Although the food was good, getting it to our table was very, very slow. So was getting the drinks we had to request refills or even the 1st rounds over and over. The atmosphere is always ok. Musc good.. just the delay in getting anything l. Thats why they should write it all down so they don't have to keep asking what we ordered.

Worst food ever!   Group of 12 and not a single person wanted to finish their food.  Out of 10 wings. I only could eat 2!  They were room temp, greasy, no flavor and overcooked.  But the ranch was good….  Fries are greasy!   Friend ordered fish tacos and she took 3 bites and was done.   One friend ate 1/3 of her chicken sandwich because greasy and no flavor.. one friend ate maybe 1/2 her  hamburger due to the long wait but she said it wasn’t bad…
one of guests ordered mozzarella sticks and said it tasted like fish..   so not a good experience!  Waitress was super nice. We waited from 8:45 to 9:50 to get our food and it wasn’t busy.. we were all hungry after meetings all day and not a single plate was cleaned   But waitress was nice.

The only thing good here is the a$$. Wings were cold. Shrimp was cold AND hard. Old Fashioned was mid at best. I know we only come here for the “atmosphere”, so in the end all was good. Our server was nice and attentive. She made it worth it.

We had high hopes for our visit to the Dallas Hooters with our party of six. While the waitstaff were amicable, the experience quickly went downhill. Our waitress took our food order without offering any recommendations, and when the food arrived, it was lukewarm and unremarkable.

The true shock came when we decided to celebrate our week's successes with a round of tequila shooters. Despite acknowledging the order, our waitress failed to mention the $50 price tag per shooter—an oversight that's particularly concerning for international travelers mindful of exchange rates. To add insult to injury, a service charge was automatically included in our bill, and our waitress spent the rest of the evening ignoring us while chatting with another customer.

This experience has significantly soured my view of the Hooters chain. Having visited multiple locations worldwide, I can confidently say we won't be returning. The lack of transparency and professionalism was deeply disappointing.

Food was poor quality chicken sandwich was not warm,bread for chicken sandwich was burnt, salad was stale and came in chunks it took some time for our food to be served.

Lexi was a wonderful waitress. Went for my birthday wings and she took excellent care of me. Great looking and a great personality. Let's face it, we go for the view and then the food. Definitely worth going back for, just for the conversation.

Was not eating today. Been visiting Hooters a very long time and brought a friend new to the place.   I am new to their app, which is not intuitive at all!  However, the managers agreed the app is quirky and the food was good. Daily specials are improved this year.   All you can eat day is still gone though. :( would have got 5 stars for that

Food was delicious, didn't disappoint.  The staff was professional, courteous and friendly. Enjoyed watching the game too!

My husband and myself visited this location today. I had never been to hooters before and was a little nervous because my husband is in a wheelchair. But the staff was amazing and the food was heavenly.  I can't wait until I can go back

Hooters is always the place to go. Cold beer, great food, and beautiful waitresses! They are also one of the only places you can get Budweiser on tap. #Winning

The waitress was good but the food took too long. We got it to go and it wasn’t worth the wait. The food was disgusting that we threw it away.  The manager was attentive but still charged us. My 1st impression was horrible. We went for lunch and nobody was prepared and apparently didn’t have a cooking staff because they threw something together and glued it in a bag so we couldn’t figure out it was garbage. We waited over 45 minutes at the table with nothing.

I work in hospitality so I’m familiar when it comes to customer service. The waitresses service unfortunately is very poor. They will all bundle together in the back with 1 customer, usually older Person and deliberately ignore their Guests. The  first Impression is the  key to success. If you want your Guests to have a memorable experience you have to have your Team take the time to make them  feel special. If you make Guests feel special and take care of them they will take care of you. Please pass this message to your team. Thank you.

I used to love this hooters. I've been here several times and spent a lot of money here. However, I was in here yesterday and the bartender and manager would not serve me because I have an out of state ID, not to mention they were both incredibly rude about it. I forgive their ignorance, because it's not their fault but there's no point in being rude. I can definitely understand why this location is only 3.6 stars. Probably won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. Got there and waited 5 mins just to get seated and still no one came to seat us. So I left and went to use the restroom thinking that will give them some time. I come back and my husband is still waiting to get seated. Another customer had to get a waitress attention at the bar to let them know we were waiting. After almost 10 mins to get seated we finally got a table to only get ignored longer. So yea we just left definitely a waste of time. So if you’re not a sugar daddy coming in, trust me you will get ignored. Smh terrible customer service!

Please read these 1 star reviews before visiting this eatery. I placed an order online 15 minutes before arriving to the restaurant. I was told to wait an additional 10 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes for my order and witnessing other pick up orders being handed to customers, I asked about the status of my food. I had a total of 15 wings so I couldn’t understand the long delay. I was told that the fryers were down and had to be restarted, although several orders were handed out during my time there. I asked for a refund. I was told that because I placed the order online I would not receive a receipt to confirm the refund. Very last time I would ever visit this place. The floors were also sticky for what I’m assuming a spilled drink. POOR service, poor sanitation and a complete waste of 45 minutes.

