I think 😅) we never really asked. If you’re hungry on the go or on vacation stop at this McDonald’s,I recommend coming here for breakfast tho. 🤩

Mcdonalds was so delicious. The juicy greasy soybean burger was great. The young black workers were great as well
They only messed our order up 3 times.but thats ok because there great great great great grandparents were slaves so they shouldnt get fired or talked to . Because there privliged. The nice dirty tables were cool. Me and my family did a great job of cleaning or own table while the privliged young black girl listens to her buddies and laughed. They were so great. We can't wait to go back. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Six cars in the , can you pull up and we’ll bring you your food lanes. So their drive thru timer is not correct. Other than that good food and good service

Would hate to see the Medium or Small fries if you order. The attitude from the workers is impeccably lazy and condescending.

This is the worst place ever. They never get your order correct and are very indignant when you want what you pay for. This place should be torn down.

This is absolutely the most poorly managed and staffed restaurant that I have ever seen. It’s dirty, the bathroom smells like a sewer. That can’t get orders filled correctly, they have people handling food without gloves. Today I received a breakfast sandwich and the muffin was burnt around the edges. A woman took it out of the bag and untapped it and then threw it back in the bag partially wrapped. They did not have all of my order in the bag. They have not had orange juice in months and apparently the manager has no motivation to fix it. The service and food is gross. I will never be eating here again.

I came here 2 different times once at 6:00 a.m. and today at 5:30 a.m. they are supposed to be open from 5a.m. to closing and they have not served me the last two times I e came there. No one  was in or around the building.. I waited at least 15 minutes both times because I drive 20 minutes away each time I go there and still no response and I've called it in and no one has taken care of this continuous problem and it's said how run down places are anymore. ... They all just pick and choose when they want to be open?! It's not right .. aggravating if you ask me ..I worked fast food before and I understand their point and ours but if you don't like your job that much to where you can't show up when needed on schedule then just quit your damn job.

Me and my kiddos had fun! Ate in peace. Fun atmosphere.

Very impressed....My food was fresh and the employees were nice. It is always clean on the inside and outside compared to other McDonald's locations. I will be back.

System has been down multiple times and there seems to be no improvement to the store to keep this from happening. Staff are polite but have no idea on how to properly manage the issue saying it would be 15 to 30 minutes to fix. It’s easier just to move different store to get food then to try stopping here again.

The McDonald's in downtown Little Rock is the best for miles around. The staff is exceptionally well trained and responsive to each guest. The early morning management team (Who I refer to as ,"The boss ladies"! Ha!) are amazing in how well they deal with the pressure of serving all the customers fast and quite well. Check it out. You will be glad you did.

Just placed an order approximately at this McDonald's on Broadway for my grandchildren, two six pieces chicken nuggets children Happy Meals. I usually check my orders. Just arrived home and neither box had Nuggets and the fries were cold. Just tried to call them to remedy this but was unsuccessful due to the phone line was busy consistently.

Paid for my food and they handed it to someone else. Left with NOTHING after PAYING because they told me I'd have to come back in the morning to speak to a manager to get my refund or food.  Tried to look up a completely different receipt and accused us of lying. Don't go here they're incompetent and the manager can't even look up receipts. Poor excuse for a restaurant.
UPDATE: it's the next day and they still won't give me a refund. They steal your money stay away from here. GM and manager are very incompetent.

One star for food because we all know what Mickey ds taste like and I was not able to eat here. The service was non existent. The atmosphere was tense because of the police officer ordering us off the property. The only thing that was open at 1am was the drive through. Little Rock is not tourist friendly and this McDonald’s is no exception.

I came in to get breakfast today. I don’t eat McDonald’s very often, but stopped today. I came into this location and began to order on the kiosk. At the end, it asked me to grab a number tent. I asked an employee close to me what the next step was. He grabbed me a number from the register and told me to input this and when my order was called, they would bring it. I finished the transaction and walked to the counter to pay. The cashier was super rude asking what I needed. I told her I needed to pay for the order with 19 on it. She acted as if she had no idea what was happening. I explained it and she got super rude. If the “number tent” would have been at the kiosk, maybe there wouldn’t have been an issue.

Even after I sat down, she was still talking about it out loud to her coworkers. It’s very unfortunate that people act this way, especially when they are demanding higher pay. Disgraceful!

I really enjoy coming here for my daily smoothie. they taste amazing!!! also the staff is incredibly good and provides excellent customer service

Every time I go to Nékter at the Stayton location Victoria and Rebecca greet me with a huge smile! They are so polite and welcoming. My order is also ready within a couple of minutes. No wait time, which is amazing!!! Favorite smoothie place to go to 🫶🏼

Walking in and standing at the counter and say nothing! There’s a second counter to pickup online orders and I always go pickup my order there and I always get ignored. After the first counter clears I walk over to that one and I’m like hey! I’m here for an online order if not I’ll be there all day waiting for them to finish. Today there were 3 girls working and all would turn and look at the line being formed and no one would

The classic berry smoothie was fantastic, they have only 2 sizes and the smallest is not small enough- it was just so much to consume but other than that I'd say things were great. This location has such dirty windows inside and out I had to walk up to it because I believed it was just an unfortunate pattern at first, looks like it has never been cleaned.

Cassie and Lea were amazing! The juices tasted great and the customer service was on point!

I ordered a mcrib and they were out. My fries were cold and my burger was burnt. When I grabbed my burger out of my bag I got sauce all over my shirt and there was no napkins in the building. To make me feel better I ordered a 6 piece nugget. It was cold and over salted. My drink was watered down and the staff was rude. Definitely never coming back.

I didn't get my McRib made the way I ask for it. Needless to say I wasn't able to eat it as it was brought thru the drive thru and we had already got back on the highway. Your company needs to train your employees to listen and earn their wages. When you pay for something you deserve to get what was order and made as ask for.

Went there yesterday afternoon ordered via kiosk ( no choice!) saw my order on display. Waited 20 minutes, nothing, with difficulty found an employee who said they have no record of my order and spent another 5 minutes waiting for an overcooked cheeseburger. Should have a 0 star category!  Filthy floors and tables, a good argument for complete automation, as no one works here!

This place has a lot of healthy and delicious options for those craving something sweet. It is clean, fast and you have the option to order ahead of time. The acai bowls are delicious as well as the juices and smoothies. They have options to add energy boost shots etc to the drinks. I don't near here but make it a point to come. The only complaint I have is the staff members seemed put out when I asked for a to go bag. I should have said that ahead of time but after tipping them well I would have expected a smile so hopefully if the owner or manager is reading this he will talk to staff members about customer service. Don't ask for extras!

TERRIBLE, WORST experience.
I frequent this location, I was kind as possible.  I didn’t even know what to say. But will NOT go back. The store MANAGER stood there yelling at me for more than 5 minutes. I was HUMILIATED by the store MANAGER. She was SO RUDE. Posting a photo of my receipt to prove I was there. Hope NEKTER sees this & contacts that MANAGER about her ugly attitude. Also, the MANAGER yells about “not having enough funds to re-make a smoothie” which was a mistake on her part.
Got a refund.

Can’t believe I’m even taking the time to write on here but, Awful service! Not only do the hs kids working here seem put out to be there, but they don’t pay attention to anything, except serving their friends that come in of course. We ordered a juice and smoothie. Got the smoothie, they then served 4 customers their orders that came in AFTER us, including their friend. When we asked about our juice, they said they’d forgotten about it. When they finally made a juice the one they presented to us what NOT what we ordered and wrong. They then questioned us on it, and we had them look it up in the system to in fact verify they made the wrong drink on top of it being late. Then we just asked for a refund at that point for the inconvenience. They then answer that they don’t know how to process a refund on their system. So moving forward, make sure if you’re going to have a staff full of kids who don’t care and don’t pay attention, make sure there’s at least a manager on site who knows how to correctly right a wrong. After all that, they make the right juice, with NO ice after we had asked for that as well and gave it to us in a cup on the side. Needless to say, won’t be coming back to this place ever and judging from the rest of these reviews we’re not alone in these thoughts. What a joke.