New to the area so I just wanted something familiar. Worst experience ever! Went in to place a takeout order. Waited almost 45min for my food. Upon opening the carton of wings I find a few of them covered in ranch dressing as if they were taken off of someone plate and given to me. My funnel cake fries were so overcooked you couldn’t even bite them. Called in and they offered to replace the order and I declined. Refund please and thank you.

Ordered for delivery for the very first time, horrible product. They got the order wrong got chips instead of curly fries. The wings looked like they came off a humming bird not a chicken

Came to outlets for some Xmas shopping and decided to stop here since it's right next to the outlets. My best experience here was getting seated after that good luck getting anything from Ally she was our waitress . She's up there on the worst waitress I've ever encountered at a restaurant and I go out a ton. I don't understand what's happened to HOOTERS it's hard to come here and get good service lately it doesn't matter which Hooters you go to. I don't know if the pay isn't up to par so they hire below par staff or the company simply just does not care. Avoid this place unless you're a regular or a family member from one of the employees expect to get horrible service. Good luck to Hooters with success providing this type of service and hoping they don't go belly up in the restaurant industry.

Anna is one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. We also had Baylee tonight, and she rocks. Food and service was better than any hooters I’ve ever been to! The atmosphere was great.

Baylee and Anna behind the bar are great! Outstanding service, great food, and cold beer. Best location in DFW by far. The manager, Emily, was very attentive and personal as well. Will be back soon!

Me and my fiance had been on the road for almost 12 hours straight at the point when we stopped here to get something to eat about and 1 ½ before closing time *approx. 11:30p* (traveling from the Columbus, Oh area to Southern Texas) and our waitress Bailey was absolutely PHENOMENAL! She was very nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and just all around absolutely incredible. If stopping in here to get something to eat if you can ask for Bailey as your waitress she took great care of us and made sure we didn't have to ask or want for anything during our visit there....Idk or think 💭 she would or ever will BUT if there's a small chance she will/does : Thank you Bailey for taking such good care of us and made us both really comfortable, I cannot begin to say how much it was appreciated!!!!

The food and service were just OK. However, the atmosphere was drab. This place definitely needs a make-over. If I had gone into the men's bathroom before i sat down. I would have left immediately. It was horrible. It was definitely unsatisfactory. I'd just skip this place, but hey, check it out yourself.

Food and service was very good.   We had some buffalo shrimp fish sandwich and the Philly cheese steak

Went to watch game 1 of the world series. Had a great time. 10 dollar pitchers and good food. Had several TVs with the game on . They do have fox on TV here.

Date night! The food was ok. The best thing was the sliders! The waitress was nice and patient. It was a little loud.

I must say I was very disappointed.
My son and I visited this establishment for the first time for lunch.
I can understand now why they weren't crowd.
The service is HORRIBLE.

I was told you dont have to wait to be seated we could seat anywhere.

Being my first visit to this location.and awhile to any Hooter establishement.
I was unaware they no longer had menu. You have to download it.

The waiter took our order but didnt get it right Hooters could have made more money but she left off our 2nd Fried Shrimp platter. She walked away so quickly and never came back to correct her error.

The food was good but we needed necessaries to go along with our food.
But she was quick with the receipt. And cleaning up the table before we're even finished.
Where do they do this at?
I'm know now here.

I passed years Hooters service has been very good.
Still left a tip not that it was deserving.!

Pizza Payaa

December 22, 2023 - We visited Pizza Payaa for the first time. The food, service and atmosphere exceeded any expectations. The entire meal was 5 Stars all around.

The motif was a unique blend of pizzeria, sports bar, and club.  The tables, chairs and furnishings were both sleek and comfortable. The lighting created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bar was quite appealing with a well stocked variety of adult beverages.

The staff was great, to a person. We were warmly greeted, seated immediately and provided with menus and personal recommendations. Throughout the meal the staff checked to see if we were satisfied or needed anything to make our meal pleasing.

The food was the best of all. The drinks, appetizer and pizza were out-of-this-world. Our shared starter was Parmesan and garlic Brussels sprouts. They were nicely charred and tasty. Our main course consisted of Fun Guy, Three Cheese With Basil Pepperoni and The Fig and The Pig pizzas. Each was pizza was delicious. The crust was magnificent. It was thick toasted crust, yet airy. My favorite was Fig and Pig. The drizzle of fig jam was a great enhancement to the flavor.

The entire family enjoyed the meal. We will return soon. I highly recommend Pizza Payaa.

When they said this is the top rated pizza in BLONO, I don’t think I could disagree. Absolutely delicious Detroit style pizza with crispy cheese edges. Picture here is the Tammy, Fig and a Pig, and 4 cheese. The menu has got some unique creations as well as some more traditional type topping combinations. We had the best service and friendly attentive waitress. Family friendly atmosphere and nice upscale environment with plenty of seating both upstairs and down. Will be returning very soon!

This is the best pizza in town and it's not even close. The crust is always cooked to perfection, they have a delicious rotation of specials, and the service is great. If you dine in or arrive early for a pick up, try the Basil Smash from the bar - it's so unique and flavorful. Their ranch is house-made and a must try. If the "Mortadella Man" special was made a permanent part of the menu I would have absolutely no notes 😂 Hoping they bring it back soon!

Favorite pizza in town! It's so fluffy yet crispy. They have really unique flavor combinations in the toppings. I love the fig and the pig.

What an awesome Detroit Style pizza!  Topping were fun and the service was great.  We got a table on the 2nd floor and it was fun watching all of the activity. The Tammy pizza was great.  We did a DIY with chicken and red sauce…..also, spot on.  Might become a new fav place 😁😁. Oh, and the ranch was really good……might be a take home replacement for the Avanti’s ranch. 🤔

Hart's Hooterhaus

We were lucky enough to book our staff Christmas party with Hart’s this past weekend! All I can say is AMAZING! We had so much delicious food for a very reasonable price! We also had a blast throwing axes! Hart’s Hooterhaus is a gem in our community! If you are looking for a great place with the best food for your party, check them out, you will not be disappointed!

We've visited this place a few times now and the food has been delicious each time. The fish fry is definitely one of the best I've had. The staff is fun, friendly and it's family run. A great little bowling alley in the middle of a small little village. 😀

For a bowling alley in the middle of nowhere it's pretty amazing. The nachos are maybe the best I've ever had. The service was great for as many people as we had come in and the lady working was super friendly. If you are ever lost in the middle of nowhere you should definitely stop in for directions and nachos.

Was there for a birthday party.  The staff was friendly and ready to serve in whatever way was needed.

The food was good, quality as to be expected. Truthfully, there were only 2 girls working and pretty steady customers. There wasn’t a bartender. So super under staffed, and I didn’t see any mss add management. However, the kitchen came and helped with serving, they let us know up front what was going on, and why the establishment looked the way it did. Which wasn’t bad considering, just slow to bus tables. I saw TEAMWORK! They did their thing, one girl was pregnant, but still worked hard. The other was working hard as well. Good job!

sat at the bar, service was slow, food I had there was good. my to go order seems to be a little over done. or maybe burnt is a better word. should have looked before I left for Midland.
I had 6 wings there, got one serving of blue cheese for the 6. ordered 20 wings to go, got 2 servings for the 20.
an you have to ask for the specials, and I did not see any prices on the menu.

I travel all around the USA, definitely this hooters of Abilene has one of the best services no doubt. The bartenders are polite and the food is great. I highly recommend Eden as your bartender, when you run low on a beer she has one ready for you. I will be coming back no doubt.

Lilly must have a rough week. Service was less than par. I know she can't control what's in the kitchen ( they ran out of fish), but she can better serve. We waited for our check for about 15  minutes till we started to walk to the door, and there she was closing out checks.  I get it but finish working your table.

Just went for a buddy's birthday. Everything was pretty good except the price. Food price a little higher than other restaurants pricing. Soft and hard drinks also more than others places. Made a purchase from the gift shop, and said item, was marked up as well. Atmosphere and waitresses were all nice.  It's business, and I agreed to the terms. Here is a break down for my occasion.

It was my first time ever going in to a Hooters.  I really wanted to try their wings since I read very good reviews about them. Well we got in and were seated right away, good!  But then it took a good while for a waitress to acknowledge our presence. She said she would be back soon. She went by us a few times but did not stop.  We waited until we just decided to leave. I guess I’ll never know if their wings are really better than BWW’s. But, I’m okay with that.

Used to eat here monthly. Changing my review to 1 star.
Tonight was different.
Had to hunt down the server for everything (drinks, app, food, box, check) and talk to another server for an incorrect meal (our server kept disappearing). The replacement took forever. The rest of my party ate their meals and we still had to wait 15 more minutes.  The place was not crowded,  12 occupied tables, 6 servers, 3 cooks.
Manager needs customer service training. Talked to us as though the incorrect meal was our fault. No apologies for the mistake.

This location is amazing!! We had Madison as our server, she was attentive and polite! All the food we had was amazing! We ordered Fish Tacos, Fried Pickles, Lots of Tots, Mac n Cheese Bacon Cheeseburger, and the Philly Steak. It was so good my husband tipped the cook and we left a $20 tip for the waitress!! Great job guys!!! Keep it up!

They always have great food and great service here whenever I go. This time, I went with my daughter to celebrate her finishing up high school a few months early! Well worth the trip indeed. We had naked wings, along with Dakota wings, and the Dakota wings had an unforgettable sauce that you just can't forget when you taste them once, so I order them every single time I go there. We also had the tater tots appetizer, and that was good, too. Friendly atmosphere, and wait staff was excellent as usual.