Just ordered 2 berry parfait chia bowls. The service was horrible and to add to the long wait to take my order although there was only 1 other customer in the store when I got there, there was no " thank you for the wait" or "sorry for the long wait" etc. Then when I finally get my berry parfaits they are super thick & have an old taste. Never again.

Juice is good, service is mediocre at best. No one greats you and the staff acts like you’re an inconvenience. First time it was fine, but this second time I felt like I was rude of even being alive. It was 9:50am…. On a Saturday. Not like we came right after the doors opened or right before closing. Normal juice hours.  I don’t know if I’ll be back.

Great hot food, friendly workers. Would love it if this location had more deals on the app. Was told recently that if you want to use two deals ( two separate transactions, mind you ) that you must wait 10 minutes between each transaction. That's new to me. Otherwise, it is a great location, and there is lots of parking easy access.

Typical McDonald's location with the full menu that other locations serve. Went during breakfast hours and it was surprisingly not busy for the time. I placed a mobile order and my food was ready relatively quickly. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was good too, didn't taste like it had been sitting around a while. Nice restaurant and not bad at all.

Batesville ar mcdonald's has gone so far down hill I actually emailed their customer service.  But they sent me 2 free meals. I used them out of town .

My order is never right. The Staff is rarely friendly (only had a good experience with one lady that works the drive-through during the day. She is such a sweetie and so friendly). They do not have any keto/diabetic friendly items other than diet soft drinks, side salad, and water, and each time i order side salads, the letruce is brown. The food always tastes old and rarely looks appetizing. The ice cream/ shake machine is always "down." I seriously quit eating here because of the taste of the food, the attitude of the staff, and never getting everything I order. Food is too expensive to be getting shorted on what you order. The entire store needs to be retrained.

My husband got a refill on his coffee while we waited on our order of two chicken biscuits. That's how slow they were. The employees were moving about as fast as the sloth on the movie Zootopia. I thought at least the chicken biscuits would be hot & fresh, but they were lukewarm at best. The employees were friendly at least. Be prepared to wait.

Totally messed up the order. Ordered 1 - 20pc nuggets,  drink, a buy 1 get 1 fir a $ (ordered Mc Chicken & sm ff, 1 apple pie, & 1 strawberry pie. Was charged for an additional (&received) 1 small ff & 1 med ff.
The additional French fries went in garbage because we were full with our personal order.

It was clean and the service was friendly. My order of Egg McMuffin was slightly burnt. Great coffee ☕️

I wouldn't recommend going to this McDonald's until the staff is retrained and taught how to properly dress while working. There were a couple guys wearing their jeans half way down and they kept pulling them up while wearing gloves and preparing food. That's not only nasty, but very unsanitary. There are other fast food establishments in the area. This wouldn't even be a last resort

The prices have gotton to higg foe mcdonalds. It seems they have forgotton what purpose they serve and it is almost to exspensive to eat. The new inside is nice and i do like to go in sometimes on a saturday and grt breakfast. The insode is clean and the staff are very friendly. Cpmpared to other mcdonald like in lonoke ar the are very good. Better than burger king

Trying to figure out how hard it is to do your job.
Not busy at all and I go through the drive thru with a mobile pick up and still not ready. Get yourself together. Every single time I go through the drive thru I have to pull up because yall can't do your job. If I wanted to wait 10 minutes for my food every time I would have came in and ordered.

It was a really good experience I highly recommend.

Hot food, however the fries were extremely salty, they did not tell us when our food was ready, and finally the Kiosk said Water Cups cost $0.50 however if you ask for water cups you get them for free. 100% deserves 3 stars.

We ordered at the drive thru and at the window they gave us the wrong order, after politely being told about it the lady at the window gave attitude. She was rude the entire time, and honestly the customer service at this mcdonald’s is always subpar. Then we did not receive any straws on top of that and decided to just go across to wendy’s to get them.

Clean bathrooms and a very unique location. All of the seats are like couches and you feel like you are at a Lounge. Unfortunately the place was packed when I  stopped and I didn't have time to place a food order. I'll definitely stop back on a return trip through Arkansas.
